AU where when Danny first got in the portal for the picture jazz being the protective older sister she is and knowing her parents "lab safety" she goes in with Danny and when he trips her immediate thought was to save him from falling in the danger trap she considered the portal and they both become halfas que the canon ghost shenanigans but add protect younger siblings obsessed jazz being a absolute nightmare standing behind Danny the hole time just daring someone to go after team phantom and any time they do they immediately regret as they have angered the older sibling and mercy is not an option.
When pariah dark happens they team up to own him no suit required and jazz and Danny become sibling rulers of the realms.
Somehow their parents find out and go mad scientist on them jazz is 18 in this so says fuck you takes Danny and as the nature secretly petty as shit just calls CPS and takes Danny and sues her parents for child support.
They + Sam & Tucker (because they can convince Tucker's parents it will be good for his future tech career and Sam just tells her parents she's going to stay with her dads side of the family(the drakes)) go to Gotham because no GIW unlike Amity and is ecto rich I also imagine that both are on their way to becoming Ancients of space (Danny) and as odd as it seems older siblings(jazz) they are confused at first until it's explained that the belief of the love and protections that older siblings are some of the most protective and also mischievous towards their younger siblings has built up to for an ancient and jazz just happened to become that ancient.
Que jazz helping college students in the Gotham U library study when they miss their older siblings help like when they where growing up and just being a protection spirit but to siblings in particular. This becomes super annoying when the bats and the birds start setting off her instincts after joker escapes and she can only relax after beating the shit out of him with the anti-creep stick in front of red hood who promptly falls in love with her much to the annoyance of Danny who was already secretly dating tim and meeting at the local coffee shop and ordering their coffee
Feel free to add your own ideas and if anyone writes it please send me a link or title I would love to support your story💖

(I am ~buzzing~ with ideas…. Allow me to release some)
Once Danny was an adult, he decided to join Ellie in her ‘permanent world tour’. It’s better than staying in Amity where the opinion of Phantom hasn’t gotten much better. Besides, the portal caused the veil to get weaker, allow ghost to wreak havoc where ever they want.
He’s met a lot new ghost cause of this too. Old as Mycenaean Greece to non humans who came to Earth and died there. Danny’s learnt so much from them that he’s basically a walking in Encyclopaedia.
So, Danny’s decided “fuck it.” and has it became a part-time history teacher. It’s fun! He knows the details by heart and is able to make it more fun than just droning on about the same old wars and whatever. He enjoys it, the kids enjoy it and the ghosts having their stories told!
Of course, this does cause some problems when people try to correct him. Danny’s argument? “I got them correct sources.”
And when anyone asks him how knows his sources are correct? “My source was there when it happened.”
Cue the dc world thinking that Danny’s just some immortal guy whose decided to use his immortality for good(TM)
#dp x dc#Dc x dp#dcxdp#dpxdc#dpdc#dcdp#writing prompt#I’m thinking this happens either in Gotham where everyone kind of just accepts that he’s there#Like “yup. Immortal guy. Doesn’t really do much beside tell his stories like an old man”#It would be funny if Damian ends up in his class and is so into because he can ask ANY question from ANY area/time period and Danny answers#-well enough that Damian has found a new favourite#“He’s not even family!”#“Tt.”#Or it happens in Central city#Because I think that’s also a city that would see this funky dude and just go “Yup that’s normal!”#(I JUST REMEMBERED THAT WALLY GETS WRAPPED UP IN A BUNCH OF CULTS STUFF!!!)#Wally totally goes up to Danny and starts spilling the entire case…#Without actually spilling it#Danny gives him all the missing clues in the form of the stories of (old ass god from obscure religion)#It would also be funny if Bart is his student#Like Danny 100% sometimes mixes up timelines and has to go#“Yeah so the queen stabbed the king in revenge- wait no. Sorry. the king killed the queen and the princess stabbed the king.”#Bart is BUZZING(/pos) cause he was there!! He went to that timeline to fix it!!#It’s very obvious that this immortal guy is immune to time travel shenanigans#Bart has fun subtly mention old timelines with him#Danny’s already decided this is his kid now. Back off Flash. I’m stealing your side kick.#(EVEN FUNNIER WITH BART 100% SUPPORTING THIS AND WALLY HAVING A CRUSH)#(“Nu uh! You don’t deserve Mr. Fenton!” “Dude I’m basically your older brother! If we date he becomes actual family!” “Nu uh. I claimed him#Already!” “Barttt-!”)#I need me more Danny & Speedsters

