godssss, i love them both, but i’ll have to go with arin. i really like how he’s very expressive about his interests and how he developed into a really nice person versus where he started from jon-era grumps (never watched that era, but i’ve heard about the stuff). i like how passionate he is about grumps and his other projects. overall, really great and funny dude :] 👍🏼

as for my discovery, it was back in october 2020 specifically. they just released the first episode of their “Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc” playthrough. i was SUPER into danganronpa at the time and i was very excited for them to play it. after that, it was just a roller coaster of watching/not watching them. UNTIL! they uploaded their second reaction video to the sbassbear remixes. that’s when i subscribed and it’s been very fun since then :)

New idea:

Something happens, Desmond time travel to the past... But...

He become something like the Eldritch! Desmond, except that:

He adopts the child versions of his ancestors (and the others protagonist).

Like he take Arno just after his father dies.

Or he just adopt them before the canon is about to start or the start of the canon (like Shay is recently survived the Lisboa).

The Eldritch God Desmond idea that technically has an ending. Sorta.

He can only leave the Gray thanks to this holes that he can crawl out of.

The holes turn out to be the shadows underneath the bed or the shadowy part of a barely opened closet.

His form takes on a grotesque turn, as if reality itself tried to create a form for something shapeless enveloping the Gray.

That’s right.

We’re turning Desmond into the boogeyman that visits children at night XD

He first visits Altaïr after the death of Umar. The chest that held Umar’s possessions was left slightly open, almost empty because Assassins have already taken some of them back. He finds Altaïr crying and missing his father. The child wasn’t even afraid of him, not at all.

He was too tired from crying but he couldn’t sleep because, when he closes his eyes, he would see the head of his father rolling in the ground.

Desmond comforts him each night after their meeting, staying by his side and letting the boy sleep on his monstrous inconceivable body.

He was there when Abbas’ father tried to take his own life and all the Brotherhood knew was that he had gone inside, calling Altaïr a monster in his grief-stricken madness.

Altaïr grows up under the care of the monster inside his father’s closet and he’s… strange. He doesn’t see the world the same way others did. He had no loyalty to the Brotherhood. He stayed because Desmond told him he had to stay.

When he saw what the treasure was, he knew immediately that Desmond would want it.

Ezio is different. He first saw the boogeyman when Claudia was born. He had screamed in fear and the boogeyman left.

The next time he sees the boogeyman, it was when Petruccio was born. He thought he was just dreaming and ran away to Federico’s room to hide.

The final time he sees the boogeyman, it was the night before the Auditores would be arrested. The boogeyman crept from underneath Cristina’s bed and pinned Ezio, covering his mouth before he could say anything. Cristina slept peacefully as the creature whispered to Ezio.

Ezio thought he was just dreaming.

Then he learned his father and brothers were arrested and…

The creature grabbed his hand just as he opened the chest that held his father’s Assassin robes.

He whispered the same thing once more.

“Give the evidence to House Medici. Uberto Alberti betrayed your father.”

Ezio was scared, of course.

But…

He also knew that the creature was trying to help.

So he heeded his warning and went straight to House Medici.

Ratonhnhaké:ton first encountered him his first night in Achilles’ home. The closet door creaked open and he slipped into Ratonhnhaké:ton’s room. A being older and more powerful than anything Ratonhnhaké:ton had ever seen.

But he wasn’t afraid.

There was no need to be afraid.

He knew that he had not done anything to offend the being so he greeted him in his native language.

He used a thousand voices that whispered all over the room.

He simply told Ratonhnhaké:ton to not forget to eat dinner next time and left.

He became a nightly visitor, sometimes moving out of Ratonhnhaké:ton’s room to wander the manor in one of their regular walks.

Achilles confronted Ratonhnhaké:ton one morning about his nightly visitor.

“He’s a ghost that has haunted the Brotherhood. Seeing him means he’s marked you.”

“Marked me?”

“You will do great things, Connor. Maybe you will guide the Brotherhood and lead us to greater heights. Maybe you’ll leave the Templar Order in a storm of fire and ashes. You will leave your name in the Brotherhood and one day… you will disappear from this world and will never be found.”

Other possible adoptions:

- Edward would start seeing him in the chest in the captain’s room in the Jackdaw.

- Arno would see him underneath the bed in the room he was given in the de la Serre mansion. He runs away from the de la Serre once Desmond learns they’re Templars and ‘whispers’ to Arno that Monsieur de la Serre may have something to do with the death of his father.

- Jacob and Evie starts seeing him after their mother died and their father left for India. Desmond has his own ‘room’ in the train where he would slip in and out of.

- If you want to include Shay, Desmond could slip out underneath his cot in Morrigan’s captain room after they left Lisbon and Shay starts seeing him as a ‘nightmare’ haunting his guilt over what happened in Lisbon.

- Bayek would start seeing him after Khemu’s death and he thinks he’s one of the old gods, reminding him to avenge his child. (maybe Khemu even talks about Desmond as a friend who helps him sleep)

- Instead of Kassandra, we can make Desmond adopt Alexios as Deimos and turn this into ‘tired dad and chaotic mass murdering gremlin’ XD)

- Basim starts seeing Desmond in the shadows of Alamut and tries to ignore him, thinking that a spirit haunting this place would not ‘talk’ to him if he pretends that he can’t see him. Jokes on him, Desmond is there because he can ‘see’ the Isu sleeping inside Basim.

- Eivor sees Desmond her first night in Ravensthorpe and assumes he’s a spirit of the land so she treats him with respect.

I saw your answer on your favorite Yugioh characters, but now here's a question~

You stick them all in a room and they have to stay in there for an hour. What do you think is going to happen? Do they fight? Do they form alliances? Do they sit in a circle and talk about Duel Monsters strategies?

