I will say I think being on social media in fandom spaces rather than using it for whatever else as a teen did help me to learn to currate my own experiences. Like some people will act like they're being held hostage by the people they follow 'urgh our ex manager is ranting on sc again, it makes me so uncomfortable' 'okay? Block him, you shouldn't have your manager on social media in the first place' 'no I can't thats mean' '??? He's in your phone?' like why are you allowing people you don't like to invade your personal spaces in your free time???

also i don't have any specific articles to post but if you're interested in all this contract insanity stuff PLEASE do yourselves a favor and look into the wild shit that has been going on with the nflpa. and how it was proven that their leadership has been colluding with nfl owners and basically working AGAINST the players. like when you look at other sports leagues and how much more power their players have in terms of things like guaranteed money, it all comes down to how weak the nflpa has historically been 🥲

Honestly, me abandoning Twitter was both good and bad because, on the one hand, I have been pleasantly oblivious to any and all drama/accusation posts...

Do you ever wonder how andromeda found out about tonks dying? it's probably a common belief (and agreement) that andromeda found out that ted was dead through the radio, the same exact time harry, ron, and hermione did. but there are so many ways that it can go with tonks

there's possibility that she never knew, and only found out days later. worried sick that her daughter hadn't come home but terrified that everyone else had passed, so one morning the newspaper arrives saying that the war had been won. but she knows, she knew that if it had been

won then where was her daughter. she scans the list of names of everyone that had passed and she finds tonks name listed. of course she breaks down, what else is she supposed to do? she sees remus is dead to and looks over to where teddy is asleep, realizing that he's all she has

or there's a possibility that someone, anyone, had come to her house after the war had finished. someone in the order who had known where she lived, or possibly one of the golden trio (i like to think it's harry that goes), to tell her of her daughters death. andromeda knew the

minute that harry arrived that her daughter wasn't there anymore. because if tonks was still alive then she would've came to see her herself. the last option of what could've happened is that andromeda has an aching feeling in her heart. it nearly stopped twice, it was almost

like she could feel her daughter leaving. she wasn't sure why her heart had stopped a second time... but she waited until morning, she knew she couldn't go at night it's too dangerous. she took teddy with, running to an apparation point far from her home. ending up in hogsmede

and running as fast as she could to hogwarts (or as fast as she could at that age), there wasn't any danger in hogsmede... not like she had expected. and when she arrived at hogwarts, she saw that there wasn't any danger there as well. she looked confused, enough that someone

ran to her. but it wasn't her daughter like she had hoped. it was someone else, bringing her the news that her daughter had died. it doesn't matter who, the only thing on her mind was that her daughter was gone and there was nothing she could do about it

imagine how much harder it'll be to break the news to her that her big sister was the one who raised her wand against her only child. but now bellatrix was also gone, and she couldn't scream at her to bring tonks back

My answer for the Mogtober poll is that I AM PARTICIPATINGGGG 😋😋😋 and I’ll actually get past the first day for once 💪

I made the 9-prompt list to work smarter not harder, and anyone is free to do the same, whether it’s 3 prompts or 15 or etc etc etc. You can also combine prompts if you think that would be interesting, regardless of whether they’re adjacent or not, and that’s another way to cut down on the workload. Also: don’t feel pressured to cram everything in October if you’re determined but busy! Mogvember and Mogcember FTW 👍
