I'm so glad people are enjoying my silly little headcanons about these weirdos (affectionate) I'm happy to say dumb shit about them.

COYLE

- Honestly he's a lil tough for me to figure out. He's so dedicated to his job of catching our asses that it feels like he's always patrolling.

- Then again. I wanna say this man is a secret soap opera enjoyer NOW HEAR ME OUT

- He sounds like he's on the verge of tears when he points out that Franco gets a gun but not him. That's dramatic. I think he secretly likes a little drama in his life.

- God help anyone who finds out though. Nobody can know about or interrupt his soaps.

- Also I could say the obvious answer for what I think he does in his spare time but uh. I think y'all can already guess with his quips.

- Other than that? He's making spicy chili to kill Franco with. Taste testing each pepper to make sure it's potent enough.

- Or collecting cool trinkets he finds laying around. Fun scraps of metal, nice rocks, anything he can steal from Franco.

MOTHER GOOSEBERRY

- This woman is constantly busy, never let's herself sit down and relax. She's gotta be doing SOMETHING with her hands.

- Baking, knitting, sewing, she's doing it all with a show in the background for noise.

- She likes to bake pies and such, she likes the effort that goes into making the crust and loves fruit filling. Futterman is a brat about getting flour on his beak though.

- Knitting is a little hard but she gets Futterman to hold one needle with his beak. He only agrees so she won't whine about it. She's knitted a stuffed animal for Franco once on request and he cried so hard he threw up.

- She also listens to the radio and dances to some songs. She likes to sway back and forth or side to side while working on things and listening.

FRANCO

- My lil baby man, of course he's gonna do some lil baby things.

- I think he'd have a lot of coloring books tbh. A pack of crayons spread out on the table, pacifier in mouth, cartoons on in the background, this man is living the dream.

- Speaking of cartoons, I guaranTEE this man has an hour set aside for when his favorite cartoon comes on. He's watching it whether he's busy or not. Do not interrupt cartoon time unless you want a tooth bullet to the shin.

- He'd love to have someone to watch cartoons with, not Coyle though that man doesn't deserve cartoon time. Gooseberry would be an okay option but Futterman talks shit about his cartoons. May have kidnapped a reagent to make them watch cartoons with him.

- If he had the option he'd spend most of his spare time in someone's lap (someone who isn't dead lol) because again, this man is so beyond starved for affection from actual people. My sad little creachure.

- For some not so baby things, he makes sure Lupara is absolutely spotless. He'll spend hours cleaning it and making sure it shines like new. Now, if only he'd take the same care with his suit...

ALL TOGETHER

- You know how bad they were when two of them were together? Adding the last one to the mix is like asking for something to catch fire. Whether it be Coyle's beard or Gooseberry's skirt depends on the day.

- Most of the time spent as a trio is Phyllis trying to make sure Coyle and Franco don't kill each other. She wants everyone to be friends and those two want bloodshed.

- She's bringing out board games and baked cookies for them to all hang out, turns around for two seconds, looks back and Franco has Coyle picked up by the collar.

- They talk the maddest shit to each other and eventually Futterman has to call a time out. They have to sit in opposite corners.

- Speaking of Futterman, they know it's time to calm down when the drill is brought into the picture. Phyllis will not stand for this behavior during friend time!

These ones were a little more difficult but I think I'm pretty spot on with Coyle and his soap operas. Keep em coming my merry little men, you can ask about all three or just one of them.

5. Which faction outside their own does Rook get along with the best?

Outside of the Wardens, Sarovanya likes the Veil Jumpers and the Crows best. He finds he gets along really well with Teia, Viago and the rest of the Crows, so even though he's not a big fan of cities, (and a little wary of the assassin thing) he doesn't mind helping them out.

There's some tension between him and Strife when he first meets the Veil Jumpers, but overall he admires what they are trying to do to preserve Dalish history and prevent ancient elven artifacts from causing damage or falling into the wrong hands.

8. Does Rook like the room that Harding and Neve assigned to them? Or are they jealous of one of the companions' spaces?

Saro's okay with it.  He's not too particular about his living space, but he is more at home around plants and forests since he grew up Dalish. He does end up spending more of his time in the observatory, especially once he and Harding finally figure out how to articulate their feelings for one another.

