Soo like would the demon brothers including the other demon characters kill for mc? 👻

It's not a question of will they kill for you, but rather, who do they have to kill? Because of course they would.

If it's some nobody lesser demon, chances are they can do the deed and get away with it without anyone knowing (or caring) about it after. Higher-ranking demons within the nobility are more of a challenge - the social and personal consequences are much higher, assuming the original offense is a minor infraction and not something that would warrant a formal punishment of the court. If it's something serious, it's better to let Diavolo take care of it (and trust when he says that he will).

Angels are tricky to deal with. Outright killing one would probably anger Diavolo too much, let alone what Michael's reaction would be. Punishments for Celestial Realm denizens who offend or hurt you (and by extension, the demons that care for you) are non-lethal and have to be carried out with some level of care and subtlety. They can't arouse too much suspicion or anger from the other realms. Fortunately, angels aren't likely to do anything too grievous towards you anyway. (The angels that know you best have their own methods of dealing with their angelic brothers or sisters that need a little enlightenment when it comes to your happiness and well-being.)

When it comes to deadly retribution, humans are probably the easiest for your demon companions to dispose of. With their frail bodies and fondness for sin and reckless behaviour, humans die unexpectedly all the time. So long as they're careful not to leave any evidence of their involvement behind, some poor human's unexpected demise is coincidental at best. Your pet demon isn't likely to be held accountable for it either - assuming Solomon hasn't taken care of the miscreant first, that is.

Of course, killing is such a vague concept, and each of your demonic friends has their own preferences when it comes to getting their hands a little bloody for you.

RECKLESS AND IMPULSIVE: It might surprise you how quick they respond to aggression or insults towards you and the level of violence they're capable of. Their love for you is so strong, they can't help it. Perhaps it's better to beg forgiveness than to ask permission, because they know you're too kind for your own good. Letting some no-good demon get away with hurting you, even the tiniest bit, is unthinkable. It doesn't really matter what you say, because once the switch flips, it's too late to stop them. The demon is already dead at their feet before anyone else nearby even realizes what happened.

this is just me being insane and connecting dots that probably don't actually connect. assmaster made similar connections i did so i feel a little less silly abt this! :)

who is the one between? pride? or the tower entity? is the seer on pride's side or the tower's??

now what the hell does our grandma have to do with any of this. does she actually know anything or is she just superstitious and kinda sorta suspects something. she's been working for DECADES to dispel the darkness that hangs over faybourne? FOR DECADES? do you mean trying to convince mc to leave? because she knew all along something would happen to us? + if another dialogue option is chosen, the seer says "life has tried to bend you to the ways of others, and still... you have prevailed." which in my mind basically translates to "even though you moved away, you came back. as you were destined to do." mc says they think they're here by pure chance. the seer says "the one between doesn't believe in such a thing... that you are here today before me, just like they predicted... it can be nothing if not divine [...] providence." so we are absolutely destined for this by some higher power.

oh,, WERE we torn between two worlds. OH WERE WE NOW-

brother (lysander) sees a curse. seer (lazaro) sees a blessing. does the brother see faybourne as cursed bc it suffers unwanted effects of the tower ? or is it simply a curse (i.e nuisance) bc it is producing wanderers for pride (or the tower)? whose side is lysander on? whose side is lazaro on??? does the tower want to consume limbo? also the firstborn (human realm)?? is this why the seer views it as a blessing? do they want these worlds to merge or fall apart all together? is the connection between faybourne and limbo the source of their abilities? i just assume they're originally from limbo, but maybe not. i just wonder why one sees it as a curse and the other sees it as a blessing. (i'm rlly simplifying these characters & their possible motivations lol)

ALL THIS TIME, i'm thinking the seer is on pride's side. but here he is telling us to fight against him! and the seer says "this wasn't supposed to happen! this wasn't part of the deal!" did pride betray them by telling us to fight? we were sent to limbo--was that not their goal? (were they instead trying to disconnect us from the tower? magically protect us? what else was this ritual for?) or did they just not expect to be hurt in the process? * this is all assuming ??? is pride. more on that later

when the realm turns red w/ hatred, the silhouette almost resembles envy (the hair!) before returning to the original style. young pride? envy? ?????

FURTHER... the tower entity (the narrating voice mc hears) calls this silhouette (represented by ???) the betrayer. pride has betrayed the tower in some way. more on this in a moment.

+ envy is also a traitor (via treason, iirc)

is this a connection? is this why nobody cares about our wound. are we gonna be healed. or was that a one time thing?? were we simply being stitched back together from the inside even after entering limbo? freaky nonetheless..

i speculated a lot on WHO wanted us sent to limbo. but what's interesting is that it seems we land just outside the borders of the woods beyond--a dangerous place clearly marked by the red ropes. mc wanders downhill, however, too close to this border, maybe even going past it and deeper into danger. + later on, it's mentioned that the voidbound have unexpectedly wandered past this border. if we are sent here by some godlike being, be it pride or the tower, why have they sent us into danger? was it pure chance where we'd fall out of the sky? or did pride want us somewhere safe and isolated enough, but we wandered away + the voidbound situation has worsened? did the tower want us in its reach the moment we fell into limbo? the tower wouldn't want us to die. right?? pride wouldn't want us to die! he scolds us when we do..... right???

the voidbound (this is where i get crazy)

now i watched fullmetal alchemist brotherhood as a kid and it forever defined the rest of my life. the themes of creating new lifeforms from scratch, humans trying to attain godhood in this sense, homunculi and other half-formed monstrosities gross me out and scare me in the best way. when i first saw the voidbound in the demo, i immediately thought of the mannequin soldiers (gore warning!). this is why the line "it holds itself like a scared little kid" stood out to me so much. are these voidbound, these disgusting creatures made of melted flesh and mismatched body parts, the children of the tower entity? did the tower entity try to create children the way pride did? did pride sabotage them? is the tower a scorned lover or a sibling (parallel to lysander & the seer)? FURTHER... did pride create limbo in the image of the firstborn (the human realm)? is this why he is called father pride? we know envy isn't their real name, so is it some kind of dishonor or punishment to be named after your greatest sin? did pride see himself a god and therefore create life? did the tower try as well and failed?

the one between

OK SO he did not like that. but i cannot tell if it's bc HE IS "the one between" or if it's bc the TOWER ENTITY is. i thought that because it's his silhouette guiding us to limbo, reforming our body, bringing us back to life if we die to the voidbound, he must not be "the one between." bc if he is, he'd know the seer was sending us to limbo. he'd know about the ritual. instead of an interrogation, there would've been celebration. "guys my new wanderer just got here!! check 'em out!!" but instead we were threatened, questioned, and treated like a prisoner. like we were the enemy. so who was the silhouette? who is the one between? whose wanderer are we? does he know mc is under the influence of the tower? i don't think so. it seems only xal knows (unless pride is hiding things). does he not expect his wanderer to be under the tower's influence? is this where the ritual went wrong? were we meant to be sent to limbo all along, but pride didn't know about our connection to the tower? did the tower plant this seed decades ago, waiting for the moment we found ourselves in limbo? to use us as a weapon against pride? is every wanderer connected to the tower? is that what makes them the wanderer? is every wanderer the fabled "wanderer of worlds" ara talks so highly about, or are we the only real-deal hero?