Bruce tries to adopt Ellie, who is immediately against it. She keeps throwing him off her trail and he keeps tracking her down. She's honestly concerned, and normally she would handle her problems by herself- but this is Batman.
So when Bruce gets a little too close and Ellie is just so tired... she calls for Danny.
"Mom!"
Cue college student, perpetually tired and overworked Danny "High King Phantom" Fenton appearing from the very shadows Batman normally does himself, seeing the situation and going off at this "clearly older man" chasing his daughter in the middle of the night.
Cue the most elaborate "stop trying to adopt my kid before I adopt yours" series of battles

Tim likes painting Danny’s nails
He likes the way Danny offers his hand without question, even when he’s focused on something else—halfway through an assignment, tinkering with some new invention, or lazily stretched across Tim’s couch watching a movie. Danny never hesitates. Just tilts his wrist, palm open, fingers relaxed, like he knows Tim will take care of the rest.
Tim likes how Danny never asks what colors he’s using, never demands a specific design. He just trusts Tim to pick whatever feels right. Some days, it’s simple—solid black, deep blues, muted grays. Other days, Tim gets lost in the process, turning Danny’s nails into tiny canvases for constellations, miniature city skylines, or swirling galaxies. Bats and ghosts often make an appearance, small and subtle, hidden in the details. A quiet reminder of what they are. A quiet reminder that Danny is his.
Tim likes watching the way the polish shifts when Danny goes ghost, the way the colors refract in the light, turning into something otherworldly. Sometimes, they look like tiny voids, endless and deep. Sometimes, the glow of his ectoplasm makes them shine in ways Tim never planned for. He always studies the effect, taking notes for next time, already planning which shades might complement the strange, shifting colors of Danny’s existence.
He likes that Danny never gets impatient. Never pulls away. That he’ll sit there for as long as Tim wants, letting him work, letting him take his time.
He likes how Danny's fallen asleep more than once with Tim still painting his nails, waking up the next morning with perfectly finished designs. How Danny always smiles when he looks at them, like Tim’s art is something to be treasured, a quiet act of devotion sealed in top coat.
Tim likes painting Danny’s nails.
Danny likes letting him.

