If an argument is getting too heated, he may bring up your ex-partner(s), or people you just went on dates with before you two got together, even if it didn't go any further than that. Especially if you didn't tell him about them previously.

Don't ask him how he knows about them, he'll immediately take that chance to shift the blame onto you, asking why you didn't tell him about them beforehand if you had told him about them earlier, he wouldn't have had to go digging to find out about them.

when he does that, It's really just him grasping for straws, usually in an attempt to change the subject.

so i'm doing this is mainly from a genre perspective, and a little bit from a... what human music i think they'd like once they get the surface. perspective. i think they had access to some human music but ill specify when im working under that hc.

and when i mention an artist, i don't mean they'd actually listen to them, i mean that they'd listen to the like... utdr equivalent of them. ik that's confusing but that's how i rationalize it.

i feel like their taste is insane. they're a kiddo so they mainly listen to what their parents like, which i'll get too, but i think once they get a bit older they just end up listening to the strangest sounding shit. like irl they'd REALLY love klaus nomi. they like new wave and opera separately, so together? amazing!

i also think they'd be super vague about everything. like you'd ask them where they found an artist and they'd just respond "internet."

i think his taste is sorta similar to his parents, but with chara's influence mixed in. a bit of county, but also some grunge. i think he'd be more of a pearl jam guy then a nirvana guy. his taste in country would also skew more towards folk rock. mfer would LOVE crazy horse.

i think right after becoming like... "numb" ig, he'd try listening to whatever the monster equivalent of heavy metal is, and he hated it.

this is hard cuz i think as a musician undyne would have a pretty diverse taste in music that's a bit harder to pin down. i think she'd like stuff that's a little bit softer then you'd expect, still loud, but not INSANELY loud. i personally think she'd mainly like instrumentals.

i sorta get the impression that she'd like bebop, especially the faster stuff. the faster the better! more avant-grade jazz in general feels like it'd be absolutely her shit. i think she'd like probably one country song, 1. cause of asgore and 2. i like thinking her family would be into country. it'd be a funny contrast.

I’m an attorney who got called “legally brunette” in law school (have been compared to Elle Woods but also to Belle from Beauty and the Beast and Hermione) in DC, where I lived for about seven and a half years post-undergrad before I moved to New York just under a year ago. I went to the University of Michigan and definitely did the “work hard play hard” part right - double major with a foreign language but also was on my sorority exec board and was at every football tailgate - and I’m a big fan of the school’s football and basketball teams as well as Ferrari and the rest of Formula 1.

I always say my favorite song is Earth Wind and Fire’s September, but I’m a lifelong dancer and theatre fan plus my parents are big music nerds, so it’s really hard to nail that down. My modern favorites are Harry Styles (yes, I was a big 1D girl, you can scroll back to 2011 on this blog lol), Olivia Rodrigo, Taylor Swift, and Kacey Musgraves, but we say the big five with Mom and Dad were EWF, Steely Dan, the Stones, Carole King, and Crosby Stills and Nash.

Vani//la I/ce

- He is the type to SWEAR he’s not ticklish even when he’s laughing while being tickled.

- He has the most ticklish thighs, particularly his inner thighs, but any place on his thighs gets him laughing like an idiot.

- Secretly wouldn’t mind D/io tickling him. Dude is touch-starved tbh

- His neck is also ticklish, and he may or may not have snorted when Mid/ler (haha Mid/LER) touched it once.

- In regards to that mini fic, he does find out at some point about Tere/nce’s doll. Mari/ah ends up telling him after Tere/nce did something to piss her off lmao

- Instead of committing murder like everyone thought would happen, Ice pins Ter/ence down and completely wrecks him as payback. Not that he ENJOYS something so silly and childish. Absolutely not.

Ste/ely D/an

- Such an asshole ler. He is the type that when he finds a sensitive spot, he will focus all his attention on there until he gets bored.

- On he flipside, he is a complete coward whenever anyone tickles him and he has very colorful language while he’s laughing his head off and flopping around like a fish.

- He bullies Ter/ence and Cha/ka (who isn’t under the power of Anu/bis very often, so his personality is usually the shy and meek one he had before) the most out of everyone, because they crumble under tickles so easily. Oin/go beat him up once because he was always tickling Cha/ka to tears.