this bit of dialogue is so interesting to me. obvious god makes humans and garden of eden corruption via humans committing sins references here. pride wanted to create a world in the image of the human realm but free from sin. a perfect version of the firstborn. he was only meant to keep watch over the universe and he thought himself god enough to create a whole new world. does his name make sense or what also interesting they used the word "watchtower" ..... and they pronouns for the one between. but maybe that's just to keep the identity of them secret.

we are not the first wanderer. and if mc continues to die, it's clear we will not be the last. but the game ends when we die. the story ends. this wanderer has to be under the influence of the tower. this is what makes us different from all other wanderers. this is what allows us to not only make it to limbo but to survive in limbo. because we are enacting the will of the one between.

interjection: going back to my fullmetal alchemist connection... if wanderers come to limbo and die immediately, and we as the newest wanderer landed just outside the tower, and when we die, we are dragged into void goop... are the voidbound the reanimated, cobbled-together remains of past wanderers? i want this to be true going off this idea, we as the wanderer are a child of the tower :) so it's like romeo and juliet when we fall in love with one of pride's children! <3

back to regularly scheduled programming: is this why pride reacts in FEAR when we mention the one between? not offense or pleasant surprise. "his calm countenance is shattered by the grip of fear." we aren't supposed to know this name, are we?

if ??? is pride, then he knows his wanderer is under the tower's influence. he knows we are being sent to limbo. if ??? isn't actually pride...

he wouldn't know our intentions. is it just a past manifestation of him? a younger him? like a flashback, caught in time? is it (one of?) his god form(s), while the pride we meet in limbo is his physical "mortal" form? or is it the tower in disguise? WHAT IS GOING ON?? also.. "breaking into my sacred chest"? remember the seer mentioning "the scar in limbo's chest" earlier? i cannot tell if this is just chest (box)/chest (body part) and i'm reading too far into it or if this is very very clever writing to disguise smth.... is chest referring to faybourne in one and limbo in the other? we've already established these two places are intrinsically linked so it's not strange they'd be referred to with the same word. adding onto this, i also noticed the human realm where mc comes from is referred to as the firstborn and the city mc lived in is faybourne. i think that's a clever way of helping players understand they're the same realm--if that was intentional :)

this post is like 98% questions bc honestly idk what is going on (in the best way). the characters' motivations seem obvious one moment then i think way too hard abt it and suddenly everything is flipped. i just wanna know who the good/bad guys are bc that'll clear up a bunch!! honestly it's rlly fun not knowing who to trust/what side MC is actually on. i hope the tower's influence makes us do some questionable things :3

An Unexpected Trip to the Past

I have no idea what's going on. One second, we were inside the House of Lamentation, and the next we're in some brightly lit forest. It's possible that the door I opened led us outside, but something about this forest seems too...bright. Like, brighter than anything in the human world.

I almost dismiss the idea as me simply overthinking everything when Simeon frowns and remarks that he recognizes where we are.

And then Beel starts walking towards us.

Only, it's not the Beel I know. For starters, this version of him has a goddamn halo circling the top of his head.

"Oh, not this again," MC groans, which raises even more questions. What do they mean by again? I mean, there's no possible way they've been here before, right? They weren't even alive when Beel and the others were angels.

"What are you doing here?" Beel the angel asks, looking rather stern. I suppose his reaction makes sense. We are intruders, after all.

"It's okay, Beelzebub," Simeon replies softly with a smile. "Don't worry. It's me." That seems to relieve Beel a little.

"Simeon, who are these two? Are they with you?" Simeon nods his head.

"They're acquaintances of mine, you see. They're angels, actually. Both of them." What in the world is he thinking?! MC might be able to get away with it, but there is no way in hell I'd make a convincing angel. I open my mouth to protest, but MC squeezes my hand and quietly instructs me to play along.

"We're talking about this later," I whisper. Simeon introduces us to angel Beel, and I thank my lucky stars that he remembered my human world name. I don't even want to imagine the alias he would have come up with if he didn't. It'd probably be something stupid, like Sully.

"So, Beelzebub, what's Lucifer up to?" Simeon asks.

"He's at the Celestial Palace in a meeting with Michael and all the other higher-ups." Beel pauses, narrowing his eyes at Simeon. "Shouldn't you be there, too? I thought all of the seraphim had to attend."

Simeon struggles to come up with a good answer to that question, making me anxious. He's never done well under pressure.

"He was busy rescuing us," MC pipes up.

"Rescuing you?" Beel repeats.

"Daniel and I fell into a pit someone dug as a trap, and we needed someone to help us get out. We sent out a message, and Simeon was the first to respond." Apparently, MC's story is plausible enough, for Beel simply nods his head and tells them that he's glad that we got out safely.

It intrigues me how they're able to come up with lies on the spot like that. Even Diavolo admitted that if he didn't have the ability to tell when people were lying to him, he would have totally believed MC's story of Lucifer trying to recreate Irish coffee with Devildom ingredients back when the two of us swapped bodies and I was saying a bunch of stupid shit in an attempt to embarrass my brother.

I've wondered from time to time what MC would be like as a demon. Not because I want them to lose their humanity or anything; I'm merely intrigued by the possibility. I feel like one of their powers would lie in speechcraft, specifically the ability to make someone believe whatever it was they're saying, even if it had no basis in any reality whatsoever. Perhaps their tongue would literally turn silver as they spoke. How many people would fall victim to it? I imagine quite a few, since MC appears trustworthy. Unlike, say, Mammon or Asmo, who people can tell are trying to sell them something from a mile away.

We're incredibly lucky that we have MC on our side, because if we had to fight them...

"Yo, Beel!" Great. Mammon's joined us. "What're you doing hangin' out here? And who are they?"

"Looks like two real cuties!" And Asmo, too. "So, tell me: what are your names, hm?" His nearly baby-like voice is making my skin crawl. It always does. I may not get along with him sometimes, but at least the Asmo that I know can modulate his voice to sound like a reasonable adult. This version of him, on the other hand, appears to only have one setting.

"Are you friends of Simeon's?" Man, where is everyone coming from? I feel like Levi literally popped out of thin air.

Simeon introduces us to the other angel brothers, and Asmo takes the opportunity to try to flirt with me. In that godawful baby voice. I feel like my glare towards him is justified.

"Beelzebub, you mentioned you were looking for Belphegor, right?" Simeon asks. I must have missed that part of the conversation. "I have an idea where he might be. MC and I will go find him for you. In the meantime, look after Daniel for me, would you?"

That sneaky little angel. Using the opportunity to be alone with MC is one thing, and for the most part I let that sort of thing slide. But Simeon has always lamented the fact that I never got to experience life in the Celestial realm as my own individual, since I was stuck in Lucifer's head until the fall. I keep telling him that I don't really have a desire to know that kind of information, but he doesn't listen. Or care, it seems.

I will get him back for this.

