In society, an Omega's sole purpose is to act as a servant to the Alphas until they become breeding property.

An Alpha, Tony Stark, gets sent to an Alpha boarding school for his senior year, having been kicked out of all his previous schools for his behavior and insubordination. His first week there, he manages to come across one of the school's Omega servants, Peter, as he was scrubbing the floor on his hands and knees.

While Tony was captivated by the boy, the other Alphas merely laughed as one kicked over Peter's bucket of water, spreading it across the floor.

In the middle of the night, unable to sleep, Tony found himself going to the school's library. There, hidden amongst the piles of books was Peter, his nose buried in the pages as he slowly attempted to read the words in dim candlelight.

When their eyes met, Peter panicked and began to hyperventilate, knowing that he was going to be brutally punished for being found.

Tony immediately calmed him down and promised that he would keep quiet. He discovered that the boy had been teaching himself to read, something that was expressly forbidden for Omegas. However, with his limited access, he was struggling to learn on his own.

The Alpha wasn't sure what came over him, but he immediately offered to help the boy learn as much as he possibly could.

From then on, they snuck around, secretly meeting in the middle of the night for the tutoring sessions. Sure, Tony slept very little and would fall asleep in class the following days, but it was abundantly clear that he was willing to do anything he could to make the Omega smile.

“I’ll- I’ll try… but, things might move quickly here. I- I might be in surgery.”

“Okay, okay, I’ll call Bucky and May. You- you stay put. I’ll be there, I promise. I love you, I love you.”

Three hours later, Peter stops answering Tony’s calls. The Alpha gets a hold of Bucky though who is waiting at the hospital. May is picking up Ben and Harley from school and taking care of them.

Tony bursts into the waiting room, his suit a mess and face a storm of emotions. Bucky comes up to him, embracing him.

“They took Peter to surgery. They are doing a C-section, I presume. They wouldn’t tell me for sure since I’m not family.”

“But-but… It’s too early. What about the baby?” Tony’s eyes are wild, flickering from one place to the next. His hands tremble as he clutches at Bucky’s shoulders.

“It’s 4 weeks early. Pups survive that, and especially yours and Peter’s. They are fighters. Hey? You’ll all be okay. Just breathe.”

In this prompt, I'd take the idea of civil war but making it more 'civil' in a sense of being a war between the society standard and its suppressed population, of course there would be a chaos among the politicians and the Avengers.

Like we know the Sokovia Accords is made to control and regulate the activities of enhanced individuals so what if I throw in ABO(my version) as well ? In ABO, one person gender is divided into 3 categories, Alpha,Beta and Omega, there's a huge imbalance between Alpha and Omega so every omegas has been kept in those "medical" facility in order to take care and designate them (with or without the omega consent) to an Alpha or a pack because Omega can't survive without a pack's care.

In this world, the Sokovia Accords is not a simple thing just to control and regulate even though on the surface is, the government took advantage of SHIELD disband and seeing how mutant are valuable, they plan to militarize this community. They present two different Accords to Team Cap and Team Ironman, one is to 'provide' a reassurance for the civilians, minimize all the damage cause by the Avengers/vigilante and the other promise a supervision where the Avengers had to go under the government laws created a complexe misunderstand (they even utilize King T'Chaka death, pushing Wakanda to the center of all atention). Using old hydra researches and the help of remaining Wakadan that died in Lagos (they are researcher driven by hatred), they had successfully created a substance that can suppress mutant genes.

They play a huge role in influencing when the Accords is presented to the Avengers, further more dividing the Avengers.

Peter is an Omega, he got bitten by a radioactive spider later on presented as an Omega and due to some accident, he and May got busted by his schoolmate that his aunt is trying to hide his second gender illegally (because all Omegas can't go to school without a pack/mate permission) and May is only a Beta, his uncle Ben, the only Alpha died. May is arrested in place after the facility took Peter, later framed as an act of rebellion and got killed. Peter then got taken to a facility the same time the Sokovia Accords has been in place, Peter has to try his best to hide his status as a mutant and also protect himself, he doesn't want to be given as a cheap object for an Alpha or a pack he doesn't know but a life as a omega (sole purpose to breed) and a mutant (now got suppressed) is not easy at all, he saw a female Omega who got tested as a mutant got sold to an auction.