13. Which companion did Rook romance? What was the moment they fell in love?

As sort of spoilered in the previous question, Harding!  He's always had a thing for red heads, but traveling with her and Varric while chasing after Solas and hearing her speak of home and her odd food choices really endears her to him.  He's always been bad at showing/telling people about his feelings so it takes a long time for her to notice and understand what's going on between them.  He's wanted to be more for her since even before her injury at the ritual site, but afterwards he feels a bit guilty about it and really wishes he could do more, be more for her in the moment.

14. Which of the companions outside of their love interest is Rook closest to?

He grows pretty close to Davrin, having led somewhat similar lives (Dalish to Warden, warrior class). He finds it easy to talk to him about things, commiserate, share his past and ask for advice.  Early on Davrin interprets it as interest in more than friendship, but eventually realizes Saro only has eyes for Lace.  It doesn't stop them from becoming close friends.

He also grows close to Neve.  He's always been wary of Tevinter, but the more he works with her, the more he grows to support her and the Shadow Dragons goals.  He also feels he's able to have a good time with her to take his mind off of things for just a short while, even if he doesn't like the city.  And he feels she's a good person to go to for advice.  He's more of a punch first, ask questions later kind of guy, so he appreciates her for being the one to ask questions and dig a little deeper to find the correct path.

28. Does Rook compare themself to the HoF, Hawke, or the Inquisitor?

Not really, though he has mad respect for the HoF, a Dalish circle mage who was able to bring together an army against all odds to stop the blight in record time.  Definitely someone to aspire to, especially as a Warden.  He's a bit over confident in his own abilities so he doesn't really stop to compare himself with anyone else.  He honestly probably rolls his eyes about Hawke, TBH, because Varric talked about her so much.

37. What does Rook always request on the shopping list?

Between Harding and Neve, he knows cheese is always covered, so he asks for fresh seasonal fruits and Halla milk and butter.  Despite what Davrin thinks of them, Saro came to enjoy Warden hand pies so he'll often request ingredients for them that are not already on the list.  He may or may not be very good at making them, however.

simple question, everyones favourite food?

Fae: Oooh!! (her eyes sparkle and her ears perk up) Simple but fun! No pictures for today sadly as I'll be here all day filling up a long post but lets start!

Knuckles is grapes (obviously), fruits are his sweet spot! Likes eating all fruits and fruity drinks... which is ironically considering his dad struggles to consume anything that is fresh.... same here honestly.

Lance says he likes chicken, especially tenders or nuggets... or tendies as we both call them hehe~ Usually giving him a box of nuggets is how you bribe him to do stuff for you. He drinks a lot of energy drinks and soft drinks too... the family have to practically force him to eat greens and drink water.

Salem says he has a pescatarian diet, which means he only eats fish as a meat. Which works out nicely as his favourite is fish and chips. He's also a sucker for tea.

Oh god Cedar, he's got a massive sweet tooth, they LOVE baking... to the point of our pain. They try out all these vintage baking recipes and sometimes... they're downright awful. He gets a kick out of it, I don't know what their favourite recipe is though, he's not here right now so I can't ask him. Shockingly though his favourite drinks are Irish whiskeys and ciders. Dude can hold his liquor...

Journey is like Cedar and LOVES sweet stuff, but prefers other pastries. especially doughnuts!! And for drinks she likes cream soda or root beer floats.

After asking Tiberius, his answer was.. not at all surprising. He says he likes barbecued meats but his favourite are hot dogs... it was hard not making a wiener joke to his face because he gets so mad whenever anyone makes jokes like that around him and with drinks he wasn't specific. Just says he looks a good booze to go with it... Again, not surprising....

Sorrel's favourite dish is sushi, thanks to it being a common thing he'd have as a kid when his grandmother would visit! Then, he started going on about how healthy it is. When I tried asking what his drink of choice was he water... I had to bug him to give me an answer that meant favourite and not just what he tries to drink the most. He EVENTUALLY said lemonades and iced tea.

For Seth, man he was going back and forth. Girlie was struggling to choose a favourite. The best answer he could settle on was dumplings or curries, exact recipes change. For drinks they said Iced Coffee was their go to.