Chapter 15 Episode 6 Part 3

We start with narration about Bael and King Solomon. Bael was once called Baal. A higher being of the former world of Canaan. However, Canaan was destroyed by an attack from Eden, and Baal fell into Gehenna and became known as the demon Bael. Eventually he was summoned to Tokyo. Above the stars, to heights that no one else can reach, he can feel the respect for the person who reached there, King Solomon. He is just a human who Bael serves. A man who was told by his Lord to ``make any wish come true,'' and instead of seeking gold, power, or love, he sought omniscience. In honor of this, the Lord gave him a sacred artifact through Michael, who succeeded his brother as the highest angel. With the knowledge entrusted to him along with the wisdom of Kabbalah, he created a great mechanism made up of 72 familiars. King Solomon's true value lies in his excellence and innovation as a designer of the world system. It is a system that thoroughly reuses those who have fallen from the outside "mechanism" and incorporates them into itself. Furthermore, his reign developed automatically by creating a pecking order based on the dual hierarchy of a good and evil system and making them compete. One of the familiars asked him how he was able to accomplish such a great feat. He simply answered, “Because I saw the future as I was meant to see it.” As the king of men, Solomon rose to a height that no one else could reach. However, no one could explain the king's actions. They had no idea why he was doing it. The people thought that there was no way anyone lower down could understand someone who saw the future and acted based on the results. However, the system worked well. His reign was even compared to the Millennium Kingdom. However, as a man, Solomon was not eternal. He will grow old and the time will come for his body and spirit to perish. The last thing Solomon to complete his role as a human was to went on a journey through memory. He entrusted his "memories" to the vessel of another human being. He let go of his sword and gave it to Arsalan. One by one, he entrusted everything he had to each place he went. And then, Solomon's "memories" as a human, along with the last ring he left behind, flowed to the far reaches of the east. So he entrusted the rest to a part of his tribe, the Mononobe clan, which means ``those who carry things'' and who are the bearers of the records of the Stars. It is said that the Urabe clan (Furufumi’s family), a branch family of the Mononobe, have continued to watch the stars falling from the sky from the ground. Solomon now exists only as a "memory". However, as long as the system he created remains, it will be immortal. As long as the system remains up-to-date and useful, the world will never forget his name. He has entrusted his ``role'' to the descendants of the Mononobe clan, and I have continued to watch the radiance fall.

Back to the present, The Nyarl duo showed up to timeleap MC and Oscar out of the lab. MC was able to reunite with Toji and Maria. Maria says that everyone is rescuing the captured humans with Sanzo in the lead. Thanks to the Nyarl clones multiple people did the same thing as MC. By using the same space jump to jump to the enemy's center and immediately escape repeatedly. There are more than 10 or 20 Nyarlathoteps who came from all over Tokyo. We cut to Sanzo and others as Sanzo used his sacred artifact to release everyone from the future memory brainwashing. While Toji used his saved artifact to free transients from future memories. They still haven’t found Shiro, Kengo, or Ryota yet. The damage from the future transplant rejection seems to be severe but with some rest they should fine.

We cut Uzume as Amaterasu enters the room. Amaterasu ask Uzume if she’s okay. Uzume says she did something unnecessary. Amaterasu tells her it’s fine, even if she did nothing the Entertainers still would’ve gotten involved. Losing the locals was unexpected but fine since they were used as bait to lure MC. We then cut to Bael entering the center after he received instructions from Amaterasu. Bael knows Michael’s group have control over the Rule Makers but that doesn’t mean they’re strong. Michael is a person who guides the people he considers good. However, he believes that it is only natural that those who disobey ``God'' be punished. Amaterasu would also accept sacrifices if it was the best solution overall. Onyankopon is known for his unparalleled love for humans. The rule of this Tokyo ``game'' is that the minority has no place to lead the rules. The only reason they can move the other Rule Makers executives and soldiers like this is because they are in the majority. However, if you do anything that harms the local people, you will lose Onyankopon's support. That's why Michael and Amaterasu can't hurt the locals directly, especially in front of Onyankopon's subordinate who also loves human (Baphomet). Back to Michael, Michael knows that Baphomet works for Onyankopon and can’t use rough methods against Kokopelli who is human in front of them. Kokopelli points his gun at the ceiling and fires and hits a key point. Kokopelli says the will place will collapse soon. If Michael survive, he’ll see him again.

We cut elsewhere to Onyankopon and Daikoku. Daikoku is trying fish for info that will help his revenge. Elsewhere eleswhere, we see Oscar and Raven. Raven knows that Oscar was the one who leak info to Daikoku. Raven knows Daikoku’s plan is to break up the Rule Makers using their memory implants against them. We cut to Bael as he and some others confront the Alliance. He announce himself which shocks some of the other Ars Goetia demons. He says the old "mechanism" is about to disappear and a new "God" will be born to be replace it. Yoshito and Yasuyori are back to fight the Nobumichi and Masashi again this time switching opponents. Battle start.

After battle, we see Yoshito whispering he knows everything about Nobumichi. A simple way of life that always follows the will of the majority. Therefore, he has dedicated himself to being the strongest. But is it okay to live without a purpose, Nobumichi? We cut to Marchosias vs Bael. Bael says he knows about Marchosias. How he’s concerned about his former position as an angel. Marchosias sided with Shaytan during the rebellion and fell to Gahenna along with him. Marchosias says after coming to Tokyo he started to investigate the underworld. He learns that behind the scenes of Tokyo's game is an old organization called "Laboratory", which is said to have disappeared. It is said that they performed many experiments on the local people in Tokyo, including body modification. The former operation of the Prototype Death Game, which pitted the locals against each other using the Sacred Artifact without a "mechanism" for rewinding. It is said that the old management was destroyed by the members of the Otemachi Guild. So Kokopelli, the human half, is also from that same Cult School that Arc is from. But did they really become completely extinct? There are still survivors of the "Laboratory" in the upper floors of that Babel Tower. Just then the Exters rain down on the Future City setting it ablaze.

what are the different races seen in this world? elves and demonblood was mentioned? what does that entail exactly? are mc and their brother human or a different race?

So to clear up the easy question first: Auberon is always human. Duke Piers was human and so was his first wife. The MC's mother however varies between human, elf, vampire, and demonblood. As a result the MC can potentially be a human, half-elf, dhampir, or demonblood.

So the races in the world are pretty much whatever generic fantasy races you can think of, I've been using "folk" as a catch all term or them until I can settle on something I prefer. In the empire the most common of the folk are humans and elves. Dhampirs and demonbloods aren't complete oddities either, however, though they often get some side-eying or curiosity in Nasennian settings because Ithel's population is almost entirely non-human so there's developed a stigma due to the long war.

Elves are generally human-like with pointed ears and a higher aptitude to magics. They are the major race in Khemia and claim to have the oldest and most developed of all the civilizations. It's considered somewhat rude in their culture to differentiate between someone who is fully elven and someone who has human blood. MC's with elf blood will have an easier time with magic. (All MC's can choose to learn how to use magic if they choose Ashkeru as their teacher. It's just easier for some than others.)

