The question was dragged and hesitant enough to understand it despite her poor English and the fact that the guy was speaking from behind a large purple hoodie. Haruko looks down: there's a massive muddy bootprint over her shoe.

"Oh. Yes." She pouts. "I didn't notice it. Someone did step on me on the metro today. It was so croweded..." She sighs and shrugs. "It looks worse than it is, it's not that painful. But my poor shoe..."

"You're still sixteen. It's not too late to challenge him," Binghe says, a cheerful smile spreading across his face. He's not well aquainted with turtle demons, but deicide is entirely up his alley, or would be, should he meet whatever cosmic thing had created him.

"Anyway, my lowest points have always lead me to fight harder. Out of spite, if nothing else."

the heat he had to face in his world? 42 welcomed the cold more than anything, and having such a puffed up coat to help combat the chill in the air? he was actually enjoying himself.

with donnie showing up, it made the young man turn his head, his mask started to unravel. he could be without it for a couple hours, there was no harm in this worlds atmosphere--not like his own.

leo wasn't new to this whole--different dimension turtles thing--so that wasn't the thing that startled him. it was the fact that the other had shown up like this with cuts and bruises all over his person.

anything your muse wants right now: tbh I think Haruko is pretty happy with the adventures she’s getting. She’s had drama with classmates thanks to @legendreign​, discovered the troubles of NY with @treasurechcst​ and is about to embark on a big quest with @stellarisen​ four chaotic babies, and more to come! She’s a pretty romantic soul in many ways, so I wonder if there will also be some romantic drama at some point, but let’s see how things develop.

Oh. That sure was a lot to take in. Her eyes are wide, both in embarrassment at her own status as a defective dragon, and at--that. She prided herself on being observant, so why is she so blindsided, so stunned?

"Oh." She scowled. "I never had to feel alone. I mean--no one ever really seems weird in my family. We're all weird in our own ways, but a lot of the same ones, too. And my parents kinda knew Oz and I would be different, so nothing was ever a secret or a surprise." A sigh. "I didn't realize until recently how lucky we were."
