My YouTube app suddenly stopped working a few minutes ago, it was fine and then it wasn't so I go to reddit for answers (a mistake probably) and all I see when people bringing up the problem are people being condescending for those not owning the latest phone or defending the crappy choices of a very very rich company because "compatibility costs money"

well fuck you too, my app was fine a moment ago and I'm allowed to like playing videos on my old af tablet while I work.

I'm allowed to be upset that my routine has suddenly changed without warning for what feels like no reason because it was literally JUST working.

I'm not entitled just because I don't want to buy a new device, I'm allowed to enjoy MY stuff until is tops working fully without worrying that the apps themselves become obsolete with zero warning. I have a newer phone, I prefer my old tablet for YouTube.

It's not working on my browser version either, I get the same damned banner and I'll say it again it was JUST working a moment ago.

Sorry for being a complainer but damn it man I don't want to buy new stuff just because a company says so and I don't want people being condescending just because everyone doesn't accept the corpos or are up to date with the latest tech or whatever.

I still have my dad's PS 2 and an Xbox 360. Are you that look down on people with older devices gonna pop a gasket for that one too?

Just because you have the latest and greatest doesn't mean you get to look down on the "common folk" who aren't on your "level"
