Day 2 of 7 trek to Kilimanjaro with @whoatravel 🏔: SO the weather changes...a lot. Almost as if the mountain is playing a little game on you whenever you put on or take off rain gear. Luckily, I love games, and I always find a way to win (aka see the positive in a meh situation). . That being said, after raining all night at camp, I found this majestic little puddle that’s now one of my favorite pieces of art. 😻🤓 . Day two was another long incline trek (2000 meters/6000 feet total from starting), but through the “moss lands” instead of the rainforest. That means more sun, less oxygen, but these random cute little bright flowers and stunning views all around! . Yes I am still wearing hot pink, and yes I took this photo all by mah self! 🙋♀️💃🏔 . If you’re wondering about altitude sickness, I took Diamox as advised by my @whoatravel guides and GALs, and will have full details about acclimating in my blog posts! 💖 (But if you’re super eager to book, my discount code is “MyLifesATravelMovie”)😀 . #kilimanjaro #mtkilimanjaro #machameroute #shiracamp #whoatravel #mylifesatravelmovie #alyssaramostravels #travelblogger #hike #trek #girlpower #natgeotravel #tlpicks #goprogirl #goprotravel #iphonex (at Mount Kilimanjaro)