- He’s the type whose first instinct/reflex when being tickled is to kick or hit. However, he’s fairly easy to incapacitate him.

- Do that thing where you slide your finger up his back and he reacts with the most silly squeak and shiver.

- Always starts tickle fights, but only wants to be the one who finishes them. He is almost never the one who finishes them.

sam's movie lore pre-catws is sparse but we do know he was in the air force wildin out with the wings & his wingman, riley, and then riley was shot down on a mission, leading sam to leave the service. here is my music lore for them;

[thoroughfare by ethel cain] - my sam wilson grew up in a small town in the deep south and his older brother is a preacher who is like 7 years older and he's got a little sister and his parents run a fishing boat and they have a great home and ever since sam figured out how to dream big he has been living life with a suitcase in his hand ready to go. he gets to the usaf or whatever and he meets riley and i think i decided that riley is an air force brat and he's lived all over but he's never really had a home so he and sam are like mirrors i guess, idk if that's the right comparison. i kinda hc that riley pulls sam from normal pararescue to the falcon program and he's like "hey do you want to actually fly?" and sam is like "that is the only thing i have ever wanted to do" and they are inseparable from then on. [for the record i do not hc them as romantically involved ik some people do so i gotta get that out there i just think they're drift compatible]

[brother by gerard way] - okay so sam has a strange relationship with his older brother, gideon, because gideon is old and also a priest and that's lore for a different time ask me later and like riley is also sam's brother. on one hand this is about riley and sam being there for each other amidst the horrors. but on another hand this is about sam unwittingly comparing gideon to riley in kind of a fucked up toxic way because riley is present in a way that gideon isn't and sam is like "is this what being a brother is supposed to feel like?" and its not like healthy or fantastic sorry sam it'll get better.

[knockin' on heaven's door by bob dylan] - and then riley dies. they're on a standard rescue mission, nothing they hadn't done before, when an rpg knocks riley out of the sky, and sam tells steve later "it's like i was up there just to watch" which i believe is top 5 worst most devastating lines to me in the mcu like i think about it every fucking day. and sam is like no like, take me with you. don't leave me here, we're a team, don't leave me behind. lowkey i put this here initially because it hurt my feelings but actually there's some relevant lyrical moments here, specifically "Mama put my guns in the ground / I can't shoot them anymore / That long black cloud is coming down / I feel I'm knocking on heaven's door" sam is like well if riley isn't here what is the point in wearing the wings.

[hurt by johnny cash] - well this song is beautiful and all and generally relevant for how one might feel when their partner is killed. but i've placed it here with sam and i've also placed it for steve when peggy dies. because sometimes i draw comparisons between peggy and riley re: their role in the story. like riley is to sam as peggy and bucky are to steve. i haven't unpacked that all the way but i can idk ask me later.

[chinese satellite by phoebe bridgers] - and i just think sam sits outside under the stars after riley dies and drinks crappy military alcohol and cries and wishes it had been him, and he prays a little even though he's been angry at god since his dad died but like where else would god be if not here in this beautiful place that’s been marked by so much death? specifically the line "I would stand on the corner / embarrassed with a picket sign / if it meant I would see you when i died" like to be so real I was 19 when this album came out and i looped the fuck out of it and this was always my favorite one. this lowkey has steve energy as well but if i'm gonna do one thing its draw comparisons between steve and sam.

[dirty work by steely dan] - "after that, I had a really hard time finding a reason for being over there" and there's a lot to unpack about mcu sam being in afghanistan, notably; why did they do that what is wrong with them its terrible i'm sorry i know we love him but its bad its bad. but now i can cash in on my 'this makes zero sense for any aspect of his character and also it's stupid' energy and be like well he's done. he doesn't believe in what he's doing anymore, he's not sure if he ever did, but now that riley is gone it's clear to him that there's nothing keeping him in the skies. also this song is a banger.

my headcanons for dio’s agents and how i imagine they would be baby sitting dio’s sons. also i didn’t include all the agents so sorry if i missed out anyone’s fave :( i mostly included my fave agents along with some others. okay on with the post! (also p.s. sorry these slowly get worse as the post goes on lmao)

okay sorry but he would be very irresponsible in my opinion 😭

he would probably be a fun babysitter though! loves playing games with dio’s sons

even though he’s not very responsible, he’s very good with the kids

his favourite of the 4 is rikiel and giorno, mainly because they cause him the least amount of trouble lmao

his favourite thing to do to keep the kids occupied is playing hide and seek with them

and he will read to them at bed time. though he’s normally sending himself to sleep while sending the kids to sleep