He spent 2 years acting like he's crazy (valid reason after your only family got killed because of you) so that the facility doesn't bother to care about him so they only got his old health report where he didn't register as an mutant yet, he also try to act younger and dumb for his age gaining a few pity and laugh in exchange for foods and books. He spent his whole time to memorize the guards, the facility,etc planning his escape.

He finally get his plan to work, he hacks the facility and delete all his records and escape the facility. By the time he got out, the outside world is pure chaos, the opposition between mutants and the government doesn't go as plan after the Sokovia Accords, mutants unite together and stand against the government and seeing all these opposition, the government chose to build more facility and get more mutant Omega to breed and make more mutant on their side, train them to be their soldiers and go against mutants. (in secret of course, they disguise this as a special group where mutant 'voluntarily' register and serve the government) This created for uproar among the mutant community now that their peers are being kidnapped, turned against and forced to serve if not they'll get killed.

The government is actively searching for the Team Cap's members (wishing turning them to soldier.

Being the first and only mutant Omega had escaped, he joined the mutant community and named himself "Spider-Man" to stand against the government. Using his knowledge and skill, he begin to unite the mutant community and other vigilantes to create a safe place for them and himself where he met Cap in a mission rescuing a mutant trafficking, then Black Widow in a mission to save his friends by asking her to sneak his friends in Wakanda (the only place) that can treat his friends wounds with Cap and the Falcon, where he also met Bucky.

During this time, the government became angry because of mutant's resistance so they brought Team IronMan in order to kill Spider-Man, still driven by guilt and clouded in fake promises, he agreed to take an act.

Later on, when facing each other both parties found out they were lied too and take an act at Wakanda where Bucky is when the government is trying to speed up their plans, they need the Winter Solider persona of Bucky, they want to know how to brainwash and they're also in search for the super soldier serum researches and (after SHIELD got rid of them when Fury has a feeling that the government was going to do something big), seeing the Avengers had united, the Wakanda traitor researcher had come back to Wakanda as a fugitive trying to search for the heart-shaped fruit for the super solider serum (that Fury only sent them the half) The traitor had infiltrated and 'poison' the water source of Wakanda by the said fruit turning their power against them, later on injured their king causing chaos and betrayal in the nation.

War Machine, despite not being an active combatant in the military but the fact that he still have the suit made him the perfect target, some trained mutant was sent to steal his suit and turn it to a weapon, before he can alert Tony he got captured.

Tony saw his friend not responding to him for days, he got suspicious and team up with Wanda and Vision, he also saw the government trying to interfere with Vision old blueprint.

Captain America called for an assemble, unite the team and fight against the government.

The truth came out and the Avengers are furious, they sided with Peter and his mutant community.

Parker luck was at it again. After years of bad dates, breakups and just not lucky in love. Peter meets Tony Stark.

He accidentally ran into him when he was dropping off lunch for his Aunt at the hospital.

After Peter apologized a few more times, he offers to replace the coffee that he accidentally knocked out of Tony's hands when they collided. He didn't expect him to accept.

'Not in my wheel house and not wanting to step on toes', a comment that Peter didn't quiet get. He was interested to know if anyone has offered him a grant or had taken him on.

While people loved his idea, when they hear it from a 22 year old Omega. Well. People tend to brush it off. So Peter had only gotten a job recently at the hospital where they had run into each other. A receptionist job, Aunt May(Beta) was able to pull a few strings.

After that, they started to met up at coffee shops, then inviting Peter to the lab to see what other ' ideas are tinkering around in there'. Tony didn't CARE that he was an Omega, he valued his brain, and if he didn't have a crush on him before, he definitely did after that.

With in a few weeks, Tony asked Peter to dinner. And the rest would be history. Except, when Peter asked about them seeing if they should live together after about a year of dating. With Tony's busy schedule, it would be easier, Tony like that idea, but said he wanted to be slightly traditional.

"Let's do things the proper way Gioia Mia, lets get engaged first. And then once we are finally bonded, we can get our own place or move to my family home upstate"