Vampires are somewhat traditional - can't walk in sunlight without becoming extremely injured, drink blood as their main sustenance, and so forth. They're the longest lived of the folks and tend to be the most decentralized culturally because they prefer to live among the other races. Dhampirs are folk who have enough vampire ancestry to have some of the traits (fangs, the urge to drink blood, etc) - usually their parents but sometimes grandparents were vampires. They don't inherit the vampiric sensitivity to daylight, however. A dhampir is going to have the most sensitivities to physical sensations of the potential MC's as well as show better than average reflexes even if they haven't trained for them.

Demonbloods are more complicated. They are people whose blood lines are "tainted" according to the Nasennian temples. Somewhere in their ancestry there's a fallen god, or a being of similar power. When that trait has manifested it does so with the whites of the eyes being black - they're among the rarer of the common races because the traits don't always show up in their children, or pop up at random many generations later. They manifest magical gifts that are considered untrustworthy or intrusive - usually some form of Empathy but there are those who develop psychic powers. These MC's will have a slightly easier time reading people's intentions even if they don't pick Zaphon as a mentor.

I will say that I might add more options for the MC later on but for now four variations (human, half-elf, dhampir, and demonblood) felt like enough.

Hii, I'm quite curious and would like to know more about Duke Lebedev - if you're alright with it, that is. I find him middly interesting from what little of him is mentioned, yes I still dislike him and agree he's a despicable person - however, I have a specific fascination about villains like Lebedev - a character already in much power, yet clearly vying for more and has a very troubled past/experience with the mc which ties them to him in some way, whilst also traumatising them.

He also is an older brother of A, one of the Ros, if I'm correct, which makes for a very nice siblings to enemies dynamic if the mc choses to romance A, which is a trope I very much like within media.

Here are some questions I'd like to ask, feel free to answer them I'd you'd like, I'd be very thankful.

1. It's mentioned Duke Lebedev is the head of the nobility. Are the nobles mostly untouched by the coup that happened? How are they holding up after the Royal family died and a new government was established? Is the Duke still in power?

2. If an F!mc had 'that' incident with him when they were younger, would the Duke still have some sort of desire/inappropriate feelings towards them? What would be the current Duke's opinion/view towards them as of now if they had that specific experience with the mc? Also, I'm quite confused as to why the Duke thought it'd be a good a idea to do 'that' to an imperial princess in broad daylight within the palace.

3. Assuming that I'm correct about A and the Duke being siblings ( correct me if I'm wrong ), can you describe what they look like? If it's too soon, I just wanna know if they're considered handsome/good-looking. And do they look alike? Hi! Thanks for your questions, I'll do my best to answer them :3

1. Yes, the nobles were not directly affected by the coup since it was almost exclusively contained to the Capital. They're mostly just enjoying their quasi-independence and "keeping the peace" in their respective territories - although some have run into issues with local rebels, and others have decided to try and use the situation to expand at the cost of others. You'll meet all types while travelling through the country.

Lebedev is still as important a political figure as ever, and is taking on the role of a mediator between the Republican central government and the noble territories.

2. The answer to the first part is "you'll see". Lebedev plays an important role in the later parts of the story, but finding out what that role actually is will take until the very end.

As for why he thought that would be a good idea - because it's a kind of normal thing to do in his circles, and he knew there would be no consequences. If Lavrentiy hadn't acted first, the Emperor would've just ignored that scene and expected Lebedev to owe him a favour in return.

3. (You are correct about them being siblings.) Detailing character appearances is still sitting on the todo list (but constantly being shoved down by higher priority tasks 🫤), so all I have for now is:

- Arseniy/Amaliya is pretty tall (though not quite as tall as Yakov/Liliya), toned and tanned due to having melee combat as their main hobby, and long, smooth black hair. I'm still torn on the eye colour, but it'll probably be hazel.

- Lebedev is about the same height as his sister, has mostly iron-grey, short hair with some black sections remaining, and a thin moustache and goatee. His skin leans more towards waxy, though he doesn't look as pallid as other older nobles since he travels a lot. He's also on the thinner side, especially his face, and he has a very aristocracy-appropriate aquiline nose.

(Humans, Demons, and the nature of Sins)

I've always liked the idea that each and every individual human has a dominant sin, and that demons of that respective sin are better equipped to tempt those souls due to that connection.

This also goes along with my headcanon that every demon is assigned into one of seven categories from birth, colloquially known as the Seven Deadly Sins. It's a natural and instinctual part of their existence, where they can sense the sins of humans and prey upon their lack of knowledge and ignorance.

It would, of course, be especially prevalent with the Brothers, as they were assigned as the Avatars of these sins by the Demon King.

Most lower level demons have the baseline magical compulsion to prey on humans with a compatible sin, but that doesn't say anything about their skills in magic and manipulation. They likely run on base instinct alone unless they are supremely passionate about their education at RAD XDDD

The Brothers, on the other hand, are naturally very powerful and, whether some actually appear this way or not, are also very intelligent (at least when it comes to their sins!)

Basically, you can't underestimate any of them, because if they really want something, they'll do whatever it takes to get it.

As an example, I view my MC's main sin to be Pride, and she just so happens to bump heads with Lucifer on many an occasion, precisely because of their similarities! And just as much as he can understand her on a fundamental level and use that to his advantage, my MC is smart enough to be able to do the very same back to him!

I mean, any human arguably could as well, but I'd imagine Lilith's genes definitely help my and many others' MCs out a great deal in those cases too XDDD

They're both too stupidly prideful for their own good, trying to one-up eachother like a couple of kids. It's almost like a feedback loop; where my MC attempts to get Lucifer to childishly rise to a challenge by using his pride to her advantage, but even when she succeeds, Lucifer can still relish in the feelings of her own pride at succeeding!

I feel like there would be some sort of spell or magical item that can allow a human to get an almost mathematical breakdown of their sins, kind of like a pie chart or some other type of visual, which I imagine would be beneficial knowledge for any sorcerer or witch preparing to interact with demons to any extent.

I believe that any human is susceptible to any demon's temptations, but there are certain combinations that allow for a higher success rate than others.

As another example, my MC's second most prominent sin would likely be Sloth, and so she has received one too many solicitations for naps from Belphie, who can sense exactly when would be the best time to ambush the idea onto her XDDD

I also like the idea that when a Demon makes a pact with a Human, their ability to sense that Human's sins is significantly heightened. (I'm hoping to write about this particular element in more detail for the brothers sometime soon 🤞)

Where in a non-pact situation, a Demon may only sense a sin if a Human is really struggling with it at that current point in time - in a situation where a pact is formed, both parties have agreed to open a magical bond where in exchange for the Human having power over the Demon with commands, the Demon can more freely take power from them without necessarily obtaining their soul.

hello i'm on my oc bullshit once more, notice how i'm not apologizing bc it will happen again :}

let me just type some stuff here so that I remember the basic lore of this character, so anyways this is nico, they are non-binary and use he/they/she in that order of preference. they are one of the mcs of one of the storylines in my head (title pending) and they can see ghosts as well as see past events/memories through touch. They have a much deeper connection to the "beyond" than they even realize. He works with his brother August within bounds of his home territory using his ability to help spirits move on. Unbeknownst to him (for now), he is being hunted by the antagonists who need him since that deeper connection he has within him is the last piece they need within the larger plan to appease the higher power to grant them control over life and death. It's like a whole thing but these are just some basic bits, little building blocks of the whole lore I'm trying to come up with in my head, i'm just trying some stuff out here.

