Heres why the amount of merch everyone’s getting in the Hot Topic collab makes sense canonically:

Pomni’s the main character so her surplus of merch makes sense.

Caine is the one in control of the circus, so it makes sense he would get a lot too, and he made sure to share the spotlight with his fellow npcs, like any good ringmaster!

Jax is extremely desperate for attention and has a lot of screentime, so he gets plenty of merch.

Zooble has major body dismorphia, so they decided against having their body plastered on t-shirts and whatnot. Don’t want a living reminder of that. Also we hardly see them in the first few eps due to them avoiding adventures whenever possible.

Gangle doesn’t get much but a tshirt of her in her Manager form, bc that was when we learned more abt her as a person, and bc she was mostly a side character until that point.

Kinger is a side character in a Pomni shirt, bc it was with Pomni that we saw a deeper side to him. Also he’s doesn’t care too much abt attention.

Ragatha gets nothing except earrings that come in a set with Jax and Pomni. Which at first glance doesnt make sense bc she’s got the same (if not more) amount of screentime as Jax (who gets a lot of merch).

Then you remember how she spent most of her time helping Pomni, only for it to not matter since a random NPC got through to her when nobody else did. She does eventually get thanked, but I don’t think she really… accepted it, if that makes sense. All that resentment hasn’t fully gone away, as we see in ep 4, and can you blame her?

How can someone get over getting abandoned that quickly, especially if the person who did it never apologized? Sure a “thanks for being there for me” is nice, but it isn’t what she needs.

What she needs is an outward aknowledgement that yes, I messed up, it wasn’t your fault that you were abandoned, it wasn’t circumstances out of your control, it was my fault I abandoned you, and I’m sorry. Otherwise she’ll keep going on in her spiral of self hatred.

Ahem anyways her having little to no merch fits narratively w/ most of her friendships being one sided (they care abt her but the lengths she goes makes anything they could do look small in comparison) (she rlly needs someone to put her first for a change).
