Sooooo, as some of you may have noticed I’ve been posting quite infrequently over the past few months, and I’ve not been putting out any original content. This is because my circumstances have changed quite a bit. I was originally enrolled to do a 4 year masters physics course, but half way through year 3 I decided that I no longer wished to peruse physics as a career and so switched to the 3 year course, which I have now graduated from (hurrah, I am now the proud owner of an actual degree!).

After my decision to graduate this year I decided to follow my heart and apply to teach English in Japan (something I’ve always wanted to do), and I’m aiming to travel there in the summer of 2018. As part of this goal I am going to spend the year learning Japanese (I tried many times at uni to learn but the physics workload was too much). Therefore my blog will be changing names from PhysicsSleepRepeat to StudySleepRepeat. Other than that the content will remain mainly the same, just with some extra Japanese langblr stuff thrown into the mix. Although I’m no longer actively studying physics please feel free to message me if you want to talk about anything physics related! I still love the subject 💕I hope this change doesn’t bother any of you too much, and I’ll hopefully get back to posting original content soon!

when did you create your blog: In 2013, at the end of my third year of high school (out of six) I wasn't doing very well in school so I decided I needed higher grades to get into med school and I started my studyblr :)

what kind of stuff do I post: Study tips and motivation, self care and self help posts, medical stuff and pictures of pretty workspaces.

do I have any other blogs: Yes I still have a personal blog but I never really go on there anymore.

why did I choose my url: Because it was the only studylblr URL that I could think of that wasn't already taken, and also because I used to work really hard for two weeks and then have a mini burn-out for a while and I wanted to be more consistent with my studies so that explains te 'stay dedicated' part.