Mariah:

i think she would hate kids BUT i think she would be really good with them

honestly it’s her worst nightmare when she’s left to babysit dio’s sons

the thought of having to deal with them and clean up after them makes her sick to be honest (me too girl)

claims she couldn’t care less if something happened to the kids but she pays attention to them when she has to because she doesn’t want to actually face the consequences from dio if something does happen to the kids

normally ends up getting midler to come over and help her out with taking care of the kids

but mostly just calls her over to help deal with sick and other messes the kids have left in their diapers or the potty or even on the floor

her favourite son is also rikiel and giorno for sure for the same reasons as rubber

Steely Dan:

awful with kids so he’s not asked to babysit very often lmao

actually doesn’t even like kids either and is just all round bad with kids

also hates the thought of cleaning up after the kids and refuses to touch any messes they make and just like mariah, gets midler to come and deal with it

when he does baby sit dio’s kids, he never actually watches them to make sure they’re not getting into trouble or doing something they shouldn’t be lmao

honestly, the kids get away with so much when he’s babysitting because he simply doesn’t care

there’s definitely been some bones broken when dan has been babysitting

his favourite of dio’s sons is unaglo because he’s normally doing some weird or bad thing he shouldn’t be doing but it makes dan laugh

Daniel D’Arby:

really good with kids actually and is probably one of the more reliable agents for babysitting

mostly because he had to look after his brother a lot when they were younger so he’s used to looking after them and keeping them busy and calm

plays card games with the kids even though they’re tiny lmao

and still cheats when he plays against them too, no one is safe lmaooo

though giorno picked up some tips and tricks which have been useful in the future working in passione

his favourite of the kids is giorno for this reason as he’s always paying close attention in the card games played

but he’s always keeping a close eye on the kids to make sure they’re all well and doing okay

his favourite activity to do with the kids is play card games or just in general likes to play board games with the kids

Terence D’Arby:

also pretty good at babysitting! normally one of the ones who dio almost always asks alongside vanilla ice

dio’s kids often end up falling asleep on his knee while he’s playing video games :,) they’re always amused by all the colours and sounds going on

he lets the kids have a go at the video games and he always loves seeing how happy it makes them :)

always making sure the kids are well fed and well hydrated

he’s pretty much drawing on his experiences of what he can remember of daniel babysitting him as a kid lmao

his favourite of the kids is also rikiel and giorno because they don’t cause him much trouble very often

he’s not really good at giving the kids into trouble when they do do something wrong which leaves them to take the piss out of him a lot lmaooooo

Hol Horse:

i feel like he doesn’t mind babysitting dio’s kids but he’s also not the most responsible of the group lmao

i also feel like even though he’s not responsible, he’s actually really good with kids

the kids like him for the most part so they actually behave without him having to do very much

he plays games like hide and seek and such with the kids to make sure they’re well entertained

and also does it to try and tire the kids out so they go and nap lmaooo

again, unaglo is his favourite because he’s always doing stupid stuff that makes him laugh

Vanilla Ice:

the most reliable baby sitter out of all of the agents honestly

takes care of dio’s sons like they are his own kids

actually feeding them their meals and such when required

gives them healthy snacks for sure

his favourite activity is drawing and colouring in with the kids

his favourite child is giorno for sure since he’s so easy to look after and his least favourite is donatello since he can be so stubborn. he often finds it hard to control donatello lmaooo

Midler:

she’s not too bad of a babysitter either to be honest

she isn’t a big fan of kids either but at the same time, they don’t bother her to the extent that mariah and dan are bothered

because of this, she normally ends up turning up to help the two out

it’s always chaotic when she has to go and help the others lmao

she really just does what she does to look after them and is just generally good at taking care of them

makes sure they’re kept occupied so that they don’t cause any hassle or hurt themselves (unlike dan)

doesn’t have a favourite or least favourite kid but she does often get annoyed by don and unaglo for either arguing, or causing chaos

she enjoys drawing pictures for the kids to colour in when they don’t have any colouring books on hand :)