Despite Danny's best efforts, no matter how much time past, Amity Park refused to see Phantom as a hero.
Sure, there were pockets of support, particularly among teens, but most of the town blames Phantom for the property damage, saying if he didn't fight the ghosts then it wouldn't be so bad, to that time he got mind controlled by Freakshow and "attacked" the mayor. It wears him down. It wears Tucker and Sam down. Jazz can only try to support them all.
Then one day, a member of the Justice League visits. Someone minor, and kinda a jerk... maybe a Wonder Twin? Zan? Whatever. They don't investigate; they don't look deeper. They listen to the town folks and declare the ghost hunters, Red Huntress and the Fentons, to be the official heroes of the town.
Worse? Danny Phantom is officially considered a villain to the Justice League. Tuck hacks into the Watchtower and confirms that they have a file (a heavily inaccurate file) about how to defeat Phantom.
Danny doesn't think he can do this anymore.
A few weeks later, a young villain escapes into Amity and demands (begs) that Danny help them escape from the hero after them. No idea who, I can't find a lot of info on teen villains in DC, so let's fudge some ages and make it Kyd Wyckyd from the Teen Titans cartoon. Danny agrees, because to hell with the Justice Losers, and they defeat the hero, becoming friends in the process. Kyd confesses that they became a villain after being ostracized bc of how they look, and they've been trying to avoid villain organizations because HIVE was abusive, but it's really hard to be a villain alone bc of all the heroes.
Sam gets an idea. Tucker agrees with the idea. Jazz is just happy they'll end up making friends.
The next day, the Teen Villain Alliance is formed, ready to assist with any teenage illegal shenanigans their allies might get into.
Some notes:
It's created to be a healthier option for teen "villains" to connect with others and support each other.
It's more important that this is for Teens rather than Villains. They're tired of adult villains taking advantage of them. The TVA would rather ally with a teen vigilante than with an adult villain.
Again, no idea who the teen villains are, but Klarion is definitely here. He leaves the Light for the chaos of the TVA. Maybe Ember is there too?
Timeline wise, this is around when Tim is still Robin, but Damien has arrived at Wayne Manor.
This is because, when it comes time to try to infiltrate the TVA, they'll have a convenient child-assassin who has none of the monitors of a teen hero that Phantom immediately picks up on.
Damien, who at this point has been abandoned by his mother, dismissed and scolded by his father, and has had no success at carving his own place in the family, jumps at the chance. He is then surrounded by peers who don't insult him or try to change his behavior (too much; jazz is trying to help him find healthier methods of expressing himself). He... might not want to continue being a spy.
Danny, Sam, Tuck, and Jazz are the founding members.
Danny reinvents himself as the High Prince of the Infinite, Prince Phantom Dark. He got kingship from fighting Pariah Dark, but since he's still alive, he's only a prince. He steals the last name Dark as an intimidation tatic against those in the know; only Danny would have the balls to claim family with Pariah.
Sam works as a powerless villain, but she might no be powerless? Either way, Danny gives her a bunch of repurposed Fenton tech, and she buys the rest with her parents credit card. She does NOT care if that's traced back to the Mansons. She would choose something goth, maybe something spider related or even bat?
I love Pharaoh Tucker, so I think he should get magic powers? Since pharaohs of old were considered the balance between the real and the divine. He's still a tech guy, now he's a tech and magic guy.
Jazz isn't really a villain, more of a team mom who's planning on using everyone's psyche's as her thesis paper. You know what, that's her callsign, she's Psyche. Sometimes she flirts with Nightwing.

DC x DP Prompt: Jack and Maddie are not the best parents, but they love their kids! (Even the clone one they just found out about) And so they end up at a support group for the parents of super heroes to get some tips on how to improve.
“— so we’d like to learn how to be better parents to support our children,” Maddie said, sounding sorrowful. “They didn’t tell us secrets for so long because they didn’t trust us.”
She and Jack were currently sitting across from their laptop, where an online meeting was being held. No one showed their faces, since this was a meeting for parents of superheroes and metas, and secret identities still needed to be held.
There were some agreeable hums from the other participants. The head counselor said, “That’s good that you want to change. It’s a good sign. What are you specifically worried about?”
“Well, we recently adopted our youngest child, but we discovered that she was actually a clone of our youngest son. We worry because we don’t know how to deal with her. She’s such a sweet child, but this is so new, y’know?” Maddie explained.
“…. Wouldn’t it be better if you just ignore him— I mean, her? She’s not really part of your family, after all, she’s just a clone. They’re not created like living beings,” one person said. His icon showed a picture of a pair of glasses.
Maddie and Jack immediately scowled.
There was silence. And then the head counselor said, slowly, “Okay, well, I don’t know the circumstances, but I do know that he’s absolutely wrong.”
There was a snorted burst of laughter from another person who had an icon of a bat, before he quickly went on mute. The glasses icon person went silent.
The counselor continued, “No matter what, that child is still just that— a child. They need to be taught and loved and cared for. You’re already doing great by acknowledging your connection to her.”
Jack and Maddie beamed.
“No matter what, the best thing you can do as parents to children who are stronger than you and want to help others is support them. Lord knows just how many villains we could’ve prevented if only they had more support in the beginning.”
Jack nodded. “Rightfully said!” He and Maddie shared a look and smiled. For the sake of their children, they would strive to be better parents.