Him and his tsundere tendencies, how he's so direct and brash, but at the same time so sweet and caring, especially to the MC and he just cares a lot about things and wants to build a perfect kingdom and is mindful of his privilege and uses it to help those who aren't royalty

He's genuinely so mindful and it just, genuinely get to me so bad. he's also super self sacrificing and i think i just like. Completely lost my mind when i played BFAF and he lets himself get beaten up just to protect MC because he's never, ever, letting anyone lay their hands on his vassal, and i think i cried so hard during that whole fight i never recovered from it.

and his base FE is just, so damn touching when you take the time to look into it, with how he's basically reliving a really traumatic experience but he's with you, and he sees how things can be different. And the way he constantly challenges MC because their vision of helping others is foolish and unrealistic, only because at the end he smiles and "and this is exactly this type of fools i need to help me build my ideals". He's just so. so. *shoves fist in mouth and bites to stop screaming*.

and i love messy siblings dynamic so his relationship with his brothers was the cherry on cake for me.

and i do think that while his resentment against Lancelot is really annoying if you only read 4KoaFK, if you read his base FE things click in a way that is SO compelling to me. like, feeling shattered and betrayed by the fact for once you tried to be vulnerable with the person you trusted the most only to have him betray all of your ideals while brushing you off? The fact he can't overcome this hurt and it's why he lashes out? and how ultimately he learns to move forward and accept that Lancelot moved forward too and they can become friends again? just so so good to me i love this type of specific drama where this feeling of betrayal just make you mismanage the way you should handle other people.

His grand is incredible.

first in term of his weapons, that give you those skills:

basically just if you have his sword +4 similar weapons, you get to have your stats heavily multiplied in general, it's genuinely so good (and if you couple it with Michael's Axe, which boosts ATK depending on how many axes you have in your grid, you really have a perfect combo)

second, his kit:

Unworldly DMG is the highest type of damage you can get in the game, it's genuinely extremely powerful.

"Singed" is an unique Fire debuff that can be stacked up to 10, that basically inflict Burn damage to the enemy during the *whole raid*. It doesn't cooldown, and if Percival dies, the debuff stays on the enemy. The higher the level of Singed, the more the HP of the enemy is lowered. (Wilnas also has this debuff, so if you have the two of them in your party it will raise very quickly).

King's Blaze effect Greatly boosts Percival attack depending on his HP and gives bonus fire DMG.

First skill has high damage, debuff, raise Singed, and raise Percival's Charge bar. When Singed is on 5 or above, it activates twices, which means Percival charges more quickly

Second skill reduces the enemy's elemental DMG to 0 for a turn, and if the debuff lands, it freezes its diamonds charges for 3 turns.

Third skill is what actually breaks the game. It's a major attack + a big buff to the party + Supplemental damage + the party attack without taking a turn.

No CA gain on normal attacks means his unworldly attack take some time to charge, however, he deals triple attacks guarantee and amplify any attack he makes.

And when Singed is high enough, he deals 1000% DMG at *each end of turn* while debuffing the enemy significantly.

What it means basically is that Percival amplifies any attack, is constantly dealing very high hits (which is very handy in V2 raids since sometimes you need to stop omens that are like "hit 30 times" and with Percival guarantee triple attacks, attacking without a turn (so multiply by two), and activating another dmg at end turn, you can easily start to raise this number. is constantly buffing your party and debuffing the enemy has a special debuff the enemy can't remove that willa ct until the end of the raid

for example he's extremely handy in a Seofon's raid because with his buff, multiple attacks, and his unworldly CA, he can easily walk through the "deal 77,777,777 dmg" omen.

It's a bit complicated to explain i suppose if reading how those dmg manifests themselves is already confusing, but he genuinely gets very high in general.

And he has an excellent synergy with Wilnas (who also raises Singed)

a/n: i wanted to write something but have had no inspo until i realized i can combine my girlie taylor and my current game obsession together. look forward to different obey me and taylor content in the future!!

Everyone in the Devildom knew that there was only one person that you held above everyone else, even above the demon brothers, the demon prince, and their demon boyfriend. You would always find a way to mention this person, to spread their influence, no matter what. You believed that the Denizens hearing her sing, hearing her lyrics, would be a positive influence as it was in her life.

You loved Taylor Swift. Really, really loved her.

When you found out about the Eras Tour (Levi totally did not assist with jailbreaking your secret D.D.D.) you completely freaked. You had secured tickets to Loverfest before Barbatos teleported them to the Devildom (if it was never canceled, all demons would feel the wrath of a thousand suns). This was your chance to make the past right.

First, you needed a plan of attack. The first step was to get the seal of approval from Lord Diavolo and Lucifer. You imagined this would go smoothly and might include some coaxing, but you would be able to gain their permission. Then, they would get every brother, angel, and sorcerer to sign up for presale codes. The final step would be to wait, hope, and pray to any higher power out there.

You wanted this more than anything. To see the artist that got them through teenage angst, breakups, the growing pains, would be the greatest thing to experience, ever. The thought alone makes pressure build-up behind your eyes. You’d be able to do this.

Thankfully, everything went smoothly. Permission was granted, and various emails and phone numbers were signed up for presale. Waiting was the only wrong thing about the situation. You just wanted the anxious feeling to go away.

Lucifer picked up on your signs of stress. The nervous checking of your phone, the slip in your grades. He understood how badly you wanted this, how that made you nervous. It was similar to how Levi acted when waiting for the release of a limited special edition Ruri-chan collectible. Levi would lock himself away in his room and obsess. Lucifer has his whole faith in you that you would be able to secure tickets. He does not want to contemplate what would happen if you were unable to, he’d imagine it would rival one of Levi’s episodes.

Lucifer’s concern is how you ended up sitting on his bed between his legs as he worked on your shoulders. It was the night before you found out about ticket presale codes… And you were stressed. That stress slowly melted away as you leaned into Lucifer’s gentle, yet firm, touches.

He rubbed at the middle of your back where it felt tense. You hummed your appreciation and leaned back into him more, wanting to give him a break. “Thank you for this. I needed it.”

Lucifer hummed back, pressing a kiss to the top of your head as his arms slowly moved to wrap around your body. “Everything is going to be alright. I know you love her and want this, but I hate to see how it affects your health, my love.”

Your heart dropped a little, feeling the worry in your voice. “I promise I’m okay. I just… She means a lot to me. I would not be the person I am without her. Her music helped me get through so many tough times, even happy times… Especially with the last couple of years. The thought of being able to sing with her in person makes me so happy and I want to protect that happiness with all of my heart.” You squeezed his arms and shifted around to face him, taking his face in your hands, you smiled. “She even helped me realize my love for you. I didn’t want to tell you, but I have a whole playlist of songs that remind me of you, of us.” You looked into his ruby eyes as a blush crept up your face.

