Art dump!!!!

I bought some alcohol markers at the dollar store and they're amazing!!!! They don't blend too well, and it's a limited pallet, but I'm happy with them. I still remember when this one popular brand of alcohol markers was super popular, they were called copics o smt like that, little me was OBSESSED. Having alcohol markers was my literal dream 😭✋✋✋

I SWEAR THE PAPER IS NOT DIRTY, I SWEAR 😭‼️ it has some faded pencil traces from the sketch, and some random marker traces because I was testing them 😭✋‼️

Random eye because all artists do random eyes when bored/testing something, right?

I think they were 8 euros??? So maybe I'll buy more! I also eyed some color pencils that, well, were watercolor pencils, but WATERCOLOR PENCILS JUST HIT DIFFERENT. They have so much pigmentation unlike normal pencils (normal cheap pencils, I mean).

I don't usually have random sketches- but uhhhh apparently I was motivated enough to try! XD These are various fanart of some of my favorite series/movie. :)

The whole left of the panel is what I think happened with the aftermath of this scene from @indieyuugure's story, Indie TMNT. :) I had an idea in my head and just needed to get it on digital paper hehe.

The little blond girl in the middle is based on a beloved oc of @allyheart707! :) Her floofy hair was a BLAST to draw! As well as little extra details like the sparkles in her eyes and hair. :)

And then the far right of the panel is what I think Hogarth Hughs would look like at 16. (For those who don't recognize him, this is the main character of one of my favorite animated movies "The Iron Giant"!)

When I said there was a group of artists that I find inspiring, I want kidding. It's been years since I've picked up a pencil to draw out sketch anything, and these artists have got me wanting to fill pages of sketch books.

I sketch messy, I'm not looking to really improve, but I'm also in the mindset of wanting to just continue and see what happens. See if I pick anything up.

If anything, I'll have something that's half as good a the ones I follow.

So, considering the day and what's been going on in my dashboard, I figured I could take some time to draw some sketchy fanart of @kaylasartwork. If you missed what I reblogged earlier, she's kind of in a bit of a situation, and is looking for donations on her ko-fi, in case anyone is feeling generous.

Also, don't mind the little creatures at the top of the page. They're little guys I made in high school, and are just great warmup material.