DP + DC Danny and Bruce have a grudge
So short Twink Danny, you gotta love him, but I want more tall Danny. Give me Eliie at GA and Danny this scary dude with scars coming in to pick her up. Ellie who got in a scuffle and the other kid wants her in trouble.
And the other kid is Damian duh. And it's a face of, Danny Nightingale nee Fenton who would sooner die than let Ellie get hurt, and Bruce Wayne, who would do anything for his sons. It gets resolved but they take snips at each other at galas.
Danny talks about him rudely, Bruce returns the favor, he makes snips about his behavior, how he's far too happy. Bruce of course digs deep and hits hard. Talking about Vlad, how he's living of another money, how his parents kicked him out. So Danny talks to the dead, mocking him by quoting word dead people said to him.
Both are convinced the other knows their identity and is after them, eventually they figure it out and the beef continues. In the JL Phantom, the eldritch entity who is calm is constantly sniping at the Bat. And the bat responds, they bicker constantly arguing.
The JL thinks they are exes, how else would Phantom know that much about the bat? Why else would the emotionless bat hate Phantom. So they bicker, they take insults, and everyone is like dude they are totally exes. They try to steal each other's side kicks too, as a like punch in the face. The robins follow Danny around and Danny is all smug. Until Bruce bribes Ellie and it's a war.
The JL thinks they are trying to win back the children from the divorce, the lore. the chaos.
idk I liked it, also I wrote this vibing to the Life is Fun song, and now wondering what my taste in music is? also I tried the story in the tags thing, it's officially my new favorite thing
bye :)

DP x DC Prompt #27
When Dick's parent's fell, his first thought was, "This can't be happening." His second thought was, "What's going to happen to me and my brother now?"
The answer? His brother was older than him, much older. Old enough that he could stay with the circus. But Dick? Dick couldn't stay with Danny. He was too young.
So Bruce Wayne took him in, offered to take Danny in too. Dick begged his brother to join him, but Danny didn't. He smiled at Dick, ruffled his hair, and told him he'd be waiting at the circus for when Dick returned. Promised to send postcards and letters.
Then he was gone. And Dick never returned to the circus.

Danny Fenton being a grinch on Christmas is everything to me.
But the episode was a bonkers approach
Which is crazy because typically when one introduces a holiday episode centered on a cynic, they usually go through the process of helping them regain their holiday spirit.
Tragic event, estranged family or just plain dislike. Help to process those feelings, reaching outs, introspections, anything to help see Christmas in a positive light [again]
That, that doesn’t happen here.
And even if that was the route the episode took, it’s pretty obvious Christmas cheer can’t be brought back by nostalgia - ‘cause hey! This poor schmuck has no fond memories of Christmas, everything is overshadowed by his parents stupid arguments on Santa’s fucking existence
Ahem, anyway………
Danny? Danny is punished, although admittedly for something he did that was uncalled for, and he is put in a situation where any love he did have should have gone up in smoke
The fights he gets in only ends up framing him in a bad light, he has no control over the situation and it’s one inconvenience after another
The ghosts’ Christmas truce was probably his one actual moment of reprieve.
Other than that, he is given no actual reason to like Christmas.
But the reason he hates the holiday in the first place? Never addressed, never resolved, his parents stupid needless arguments over the existence of Santa will probably start up again like clockwork the year after
Can’t recall if anyone was actually understanding of that.
I wouldn’t be surprised if he winds up preferring to spend the holiday in the ghost zone

