With nothing to your name but the will to survive, you picked up the pieces and made it your mission to uncover the truth behind the creatures that tore your family apart.

Starting Conditions:

• Begin with an empty lot (you can build or download a run down cabin or something that represents a room for rent) set money to 0

• Haunted House Residential lot is highly recommended

• No money cheats; earn everything from the ground up

Supernatural Ties:

• First major supernatural encounters must be with ghosts, vampires, and werewolves

• Build relationships with them—good or bad—but one must play a major role in the story

Love Story:

• Fall in love with a normal (non-occult) Sim

• Two possible outcomes:

-If they discover the truth, they leave

-If you hide the truth, they’re caught in the crossfire (killed, turned, cursed, etc.)

Children:

• Have two children (if you want to just have one child that is ok as well)

• The heir must witness the loss (via death, transformation, or abandonment)

• This event leaves a deep scar that shapes the next generation’s relationship with love and the supernatural

❗️you may want to consider utilizing TwistedMexi's TOOL mod or Wicked/Wonderful Whims to use more precise positioning. i tried to pre-position the poses as best as i could in case anyone doesn't want too many mods, but either of those mods will be really helpful with fine-tuning the poses to your liking.

↝ you can use the cheat traits.equip_trait trait_OccultMermaid_MermaidForm while mersim is in the pose - just make sure if you’re playing with a household that you have that mersim selected before entering the cheat lol)

↝ placing the teleporter:

in build mode, place the statue facing the water on the outer line of the grid square (of your dock/platform/floor) closest to the water.