Theodore says he likes pies, when I asked if he had particular flavours, he said apple and plum... and he told me he liked plums since his wife cooked things with plums. That man is too sweet for his own good I swear. ;-; Oh and for drinks, Seth got him really into Boba tea when a place opened on Angel Island. They go to get drinks there all the time.

Chase is suuuuper into breakfast foods it seems. Says his favourite food are pancakes, he loves coating them in berries. And drinks he loves fruit smoothies and juices.... he like Sorrel says he likes to try and drink a lot of water. I really thought he'd drink energy drinks more but he said and I quote "Do I look like Lance?".

Morgan gave a very simple answer, food? Pasta. Drink? Wine. When I asked for anything specific she just said all "All... or answers change depending on the mood". She knows what she likes and I admire that.

Johnathan screamed PIZZA when I asked him anything closely related to food... and tbh I love him for that pizza good. For drinks he likes daiquiris and slushies.

Last time Coal was here I asked about his favourite food and he said quickly how he loves a good burger... I didn't ask for specific recipes cause I knew he'd go on for a while. For drinks he said he likes Mojitos... and Johnathan said he also has a guilty pleasure for cirtus-y sodas even though Coal denies it, hehehe.

I dont' even have to ask Rhett what foods he likes, he LOOOOOVES cheese!! If he's able to he'll add cheese to anything he can to eat. He especially has a soft spot for Grilled Cheeses or Cheeseburgers... and I feel on him on that they're soooo goooood. When I asked about drinks he actually got stuck, poor fella couldn't decide. No worries, Rhett. ^v^

Hadar loves strawberry stuff! Strawberries solo, chocolate dipped strawberries, strawberry milkshakes! He loves strawberries! but he wanted to clarify that he can't stand 'artificial' flavoring, he makes his own shakes from home because of that.

Marcello told me he likes Icecream! He'll eat it all year round, even in the dead of winter he'll eat it! And he likes caramel flavoured drinks, especially frappes!

And now Shepherd. I know the boss man practically lives off of coffee and he clearly likes them. Food though he wont' say outloud but I know the answer, we all do... he's got a softspot for cookies! I've seen boxes in his office when I have to go in there. I pretend I didn't see anything though. Hehehe~

Second of all, I've been WAITING for someone to ask me about fem! Rumpelstiltskin, to be honest. It's hilarious to even think about this little idea, so glad you've finally voiced it. I, for one, think it's histerical!

Pied Piper has been on the back of my mind for quite some time actually, someone has already brough him up a whiiile back. After that I rewatched Shrek Forever After and turns out my opinions of these characters (and the movie as a whole I guess) have shifted a bit since my childhood.

Now, I am not promising anything, but I am also not saying that it's out of the realm of possibility, you know. I think it would be REALLY fun to work on designs of the female versions of these characters, I think they've got great pottential! And I love when my drawings make me giggle in the process of making them, hahah

My only concern is time, honestly. I does take me quite a while to realise a new girl into the world. I always want to make sure that she's exactly who I envisioned her to be, so I need to just sit there with her for a bit, vibe a little. I truly want to make a diverse group of captivating in their own unique ways women, and rushing them seems like the wrong move.

So, bottom line is: the ideas are great! And I hope to get around to them! Because I don't want to miss out on fun!!

Oh yeah he's whore for cuddles and his favourite activity (besides eating) is being sprawled over my lap. He's my pampered princess and I wouldn't have it any other way. I'm just happy to see him happy and comfortable, especially considering the fact that he was badly abused and neglected for the first half a year or so before my father's friend rescued him and my father ended up adopting him. I was still no contact with my father during this period but apparently he talked about me all the time so my sweet baby knew who I was just by my name 🫶🏻

Also I can't believe you don't know about Papa's game series!! There are several games in the series all focused on different food and restaurants (bakeria is all about making pies) and it's cooking/restaurant management game. In each one you cook different dishes for costumers and decorate your restaurant and whatnot and you get graded on dishes and stuff. It's a simple concept but it's super fun! There is whole website dedicated to games but you can find them on any gaming site.