Substitute City Ghost
Clockwork had a plan. Their young king needed to learn how to take care of people without the kind of hero like fighting he did in Amity Park. There was a lot to learn for the young halfa and his king classes could only cover so much. Thus he had found a plan that would give his king the perfect learning expirence while also helping out his recently new friend. Well not that new since his friend was quite an old ghost of their own. But he had only recently made direct contact with her.
Lady Gotham was an old and powerful ghost. Born from the beliefs of her city and strengthened by the once living and protecting it. But she was stretching herself thin. Managing her city, helping the dead find their way, looking out for the shades, and protecting the weaker entities, was already a lot of responsibilities for a city ghost. But Lady Gotham has added more to her plate, supporting those that protect her city. Mortals that she called her knights. Aiding them by controlling the shadows, guiding those that need help toward them, or the other way around, guiding her knights to those that needed help. She was strong, but even a ghost like her could grow exhausted. His friend needed rest and recharge. Surely Lady Gotham wouldn't say no if he invited her to a vacation to the Realms, and in that same invitation, he would direct his king to his new hands on training.
The bats and birds knew something was different about Gotham lately. It was strange and slightly unsettling. The change felt like it had just happened overnight. They were suspicious, wondering if they were sensing one of their rogues planning something big. Jason and Duke appeared to sense it the most.
At first, it didn't appear to be too big of a problem, but then strange things started to happen. Their rogues started tripping over, seemingly nothing. And if that wasn't enough it appeared like their rogues were a whole lot more inattentive to their surroundings. Now the Bats and birds were good at sneaking, but they had human limits. Yet there were times they snuck up on them like they weren't even seen.
Dick swore that one of the goons had stared at him and didn't see him, even though he had tried to pull the tap their shoulder and greet them before punching them act. The guy had turned around and stared at him before looking around like no one was even there until he punched the guy anyway.
And that wasn't even the weirdest part. Bullets, throwing knives or anything aimed and thrown at them never hit their marks. Not for the lag of them dodging but for the things they were sure they shouldn't have been able to react in time for. Tim espacially had pointed out that a bullet should have hit him once but it never even graced him. Yet when he checked the place after the arrest. There had been a clear bullet hole in the wall where he had been.
They weren't sure if it was a blessing or a curse. They had even tried to get a member of the Justice League Dark to look into it. But strangely enough Constantine had refused to even set foot into Gotham for once, and even insisted that the other do not either.
To say that Batman was not amused would have been a very big understatement. The man was brooding. And of course Dick had to jinx them too. The eldest bat kid had to mention that it at least wasn't getting worse.
And don't you know it. It got worse. Like weirdly alarming strangely worse.
Because, how else would you define it when you're in the middle of a briefing with your patrol partner for the night when suddenly a Lazarus Pit look alike portal opens below your feed swallowed you up and the freaking drops you into the middle of a crime scene or mugging.
It was only thanks to their training that they were able to react quickly enough after a bound of disorientation. But fuck did that gave them all a good damn heart attacks when that happened the first time to Damian of all people.
Something was definitely wrong with their city. Thankfully they had some sort of hint, because the first time the Pit portal happened to Duke, he claimed that he saw a white haired figure right before it had swallowed him hole and spit him out at a bank robbery.
Danny was honestly believing he was doing a good job as substitute city spirit while Lady Gotham was enjoying her vacation. Sure , he still had trouble with some things, but he was sure he was getting the hang of the whole supporting the cities vigilantes gig Lady Gotham had going on. The whole managing the shades and the dead spirits was still up in the air, though. But at least he had figured out a way easier way to guide the vigilantes towards the once that needed help.
Now he just needed to figure out what was wrong with that one guy in the red helmet and he was sure that both Clockwork and Lady Gotham would be proud of him and how he had managed her city during her vacation.

Tim Drake Finally Gets to Be a Kid
Listen. Tim Drake never really got to be a kid.
His parents were always gone. He grew up too fast—too responsible, too independent, too aware of the world around him. By the time he was Robin, he was already carrying more weight on his shoulders than most adults ever would. And now, as Red Robin, he’s still pushing himself too hard, too fast, too far.
So sometimes… he just needs to stop. To let go. To let himself be small.
That’s where Danny comes in.
Because Danny gets it. He’s been there—burdened too young, forced to fight battles no teenager should have to face. So when Tim needs it, Danny helps him let go. He creates a safe space where Tim can breathe.
And it’s nothing huge. Just Tim curled up on the couch, wearing one of Danny’s hoodies that swallows him whole. Or Tim sitting cross-legged on the floor, drawing with crayons, babbling softly about nothing and everything. Sometimes, he just wants to be held—Danny tucking him into a blanket cocoon, carding gentle fingers through his hair while they watch cartoons.
There’s no judgement. No teasing. No questioning whether or not it’s “normal.”
Because Danny knows that Tim deserves this. He deserves to be a kid—even if it’s only for a little while. He deserves to be soft and small and protected, without the weight of the world on his back.
So Danny watches over him. Makes him grilled cheese sandwiches cut into tiny triangles. Helps him build pillow forts in the living room. Buys him silly little toys and gentle plushies just because he knows it makes Tim happy. And when Tim accidentally drifts off mid-play, still clutching a stuffed animal to his chest, Danny smiles and tucks him in.
Because Tim Drake grew up too quickly. And Danny Fenton will do everything in his power to make sure he finally gets the childhood he missed.