Lucifer’s eyes filled with love as he pulled you into a soft kiss, “You are special to me too. I’d like to hear these songs one day. But for now, you need rest for tomorrow.”

You kissed him back happily, leaning into him as he pulled you to lie down. Everything would be alright if Lucifer was by your side.

The following day was a whirlwind of events. Levi allowed you to use his setup, as it was much faster (also in exchange for rare Ruri merchandise), and now all you had to do was wait…

And wait you did..

Levi anxiously watched the screen and you. He understood how important this was to you and had been in this very exact situation multiple times- he had complete faith in you, unlike himself. However, that line was not budging. Until it finally did.

Everything happened so quickly. You searched and searched for six floor seats or a lower bowl- or literally any seat. It wouldn’t matter as long as you got to be there. Soon enough, you got the tickets and life was not real.

You immediately squealed and looked at Levi with a big grin and hugged him tightly, catching the otaku off guard. You screamed and laughed and danced as you ran to grab your D.D.D. to inform Lucifer.

He picked up before the phone had the chance to ring. Lucifer desperately wanted to be there with you but had other duties to attend to. He had been checking his phone every couple of minutes to see if you texted him an update.

Accepting the call, Lucifer stepped outside of his meeting and was met with your face filling the screen. You had tears in your eyes and a big grin on your face, he couldn’t help but smile at your reaction. He was so happy for you.

“It felt like forever! I swear- I can’t believe I’m going, that we are going!! Together!! Life is so not real right now.” Your voice was full of energy as you continued to recount the past few hours of your life.

“I’m very happy for you, my love. You deserve to go and I’m happy you want me to experience this with you.” Lucifer looked at his watch quickly, “I’m sorry but I have to go back to my meeting. We’ll have dinner tonight, the two of us, when I get home. I love you.” Lucifer smiled at you as you repeated the words back to him. Lucifer agreed that life was “so not real” but because he got to experience it with you.

Walking back into the conference room, he began thinking of all the travel you and he would be doing in the next year. Of course, he wouldn’t let you just go to one concert now, would he?

#power couple? You both think you’re better than everyone and deserve to be treated that way. He sees how you do use your seductive ways to get your way, and he low-key applauds you. He probably does the same thing, so he understands.

You know what you want and you know how to get it. You don’t take crap from anyone, and he knows this because you almost stabbed a fork through Mammon’s hand when he was about to say something derogatory towards you.

He will say that he doesn’t like the tantrums you throw when something doesn’t go your way. He thinks it’s childish and he already has tons of things to do instead of dealing with your childish attitude. You also don’t seem respectful towards anybody, not even your higher-ups (besides Muzan)

He’s kind of indifferent about your occupancy as a courtesan. He understands that you do it for info or for money. I see Lucifer as the type to sleep with someone for the benefit of the Devildom.

He also noticed your pyrophobia when Solomon tried to cook once and you panicked and hid behind Lucifer. He thought that it was funny that fire was the thing that scared you, as well as you-know-who.

You’ve told him about your brother. He has 6 other brothers, so he understands that while you seem harsh when talking to him, it’s just tough love. Him and his brothers are an unstoppable force together, and so are you and your brother.

He does enjoy hearing about what you were like back when you were human. You seemed to be the exact opposite of how you are now. After he learns how you came to be that way (easily influenced by being raised by your brother and being a follower of Muzan), he becomes more understanding of your childish tantrums.

As for all the abilities you have, he saw you training on a training ground once and found it impressive. When he has the time, he likes to keep up with his powers as well, so you both spar as well.

Mammon

Alright, but in this situation Mammon gives bottom energy.

You aren’t very greedy, but you know how to get what you want most of the time. There are just a few difficult obstacles. He gets that.

You are definitely the one who wears the pants in the relationship. He’s the golden retriever that cowers at the first sign of danger, and you are the jacked pitbull that the danger cowers at. He most likely hides behind you whenever one of his brothers is chasing him. This also happens when the witches come to collect.

Mans technically goes and sulks in the corner whenever something doesn’t go right, so he also throws tantrums. However, he doesn’t try to make you angry because the mere look in your eyes when Satan yelled at you made him back away very quickly. Even Satan seemed a tad scared.

As for your job, he does get jealous, but it’s not like he can stop you. I feel like he’s slept with people for money as well… so yeah. Y’all share some pastimes I guess…

When he noticed your fear of fire, Solomon was showing everybody a new spell. You seemed to flinch and hide into Mammon’s arm. He quickly walked you out of the room and tried to calm you down.

When you tell him about your brother, he now sees that what Lucifer does is out of love for everyone. From then on, he tries to pull himself together and try to pay everyone back, because he now understands that Lucifer and his brothers truly do love him and are just concerned for him.

He nearly snorts when he hears about what you were like when you were human. You just act so differently. Then he hears the rest of your story and he stops laughing. He now feels like a piece of crap.

Now, for your powers, he finds them cool but scary. You once freaked him out with your blood demon art and now he sleeps with one eye open. He doesn’t really train, but he will come out to watch you. NOT THAT HE LIKES WATCHING YOU WORK ON YOUR ABILITIES-

Leviathan

You remind him of one of the sadistic demons from the anime, “Help! Rip-off Michael Jackson turned my sister into a demon and now I need to find a cure for her!”

You don’t really indulge yourself in the sin of Envy, but like I’ve said before, you do what you can to get what you want. Usually, what you want is in someone else’s possession, so yeah.

You are the one wearing the pants in the relationship here as well. Mans barely goes outside, so you obviously are the one who initiates everything. However, you both are equally as scary if you ask Mammon.

He doesn’t really know how to handle your tantrums. He will offer to bring you to his room where you both can watch anime and eat snacks to try and calm you down. He will do anything in his power to not have you direct your anger towards him since you even managed to spook Lucifer a bit with the pure rage in your voice.

As for your side job, he is obviously jealous of your clientele. However, he will never admit it to you. He will sit and rot in the corner because he’s so jealous when you come back from your job.

Levi noticed your pyrophobia when Satan is trying to show off a spell he learned and it goes a bit haywire. It’s the first time you ever leapt behind him. He quickly leads you to his room where you can cool down. He puts his headphones on your ears, in which Lo-Fi beats are playing.

You told him about your brother once and he now gains a deeper understanding of Lucifer’s behavior. You seem really harsh, but you really do care about your brother. Sounds familiar…

You then tell him about what you were like as a human and he completely understands. If you’re around a certain environment, it can change how you are as a person/demon. He would know: he used to be an angel. He wasn’t always a shut-in tsundere otaku.

Finally, your powers. He kinda already predicted them because of the anime he watched. However, he finds it awesome that he can now see it closer and in-person. The only time he will go outside is to accompany you to the training ground. He finds your blood demon art fascinating, and he finds your other abilities cool as well.

Satan

You seem to indulge in the sin of Wrath a lot. He is now both concerned and proud. I think he enjoys the sadistic side of you as well.