It's super silly and cartoony and perfect type of game for when you just want to relax tbh. I play podcast or something on YouTube and just chill.

Do you ever play around with crossover wips? Which characters that you love to write do you think would be fun to play around with a crossover for? What other media would you put them in?

On paper? No. In my head? Tbh, a few 😂 I don't know if I'll ever write anything, but since I've watched and enjoyed many shows that happen around the same time period (Gilmore Girls, Veronica Mars, The OC), it's fun to think of how they would cross over. Like, would Rory run into something she'd need a PI for and somehow stumble across Veronica's name? I don't know how since they live on opposite coasts lol but that kind of thing. And honestly, now that I think about it, writing crossovers might be a good way to get me out of my comfort zone of only writing fanfiction for one thing. Because as much as I adore writing Gilmore Girls fanfiction, and I intend to continue writing Gilmore Girls fanfiction as long as they ideas keep coming, I don't know if that's *all* I want to write! I enjoy so many shows and love so many stories and have always, since I was a little kid, made up my own little stories about those stories in my head, and it might be cool to get them on paper sometime. The only thing holding me back is myself and my fear of not being able to get it "right", but I love and admire everyone I see writing for multiple pieces of media.

This turned into a rambling mess and I'm not sure if I really answered your question but tl;dr, I haven't, but I might, and it'll probably start with Gilmore Girls characters (most likely Rory and/or Jess, or maybe Lane or Paris) because that's what I'm most comfortable with writing atm!

I don't remember if I ever told you about how my move went in the end and all the little things about it but basically it's great and I got a job real quick (with kiddies and annoying people and that I don't really enjoy but it's money..) and I've been adapting nicely even though I miss my province like crazy. I want to go back sooooo badly it's making me feel stupid for moving in the first place. At least I got January completely off hehee..... Probably am going back to bs as for some days in the next couple weeks waa but don't wanna jinx it!!

It's nice though, now it's summer and it's desert-ish and jungle-ish here so it's hot as hell, but during the last few days of winter/early spring I did see snow and frost which is pretty sick as I'd only seen that...once before?

hehhe you’re fine! thanks for asking me 😁 for BSS i love all of them but particularly LUNCH. for Jeonghan and Wonwoo, Last night (i was obsessed with this song when it came out and i still wasn’t fully into seventeen lol). for the hip hop unit, i really like Fire, but i truly enjoy whenever they get to perform bc they look so tough and then you think of how cute they all are, it’s a nice but fun contrast.

my favourite BSS performance is the golden disk awards with Pi Cheolin 🤭 i think half of the views of that video are mine. for Jeonghan and Wonwoo when they performed at Caratland just bc i loved Jeonghan’s hair there as previously stated 😭 and for the hip hop unit, the red suits for fire hehehe. i’m very predictable, right? tbh all the performances i’ve seen leave me speechless bc they put all their energy into it and i don’t think there’s a moment when they don’t give their all.

i agree it’s rlly popular in asia and it’s also in a good spot because it’s kind of a blend of a typical battle shounen and sports anime (like jjk and haikyuu [never watched hq but i generally know of it]) so it can attract a diverse audience…once the battle shounen girlies give it a chance it’ll become sooo much more popular!! ik initially i was hesitant because i’m not hugely into sports so i thought it’d be boring but it’s rlly different and i obviously ended up loving it!! so hoping more people try it out and end up in that same spiral

Yeah, that's bullshit. Army always does that whenever a song isn't well received. It's pretty hypocritical too imo. I commented on this in another ask:

It’s only due to Face and the fact that all his darker songs are performance songs with lots of impact (and his best performances in BTS are in songs like Black Swan). SGMB is very close to CTT imo. It brings nothing new in terms of showing what Jimin likes or can do. It only surprises because I expected more quality from a pre-release and his album in general. But I think Muse is more of a parting gift than an exploration of his artistry. Also, I guess lyrically I was expecting something more too."

This is the first of (MANY) steps in the road to forgiveness. And yes. They all struggle. JD not as much as the rest of them, but yes, JD may be extreme, but Branch is an extremist; so he struggles too. And is the first to get on Branch's good graces (I am ignoring the BS with Floyd and making him have to earn forgiveness too) and somehow becomes Branch's favorite brother. Don't ask how (yes I am favoring JD, but that's because SOMEONE has too, since this fandom likes to drag him instead for some reason) it just happens.

