i just think the way they handle walt jrs disability in the show is awesome ok. they dont shy away from casual ableism but also dont make it a huge deal that hes disabled. like hes disabled yes and we see some of the realities of this but hes not. like. hes a character that is disabled but the focus of his character isn't that he's disabled. which is so awesome cause u so rarely get to see disabled people just existing as people. yeah the show talksabout his disability but its not a central plot point and im just very happy we get a character who didnt have to be disabled for the narrative to work but is disabled anyways. idk if this makes sense sorry.

i love when bj & charles’ interests temporarily align and they work together to cause trouble... wish we got more of that. two schemers!!! the antics that they pull together are on another level, maybe BECAUSE they don’t like each other? maybe that animosity feeds something and eggs them on? however some of the things they do are genuinely mean-spirited so i get that we don’t like to dwell on them in our fun mash blogging time.

also love the margaret & bj dynamic... i feel like they get a little bit of time one-on-one in the last couple seasons but i wish there was more! they have a really fun mischievous sibling energy, in their best moments bj is such a cheerleader for her. and of course the golden trio vibe with hawkeye is so sweet and fun, but margaret and bj deserve some love on their own too!

the occasional soft!charles moments with hawkeye and klinger are so sweet, i’m tempted to say they’re underrated, but i also feel like people talk about them a lot considering how rarely they happen.

really, while thinking about this, i realized we get a lot of screentime with pretty much all the relationships! so much good food :) thank you mash :) and the people who gif it for us here on tumblr dot mash :)
