Doing a rewatch of Season 6 and my watch buddy and I just finished episode 3 (p.s. I'm sorry I know you don't like talking about this ep).

I had completely forgotten about this scene - it's the part where they're all getting lunch and the cafeteria lady gives Kai extra because, and I quote, he's "her favorite".

I just, ... Kai just looked so uncomfortable in that moment and I was wondering what you thought about that scene and Nya's comment to Kai right after about she said Kai always wanted, "special treatment".

IDK maybe it's nothing and I'm just over reacting but with how everything is in this season ... it kinda leaves me wondering.

It’s not much mind you but it adds to the discomfort. Flirting with an inmate, kinda weird. Not high on the list but it’s definitely there.

ik it’s heavily exploited in most skybound fics that after the second time jay tries to escape misfortunes keep he gets a bigger ball and chain. but yall that’s canon

like it’s obviously bigger in the second pic. plus he goes from moving pretty freely and jumping around, doing flips when trying to escape the first time, to barely being able to drag it around

i think it would be funny if the ninja went to the cloud kingdom as an easy way to get more info on jay and arins where abouts and euphrasia is just like “oh yeah the other monks think jay losing his memories is bad karma for reversing the timeline”and she says it so casually like the skybound events are common knowledge in the cloud kingdom and the other ninja are just like ????

i also think it’d be funny if the monks didnt like jay bc he messed with ‘fate’
