[ A/N : Suzi Q !! I love the silly woman. So glad I have the chance to write for her. This is pretty short, I didn't sleep at all tonight so apologies for any grammar or spelling mistakes lol ]

Ah, Valentine's Day. The one time you'd get to spend the entire day with your lover.

You'd been working for Lisa Lisa for a while now, and while the woman was very kind to you, the best part about it was obviously Suzi Q.

You and her started out as mere acquaintances, since both of you worked and lived in the same residence. But over time, you developed.. feelings, for the blonde. And soon (after a long talk with Lisa Lisa about how to confess your feelings), you became partners.

And now, you could enjoy the entire day, because you'd spend it with her.

It took shockingly little convincing for Lisa Lisa to let you and your girlfriend off for a day.

"Go have fun, you two. You should get to enjoy Valentine's Day."

She didn't have to say it twice!

Fresh snow covered the landscape outside the mansion. You sat on the edge of your bed, staring out the window absentmindedly. Your eyes followed a pair of crows, hopping on the ground and sharing a nut with each other.

Even the birds are celebrating, you thought with a smile.

What snapped you back to reality was the feeling of warm hands on you from behind, which soon covered your eyes.

"Guess who~" A sing-song voice called out, one you recognized instantly.

"Suzi!" You exclaimed. She giggled and let her hands wander down from your face to your shoulders. "Have you thought about what you'd like to do for Valentine's, love?" You asked.

"Yes, actually." You tapped the space next to you on the bed, and she sat down. "Well.. Lisa Lisa is not here. She's still out with Joseph and Caesar, so.." she put her hand on yours. "We have the mansion to ourselves."

"Ah.. we do?" You smiled. "That is wonderful."

She nodded. "I've made some hot chocolate for us. We could watch a movie, too- that is, if you'd like, of course."

You felt your lips curve into a smile as you listened to her. She was always so sweet, and caring. Every moment you spent with her, you were reminded why you fell for her.

"Suzi, I'd love to."

Soon enough, you were laying together in bed with fresh mugs of hot cocoa placed on the bedside table. The blonde rested her head on your chest as you gently stroked her hair. Her soft golden locks have always mesmerized you, but getting to comb your fingers through them just felt.. magical.

The movie had been on for about 10 minutes so far, but you hadn't been paying attention. Your focus was solely on your girlfriend, your partner, the love of your life.

"Oh, my love," you whispered, "how are you always so effortlessly enchanting?"

You didn't miss the way her cheeks heated up and became more red, even in the dim light. "Ah, darling.. you flatter me."

"Of course," you replied. "A woman as captivating and flawless as yourself deserves no less than endless devotion."

And you meant it, you really did. You cupped her cheek as you looked into her eyes and told her you loved her, and you always would, no matter what.

"I wouldn't dream of leaving you, Suzi. You are perfect. More than perfect, in fact. You are the woman of my dreams, and I plan to remind you of that every day, until I let out my final breath."

You've learned that she's not used to compliments. It's evident by how she hid her face behind a mug while she 'drank' some hot cocoa.

You chuckled and pulled her closer to you. After a moment she recovered and let herself relax in your arms, laying on your chest, listening to your heartbeat.

Maybe flirting can wait until after the movie is done.. maybe.
