However, the Servant Ruler protested the conditions by beating the Lords and the Holy Church's supervisors in a battle of attrition. In the end, the three institutions agreed to make concessions with the A.I. by allowing him at least one Command Seal.

To dissuade the Lords' and the Church's anxieties, A.I. Sherlock makes his first Command by ceding his Servant Assassin to Watson.