Another instance where you both are a power couple. Neither of you take anything but respect from others unless they have a death wish. He also sees how you use your seductive ways. It’s a strategy not a lot of people have, and he applauds you for using it when you can.

Your anger rivals his. You both have murderous looks in your eyes, you both are willing to destroy anything that gets in your way, and it’s very hard to calm any of you down. You both throw tantrums, and the brothers are going through a different level of Hell whenever something pisses you both off.

As for your job as a courtesan, he is a tad jealous, but he’s read many books. He understands that you would do it for info and not just for yourself. Work smarter, not harder, and the easy route is to sleep with a person to get what you need from them.

He witnessed your pyrophobia when Mammon messed up on something and caused a fire out of nowhere. He has never seen you quivering before, and he felt horrible. He pulled you by the arm to his room, where he tries to get you to start breathing again.

When you tell Satan about your brother, he understands what you’re going through. He himself is rather harsh to his brothers. He will offer a hug and to read you a story to get your mind off of the grief.

When Satan hears about you when you were a human, he’s kind of indifferent. Like stated, he’s read a lot of books. He’s seen the processes characters have gone through and how it changed them. You were raised to be selfish and ‘rude’, it wasn’t anything you could control.

Lastly, your powers. He finds them unique. Your blood demon art mesmerizes him. He wants to do as much research as he can. He will gladly spar with you. I feel like he’d want to keep up in his ability to use his own powers. He won’t go easy on you, and he doesn’t want you to go easy on him either!

Asmodeus

Woo-hoo! He’s been waiting for this one! Turn it up!

You both rule the halls tbh. You don’t ‘just deal with it’, you make it known when someone has wronged you. Your confidence rubs off on him and now you are an unstoppable Devilgram couple.

You both indulge in the sin of lust, and you both use your charms when all else fails. Also, let’s be honest, you both do spa days.

He doesn’t really get scared during your tantrums and fits of rage, but he will try and calm you down by pulling you into his room and bust out the skin care products. It cools him down, so maybe it can for you too!

Mans would probably help you in your job. He would hook you up with other clients as well as suggest a partnership. He’s completely supportive and doesn’t judge you. He sleeps with people for free, but now he knows that he could be making some extra cash on the side

Your pyrophobia came into view when Mammon caused something to erupt in flames. You started to hyperventilate and rushed out of the kitchen to your room. Asmo rushed after you and held you in his arms while running his hands through your hair. He whispered sweet nothings to you as you drifted to sleep.

When you tell Asmo about your brother, it was during a spa day and you both were just talking to each other about whatever came to mind. You tell him about your experience being raised by your brother, and he sees Lucifer in a completely different light. Since that day, he tries to make Lucifer’s load a bit lighter.

On the same day, you tell him about your experiences as a human, and he does find it sad that you used to be so innocent. He completely understands, he and his brothers have fallen from grace themselves. They’ve been corrupted by the Devildom to be the demons they currently are.

Also, for your powers, he finds them intriguing! Also, a bit disturbing. He would love to see you train! He could post some pictures on Devilgram about the cool training ground you found! He might join you, but it’s always a 50-50 chance. Maybe early in the morning, to get onto that Devilgram morning routine…

Beelzebub

He’s also a puppy with you. Mans looks at you and sees the person he wants to spend the rest of his life with.

He likes that you know what you want and you do anything you can to get it. You work hard, but you will take the easy way if it achieves the same result. You don’t really judge if Beel eats a lot (unless he eats something you’ve been saving) and that’s all that matters to him.

When you get that fit of range, he suddenly loses his appetite. One example of this happening was when Asmo was bragging about himself and the sheer look in your eyes could easily make a human die and go to the Celestial Realm.

He tossed you over his shoulder and rushed to his room where he gives you a bunch of snacks and tries to calm you down. He convinces you that Asmo shouldn’t be murdered and it would make him very sad :(

As for your job, he doesn’t care. As long as you love him and him only, it’s all good. As a buff demon who plays sports, I can see a bunch of people being interested in him, so it would be a tad hypocritical if he got jealous over you sleeping with someone else.

Solomon once tried to make a meal while you were over at Purgatory Hall. It didn’t go well. You were panicking while Solomon was performing a spell to extinguish the fire. Simeon called Beel to help calm you down. He literally picked you up bridal style and carried you back to HoL. From there, he laid you on his bed and brought snacks and a movie to calm you down.

When Beel learned about your brother, he was telling you about his. He was glad that you could both relate on a more personal level. However, he always treated Belphie with kindness. He does understand why Lucifer treats everyone the way he does now.

You then tell him about your experiences as a human. He is sad that you were raised in a harsh environment. If you need it, he will hold you in his arms.

When you go train, he will obviously train with you. He can take a beating, so he is the perfect training partner. He finds your blood demon art to be really cool and difficult to beat, but it makes for good practice. You are definitely a good opponent when you are both using all your abilities.

Belphegor

Enemies to lovers? Your personalities clashed until you realized that everything can be solved through naptime cuddles. Then you both became cool.

You’re both equally dominant in nature, but you are the only ones who can calm each other down (besides Beel). Everyone wonders why you are together then wonders why you didn’t get together sooner.

When you are throwing a tantrum, he sends you to his room to take a nap. ‘You act like a child, he will treat you like a child’ kind of dynamic. Once you’ve calmed down, he will lay with you until you both fall asleep. Asmo has taken many pictures of you two napping together.

Earlier in your relationship, you nearly stabbed Satan because he destroyed something of yours. However, Beel stepped in and grabbed the knife out of your hand and hauled you over to Belphie to calm you down.

He’s super jealous because of your job. The only sleeping around you should be doing is sleeping next to him >:(

Beelzebub and Mammon once got into a fight and destroyed the kitchen which caused a fire. You started hyperventilating and freaking out. Belphie noticed this and led you by the hand to his room, where he held you and whispered that it’s okay. That is when you fell asleep from his comforting words.

You were having a dream about your brother and you woke up screaming his name. This woke up Belphie and he found you sobbing quietly. He rolled over and held you in his arms as you quietly told him about your brother. It broke his heart that you had to go through so much pain, but he understood what it felt like to lose a sibling.

While you were there, you told him about your experiences as a human. He knew what it was like to be raised by an older sibling (in the Celestial Realm, Mammon looked after him, Beel, and Lillith). In return, he told you about his memories of his siblings as well. He told you both funny stories and sad stories.

Mans will not train with you. He might set up a hammock to be there with you on the training ground, but he will not participate.

The cloudy weather outside felt some higher power was tormenting Idia. Well misery loves company he supposed. He had spent the day just laying on his bed, even his games couldn’t get him out of his low right now.

Ortho had been coming in more often, his worry grew each time when we realized Idia had no plans to do anything today. “Big brother... Please something has to be wrong. You won’t even log on to hammer wins on some ‘noobs’. I’m worried...”

With a tired sigh Idia slowly sat up, “If there’s a prize for rotten judgment, I guess already won that...” Looking back, Ortho tried to pin-point what recent time Idia could’ve had the chance to make a mistake that would upset him for more than half a day or so... Unless it was-”Are you talking about when you went out with MC the other day?” Though his cheeks gained a slight dust pink, Idia whimpered before shoving his face his face in a nearby pillow.

