Wanted to make an elder oc for a long time but I’ve never been able to come up with one that is cohesive with the story, so instead I made an elder apprentice oc

Their name is Ceoil <look up how to pronounce it correctly, I recommend using actual Irish websites like teanglann.ie instead of Google translate because it’ll likely be inaccurate otherwise>

They are the apprentice to Daleth (who would’ve guessed haha). They are taught by both Daleth and the prophets and were a child that participated in both Passage (completed) and Prophecy (incomplete)

I think I've stared too long at this piece but I was not aiming for perfection. The other artworks will come soon, I just need to stop making more and more projects while exam period is approaching.

For now I plan to finish the mermay one, portraits and deity versions (hopefully soon).

I also learned of a cool trick to color line art and damn, I love it!

Making a ref sheet and I drew a Skykid to show the scale for this design but.. no, this just looks like a "He asked for no pickles" type image. Regardless, take this WIP. This one is missing all the limbs because.. I need to make a second sheet just to add all the krill legs and the wings.. Makes things look less cluttered.

Are you going for more oc art instead of ur usual sky cotl drawings? I'm pretty curious about it, but ur ocs are so interesting!! ^^

Pretty much! I actually have a bunch of sky cotl drawings, but most of the time they are wips and they feel out of context because theyre usually about the au. However, I wouldn’t mind answering questions about it though! Don’t expect much when asking about the elders because I have been focusing on my sky kid ocs more than the elders lately. Alef is pretty much the only elder i have proper au lore around because the sky cotl au is centered around alef and resh (lol).

Have these sketches of… majority of my sky kid ocs. As a treat.

As for non-sky ocs, i have been making oc art wips to post on a different site. I end up sharing more details there because that site’s designed to share oc lore.

The thing my ocs are for have been referred to as “malignant rebirth project” or mp for while. But I have been calling it “Malignant Magia” to refer to the main story im focusing on. To be honest, most of my “aus” have a connection to this thing. Here’s the main cast. (Minus one, woops!)

Resh, the corrupted king of Sky.

Once a Sky Child himself, Resh ascended to the throne of Sky and brought about an industrial revolution. After being driven mad by his lust for power and sealed away by the Elders he once called friends, the king discarded his remaining light and unleashed a dark storm across his former kingdom. The storm ravaged the land, corrupting light creatures into Krill and turning the people to stone. He now consumes the winged light of any Sky kid foolish enough to enter his prison in the hopes that one day their light will help him break free from his seal.

Yeah that’s right I made another au but this time it’s Sky flavoured! I have so many ideas hehe