The other 3 struggle IMMENSELY. Some (Sp/Bruce and Clay) have to actively bite their tongues so that they don't snap at Branch for being bossy (they can bitch at JD all they want, but bitch at Branch? Criminal offense. To the fun-geon with them. Nah, but fr, Branch would only unimpressively stare at them before deadpanning 'don't be such a baby, bro' and going back to whatever it was he was doing and ignore them, like the Sassy/Petty King he is/is gonna be.) because it won't end well, and Branch WILL play the invisible game (pretend he can't see/hear them) with them until they apologize with song, sung in A# (iykyk), in public. Others (Floyd and maybe Clay's twiggy self) are just weak so while they do try their best, they just sort of end up looking pathetic (Floyd's default mode tbh) and Branch just has to awkwardly stare at them until he finally offers that they could build a puzzle or make pies instead, just to save himself from having to watch another moment of the pathetic display. And also because they were doing whatever task wrong, and this is saving him from having to go back and fix it.

This goes on for a while, and the bros definitely have concerns that they discuss with one another when Branch isn't around, but that's the way it goes. That was the routine. That is until one day, when someone (either Clay or Poppy) brings Viva into the bunker, and Branch is in the midst of his chore list, and sort of completely ignores the fact that he has company. The troll who brings Viva acts embarrassed by Branch's behavior (why? idk. but it tracks) only for Viva to go up to him and ask questions on what he's doing, but with GENUINE interest. And then proceeds to volunteer to help Branch around, much to the shock of everyone. Now, Branch, with the track record he has, thinks it's a bit suspicious. Afterall, Poppy only volunteered to help when she wanted something, and his bros volunteered as a bonding/groveling attempt. So when Viva volunteers, he is suspicious of her motives at first. Much to the surprise of everyone, it seems as though Viva actually enjoys the tasks. And that's how she and Branch start bonding. I've already made a more detailed post on their dynamic, so I'll leave it at that. Point is, apparently, Viva had her own sort of ration thing going on at the Hole-n'-Fun. As well as a schedule to ensure that everything was in order and that everyone was doing well. So when moving from the Hole-n'-Fun, she felt anxious, and it was obvious, and that is why they brought her to the bunker, to show her that there were safety measures. They never in a million years expected her to like the bunker and want one for her own or want to move in (you pick the scenario) the bunker, but alas, that is what transpired. Now Branch has a roommate again, but unlike the last one (Cloud Guy), Viva is awesome, and the only thing they bicker about is decor choices. And the occasional 'did you eat the last treat that I was specifically saving?' argument that every sibling has.

And yes, Viva is not a Cloud Guy fan. Cloud Guy's whole thing is poking at Branch's paranoia (and grumpiness, but as seen by the other poor trolls he torments, that doesn't matter as much), I absolutely believe he would also torment Viva if given the chance. She would probably play (and teach Branch) the invisible game with him to not give him the satisfaction. Seeing as how this is Cloud Guy, that probably won't stop him and he'll just up his antics until Viva snaps. When she does, she'll probably give one groan of frustration, before taking a deep breath and taking a page off of Branch's book and level Cloud Guy with the most unimpressed stare ever, and saying something along the lines of "You've had your fun, but this is getting boring. Quit while you're ahead." before going back to the invisible game. This makes Cloud Guy throw a tantrum that he gets no reaction to, which finally makes him buzz off. From that point on, Branch has imprinted on her and looks up to her as a hero/best big sis ever. And Poppy is starting to see that while she and her sister may act the same, they are NOT the same, and don't share thoughts or interests. Hence the start of what I discussed in the other post. Also maybe Poppy finally sees just how awful Cloud Guy is, and how her enabling him is just as awful.

imagine if in the next show we saw Bro zone trying to show an interest in Branch's interests and we see them all trying to do survival chores(its cute to imagine 😂😂)

HAIIII welcome :) to preface this im normal i swear. anyway The Abyss is what i like ta call my Horrible Horrible Maze, i made it w/ the goal of making the worst possible experience in minecraft to torment my friends ^_^

