Sygaldry works because (much like in the two previous posts) all objects are semi sentient.

You see, the objects believe that the universe was written into being by the God (yes capital ‘g’ in this case) Tak. Therefore if something is written, He/She/They wrote it and it must be obeyed.

Unfortunately the objects have failed to realise three things: 1) Humans and Fae figured out writing ages ago, and it is no longer exclusive to Tak. 2) Tak is the Dwarven God in Discworld, therefore completely irrelevant to  Temerant (which, for those who don’t recall, was spun out of nothing by the words of Aleph) 3) Tak is a board game, played all around the 4 corners, and therefore cannot be God.

Master Kilvin, as well as many others, has realised this, but decided to not inform the objects as it would put him out of a job.

Izen’s “resting height” is a little over 7” — but can fluctuate wildly if he wants to pull his little spider leggies in and get REAL tall real fast

Izen (being 50% Drow) has a natural aversion to traveling during the day — it’s too bright, too open, too hot. His agoraphobia still acts up at night, but the wide open spaces feel less daunting when Phaela is there to point out her favorite constellations <3

So uhh, this is my first Tumblr post so forgive me if I don’t know what I’m doing. But here is some art I finished of my DnD character Glory (right) based off of a scene last session where she met Kal’het, one of the two creators of Valeron. Either way, he showed up, gave her snacks for herself and a friend, and then vanished into thin air which was something else haha

Either way, I should hopefully be posting some of my other somewhat recent art soon as I figure stuff out and get time. So I guess see you all then!

Uneasy Rest

Temerity and his two girlfriends have had a really rough time. Between insanity, attacking each other, getting attacked by some insane wolf lady, and trying to kill each other, the party has had it rough. Luckily for the girls though, Temerity managed to Power of Love them out of the worst of the danger.