Joey and Soulburner would immediately vibe on nigh atomic level. Immediate golden-retriever-to-golden-retriever communication. If/when their conversation goes to duel monsters, Yusei and Astrals' interest would be caught and they'd wander over, probably while still calmly working on their own strategy to unlock the door. Chazz would try desperately to sit in the corner by himself, but eventually he HAS to join in, probably because he's the only one that can actually see Astral, and he grumpily assigns himself the job of interpreting.

Meanwhile, Shay Obsidian is climbing on the walls and trying to get a raidraptor to destroy the whole building.

bless you hana for wanting to help 😭😭😭 here's what's happening. a lot of sfw and totally harmless posts have been getting flagged because of tumblr's new image recognition ai doing the job instead of staff (who is rumored to have been cut down by the way). there's nothing any of us can do but wait it out :/ i have submitted my posts for review but they remain untouched, as well. tumblr has been radio silent about the issue in general.

Oooooooh yeah I have so many thoughts about this but I've been on set this whole week and Brain is Soup ™️so this may seem a bit scattered- (and I may add pieces later :P)

But. I have revolved ideas of how the Shay vs His Old Pals fights would go now that he's a werewolf in my mind like pizza pockets in the microwave and I have come to the conclusion that the most dramatic confrontation is gonna be with Hope.

All the Assassins know Shay's a wolf before he gets yote off a cliff and they know his weaknesses- because he willingly shared details as he discovered them before Lisbon. Achilles all but demanded full reports and that meant... testing limits. Each face off is gonna be a match made in hell for Shay since each Assassin has a specialized niche that lines up perfectly with one of his weaknesses.

Hope is the only one who dabbles on the more... chemical side of things. Wolfsbane, for example >:}

Honestly, thinking about it, Shay's very first face off with an ex-ally (Le Chasseur? I think? Gotta fact check LOL) will probably be the roughest where he's still trying to wrangle everything about being a werewolf and the confrontation ends up more violent for it.

By the time he gets to Adèwalè there's gonna be even more ***FEELINGS*** involved re: Haytham... so maybe he will wolf out a bit. Righteous fury and all that. Haytham's mixed emotions about the whole thing will definitely be something Shay picks up on and reacts to, I think.

I'm so open to bouncing ideas around mostly cuz I'm plotting as I go XD

[Some kind of AU] Edward, Haytham, Shay and Raton trying to steal a ship or smth. Cut to Haytham being bullied by his father, his son and his subordinate because he's the only one incapable of steering a ship. Who knew that Assassins-Templars divergences would be so easy to set aside?

Haytham, teeth clenched: Shay, you're on thin fucking ice-

Shay: Did you say something, sir? I was distracted by how terrible that knot is

Bonus: Jenny laughing her ass off in the background because even she knows the basics of sailing

Jenny absolutely knows how to sail because she spent months with her father sailing back to England. His crew taught her everything she needed to know whenever Edward was busy and Edward even let her take the helm twice during their journey.

To be completely honest, Shay didn’t want to join the trio bullying Haytham but, dear god, the man could talk his mouth off with the amount of criticism he had on his son’s sailing (which was fine).

Edward is actually the first one to start snarking about him.

To be completely honest, Edward was the origin of the entire thing because he goaded Haytham in manning the helm.

Haytham wasn’t bad at it though.

Not exactly.

It’s just clear that he was never one to actually give all the orders and there might be some kind of pressure in it because his father (dead father) was staring at him the entire time, judging (Edward really wasn’t) his every move.

But the worst part.

The absolutely worst part of this entire thing was…

The four of them (Jenny included) bonding over sea shanties.

And Haytham…

Haytham was starting to hum them.

"I retrieve the book in the future after an incident involving Gracia Village and Hollow Pokémon forces everyone to evacuate. Then I take the book, go back in time to chronicle the events of the timeline that just took place, then give the updated copy to Aster in the distant past, thus creating another new timeline."

Destiny opened the book to the first page, slightly shuffling her blindfold to reveal a sliver of glowing cobalt. The page had one thing written on it: 'Aster, Do not retrieve during The Fall'. "Of course, I made sure to specifically instruct Aster to leave the book behind during the attack. And for the most part, unless absolutely necessary, I don't interfere with the timeline of my own universe while I get everything in this book. That'd just create another new timeline, separate from the one I'm trying to write down, and that'd be a completely separate headache."

She shook her head, clapping the cover shut with a simple motion, before fixing her blindfold. "At least this idea is going better than the first time I tried meddling with history... At least as far as over 200 millennia of planning goes anyway."

In truth I feel Shay did no wrong in his choice to attempt to keep the manuscript and other artifacts out of the assassin's hands. He could have handled it better but given what he was dealing with, he did the best he could.

Hi, What do you imagine Stellaride's christmas's to be like if they are not on shift?

Honestly they are such homebodies i can honestly see them at the loft in their pjs with a warm cup of cocoa or spiked cocoa lounging on the couch with a list of movies or sport games to watch.

I can see them exchanging a small meaningful gift even though they told each other all year no gifts 😊

I honestly can't see them with a tree or a bunch of decorations maybe they'd be into it if they have their baby or kid but just them I can't see them decorating the loft too much. Stella might get some small decor to make the place feel cozy ✨️ 😊

Now, with Damon in the picture, I can imagine them doing a small dinner, and they talk about their newfound family dynamic. We see Stellaride cooking dinner together, listening, laughing & dancing to a playlist that Stella put together. Oh my GOD, now I'm imagining Stellaride, their baby & Damon at the dinner table & I'm about to go cry now, so thanks for asking this question
