Is Grell trans... In Japan?

I know this isn't a recent topic in tumblr once other user made a deep posting based in manga. In Brazil somes agree Grell is a trans women based in the scene talking about "can't give a birth". I did Google it today. I found no postings in Japanese saying Grell is a trans women or putting the character among female characters. But when I wrote "Grell Sutcliff Okama"... More than I could think.

Yana Toboso used to describe Grell as "okama", a word with degratory origins for effeminate gay men. Even in then official Grell Pullip doll is descripted as the first "okama". Pullip is a feminine doll while her boyfriend, Taeyang, was the base for Sebastian doll. In the theatrical version of Kuroshitsuji, Grell call yourself as a "Lady Okama".

If "okama" is degratory why still use this word? I discovered the LGBTQ+ in Japan use it to describe themselves (!!) - Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube -, just like some use "queer" while somes dislike to use it. Okama is a complex word because it describe:

em  várias  entrevistas  sunny  dizia  como  adorava  falar  de  cinema  e  como  as  perguntas  mais  interessantes  para  ela  tratavam  desse  assunto.  eram  nesses  momentos  que  falava  sobre  como  ela  e  os  meninos  tinham  a  tradição  de  irem  ao  cinema  juntos  em  aniversários  ou  de  como  ela  e  seunghyun  ficavam  acordados  até  tarde  na  época  de  dormitório  para  assistir  filmes.