I enjoy putting people in situations and studying them :D 

On that note! everyone who runs the abyss (24 people at current count) I time and write a couple notes on them! the abyss is honestly half maze half personality test LMAO. at current moment the quickest time goes to @ghostpajamas with a baffling 03:24 (wild that he got out so quick, i win tho cause i haunt his dreams), and longest goes to the beloved @rendogdomesticated with 1:35:54 <3 special shout out ta my dearest @theoctagon tho wolff ur insane i love u. guy goes inta the abyss for fun and has like 10 pages and counting of insane person phsyical notes tryna map it out (hes reported that hes gone through the first one 60 times and the 2nd one 5 jesus chriiiistttt). the abyss is fond of Pilot :) also if wolff is the favourite than @potionofinstantdamage is the Least favourite, rude ass set the place on fire when he got stuck in there :( oof ouchie

Highlights from my notes include @quack-city running backwards and upon me asking Why, simply replied “what if there’s slenderman :(‘ ... cant argue w/ that! he also hadda stop mid run so we decided its funnier if he’s just stuck in there forever. @newtbeetle was in there for like an hour and would NOT shut up about Paul Dano the whole time which was a time (love u beebs. ur isnane). my two test runners are @kishdoodles and @officialgleamstar and they had about the same time but like Opposite reactions it was very funny, kish treated it like they were a streamer n kept a like constant chatter, and travvy was like DEAD silent the whole time n Intensely focused akjewkjr tbh outta all 24 runners trav’s been prob the most like, methotical bout it? LIKE I SAID personality test. i Love studying people. 

In regards to its origins I came up w/ the idea back in like feb/march ish of this year and from start to finish it took me like 2 weeks ish i was on the Grind. u dont understnad how much black concrete this thing took. hell on earth,,, darkwoods has an economy/shopping district and i bought out like All the sand/gravel available akjwekjr the rest i hadda gather myself n God gravel sucks. also ive killed So Many Squids. the 2nd abyss was much easier ta gather supplies for cause i could ask for help w/ supplies n i kept the first one a Complete secret minus my test runners (i hadda bitch at SOMEONE while makin it or i wouldve died i think. speakin of the first abyss has a death count of 13 and the 2nd one has like, 5 or somefin? rlly shouldve writen that down akjwerjk those are Entirely me dying in the process of buildin them btw. its not a true Spain Build unless its mildly dangerous <3) The 2nd one also made me learn redstone, notably i specifically studied Tango’s decked out process vids from s7, tho i really only stole like two aspects of it n i couldnt even get one ta work properly LMAO

The second abyss took me like, wayy longer ta make, bout two months ish (i finished it like mid july). not necessarily in actual like, time spent building but cause in the process of makin it i had Two month long events i was in (Voiceteam in may and Art fight in july) so that distracted me a bit wkwnekeneie Im a bit more secretive bout the second abyss in general since not That many people have actually ran it compared ta the first n theres actually like, Things that can be spoiled in there <3 i like seein peep’s initial reactions its much more satisfying.

This didnt happen w/ everyone but i think a like, Core part of running the abyss is getting emotionally attached ta weird things. i wouldve said just torches until a few days ago when Tac (onea the rat server mods) ran it and claimed the stack of pumpkin pies i gave her as family. But Prior Ta That several people have had very intense emotions bout the redstone torches, whether love or hate or both, key example ft dog:

In regards to lore the abyss is a parasitic entity that infects anyone who gets stuck in there n slowly compells them ta go build their own lmao. note that ive only called the second abyss the Second one and not Abyss 2, because its technically just The Abyss as well cause theres many of them i just made it second wowjdkenejd (a real example of this is Wolff gettin obsessed w/ the abyss n then goin n buildin his own build called the Tower :) very excited bout that) The Abyss has a weird like fucked up warlock bond w/ my goddess oc The Overseer :D Her design’s vaugely based off my irl friend @hotcollectionoftubs cause her creation The Hole on a creative world her n some other friends of mine are on was onea the main insperations for certain aspects of the abyss’ lore :D mainly the teal in the colour palette and the whole ‘the [hole/abyss] provides’ thing.
