ideologically i don't agree with mister squidward tentacles but he did go off with his utter lack of company loyalty and his rigid insistence on getting paid overtime for performing any duties outside of his job description
#i don't buy his class solidarity though. he's very fuck-you-got-mine and i think he's just coopting the lefty labor language#his problem with his wages is that he thinks he's above the working-class hoi-polloi... not that the class divide exists to begin with#if he ever got his big break as an artist i just know he would throw all that strike speech stuff out the window#shebbz shoutz#spongebob#squidward's father... never hugged him!! SpongeBob: Roll the windows up.
Jimmy: Why what's going on?
SpongeBob: Roll the windows up, hurry! It's fucking Timmy! He's broke! He's homeless! He's gonna ask us for a new show!
Aang: Why not a new season?
SpongeBob: Bro. Did you not see what happened to his show? That shit got ran into the ground! And if he did get a new season, he would somehow find a way to fuck it all up.
Danny: Plus he already had a new show three years ago.......it was terrible.
Jimmy: Wait, don't they have another new show as well right now?
SpongeBob: Yeah, but that one is actually good. But Timmy's not involved whatsoever.
Aang: Man. Things have been rough for the guy since his show ended.
Danny: Let's be real, that was for the best. Lord knows how lower they could even go......
SpongeBob: Not to mention the company has been trying to pretend he doesn't even exist for the better of nearly 20 years.
Jimmy: Why so? Timmy's one of our companies' biggest names.
SpongeBob: A lot of that has to do with copyright issues.
Danny: And even then, I think the company are low-key embarrassed by Timmy. Given how much HARD his show fell off. Plus the antics of his creator.
Aang: Weren't you created by him too?
Danny: Unfortunately, yes. But even then, while my show may have gone downhill, it was never to the extent as Timmy's!
SpongeBob: Dude. I don't think I've seen a show fall off this hard since Family Guy.
Aang: Well at least Cosmo and Wanda are doing well with that Hazel kid.
