As lockdown is easing how are you feeling? Are you marching merrily to your favourite pubs and cafes? Are you a little hesitant? Or are you staying firmly inside the box? For me a lot of things are happening right now that are stirring up some scary feelings so I may be in my box a bit longer for now. I am looking forward to being able to have a coffee and cake with my besties inside soon but I'm waiting till everyone is a bit less manic! 2 years later

The last time I logged into this account was around 2 years ago. My life has changed SO much... let’s just say my life is much more in order now.

Sadly, during the past couple of weeks we have been all been effected by Covid-19.  I am working from home and am staying inside pretty much all the time.

So how did I end up back here?

ALL.OF.THE.ABOVE.

What has not changed during these 2 years, is that I am still an Introvert. However, I am not quite sure I can relate to all these memes/ quotes.

While yes, I am more of indoors kind of person and staying at home for days does not seem like a bad idea after all, I LOVE, NEED and MISS my alone time.  Don��t get me wrong, I love my family - they’re my whole wide world.

BUT... Is anyone finding this whole thing somehow exhausting and getting some time alone has become merely impossible?

Bob and I were going to social distance walk on the Broadway side of USI (Note that I have seen experts say this is acceptable, even though it’s not #stayinginside #stayinghome). However, parking was blocked, signs up about the area being closed, ... although other people were violating this ban, we chose to head to the (undisclosed location). Again with social distancing. . As our climbing gym is closed, Bob is doing urban climbing. Don’t try this at home. No. Wait. Do try this at home, not out. Well... my show for April at the Garden City Arts Center is cancelled, and while it’s a bit of a disappointment, it is a decision that keeps the health and well-being of everyone in mind. It is rescheduled to be next year in May, so the way I look at it is an opportunity to put newer work into it.