With a soft giggle Ortho started his recap of that day before the two had gone out, “Big brother who do you think you’re kidding? Are you still trying to keep your feelings for them hidden?” Ortho moved to sit next to his brother, waiting in anticipation for him to rant about his crush.

“I think you should tell them! You two seemed so happy when coming back from your date-” “IT WASN’ D-DATE!” Hitting his face with the pillow before throwing it at the wall Idia stood and began pacing around his room. “No chance, no way I won’t say I.. It’s too cliche!” Wrapping his arms around himself he went on, “I thought my heart had learned it’s lesson-It feels so good when you start out...”

Slumping into his gaming chair Idia thought for a moment, about you and him...together. Though his thoughts didn’t go far before he cried out and grabbed his head “GAH-Get a grip!!”

Ortho skipped over to his brother and comfortingly touch his shoulder, “Idia... you keep on denying and I’m not buying. When are you face it like a pro-you’ve got it bad!” Gently shrugging his little brother off Idia turned around in his chair with a heartbroken sigh. “You don’t get it Ortho... You’re way off base, I won’t say it just get off my case... Even if I did I doubt I’m the one they want. No matter how many affection points I rack up-This scene just won’t play..”

Watching him turn on his set up, Ortho took that as his cue to really give Idia space. With a frown on his he went back into the hall and started walking aimlessly, stuck in thought. “Big brother doesn’t see it but, I’ve checked that grin MC totally returns his feelings!” Digging his feet into the floor he stood and thought what he could do... then it hit him. Checking his recording systems he gleefully went off to find the target of his brothers affections.

About an hour after their interaction, Idia was logging off and got up to look for Ortho to apologize for how he acted earlier. He opened the door just as you were raising your hand to knock. Squeaking he closed the door in an instant-What... Why were you here!?

“Idia! Can I come in? It’s super important I promise!” Taking a moment to catch his breath and grab his tablet he slowly opened the door for you. Walking past him you turned to face him expectantly, “Don’t freak out ok?” Confused, he slowly nodded. Before he could even blink you leaned up and pecked his cheek, “I like you too~!”

Gasping for air his tablet slipped out of his hands and he slowly pulled his jacket up to cover his face-All while Ortho giggled along with you happily on the other side of the door.

My Idia hate grows everyday-But I do hope you enjoyed! I definitely used this as an excuse to listen to Hercules music over and over~. But yes I hope this came out as you wanted, have a good day and week!!

Weird Ways The Brother Touch You Headcannons

Belphegor

It is a know fact that Belphie is a yandere, so he tends to get jealous real easily.

If he’s waiting on you to walk to class together or to go home and he sees MC chatting with another lower level demon and laughing, he loses it in a lazy way.

He will calmly walk over to MC and wrap his arms around them, but instead of putting his head on top of their head, he squats down and place his head right next to MC.

His eyes would be staring directly into the demons, unblinking. A single hand will lay across MC’s torso while his other hovers above the other, showing off his long sharp nail, ready for action.

He’s not about to allow some piece of trash ruin his dreams of MC, his brother, and himself living a happy life together.

He only ever use that style of hugging if he’s trying to discreetly threaten a demon to back up. Other than that, he’s cuddled up on Mc’s side or wrapping himself around their arm to use as a body pillow.

Another weird thing he does is grab the back of MC’s shirt if he wants their attention.

He has already verbally complain about how his brothers spent more time with MC, so if he wants MC for himself without his brothers, he will just latch on to the back of their shirt.

Levi’s gushing about some new anime to you, but it’s 5 o’clock which is the time you two usually take a nap, but his brother is still talking.

So he’ll calmly walk up behind MC, grab their shirt, and as each minute passes by, pulls on it a little harder.

MC better get the hint before they get pulled backwards into Belphie’s arm where he will then just physically drag them to his room. 

Beelzebub

It all started when MC got the brothers to watch Lion King and the scene of Simba being lifted came on. MC giggled a bit and explain how it was a meme to lift up your animals in the same way back on Earth.

It just started as a small thought about doing the same thing to MC. Just a small innocent thought.

But then he walked in on MC struggling to reach one of the higher shelves that were more in reach for demon’s height. (I still headcannon that the brothers are extremely tall, like unhumanley height).

He would walk over to you struggling and seeing you struggling and the thought of lifting you up comes again. 

MC ask if he could help them and he goes with his first thought. Put his hands up their arms and lift them up to the cabinet. They giggle at his actions before grabbing what they need, but Beel doesn’t let them down. 

“What are you doing?” MC asked, giving him a humorous smile. 

“Simba.” That all he response causing MC to laugh.

Ever since then, Beel would randomly pick MC up under their arms causing them to laugh. Then it turned into something more.

Beel would love holding them up in the air and just feeling their warmth in his arms. So, he started sitting them on his forearm with a bicep as a backrest.

 They just looked so small in his arms and he just liked how it felt. 

MC couldn’t complain. They got carried around everywhere and see that happy smile on Beel’s face up close.

Asmodeus

This demon is the embodiment of lust, he has touched you in every way possible. 

But the oddest way is sometimes instead of holding your hand, he will link pinkies together and walk around like that.

The pose is just so cute and MC just looks so cute when they glance down at their entwined thumbs and just smile at them. 

Two of the hottest beings in the Devildom is looking cute at the moment. What else could the world need?

He also loves to play footies with you if you’re sitting down doing anything. 

The teasing just gets to him and he loves it. Please just run your foot up this man’s calf and he will pounce on you.

Satan

You wouldn’t think that Satan would have any weird thing he does, which is true while he’s focus.

If MC were to be chilling next to Satan while he’s reading and he’s deep into the book, his foot will stretch out and just lay itself on top of whatever part of them is closest.

MC will be watching this video on their DDD while Satan is on this third volume of this series and he’s unaware of the world around him. 

MC will feel a small press on their thigh. Look down and there’s Satan’s foot.

It’s not even the whole foot. Just the toes and maybe the ball of his foot.  Never the entire foot.

If MC doesn’t say thing, he will just keep it there as he continued to read his book with his eyes scanning each line absorbing the information.

The only way he will realize it is if MC ask him why does he always put his foot on them.

He would turn slightly pink as he realized how indecent the act was. He will apologize for his action and promise not to do it again. 

Soon as that book gets risen up again and his attention is snatched away, his foot will drifted back over. 

Point it out and you will now have a flustered Satan. MC will say that it’s fine and kind of cute how he reaches out for them.

“I guess that’s my body way of telling you that you’re too far away.” He will then scoot over and beckon MC to lay right next to him.

He still accidentally does it if  MC sits too far from him. It just a sign that Satan wants them closer.

Leviathan

This poor kid is just the type to see cute anime couple poses and want to do them with MC, but is too shy.

He will see all his brothers cozying up to MC and be like “It’s not fair. I want to do that.”

One day he will gain up the courage to wrap his arms around Mc’s waist while their cooking... It doesn’t go according to plan.

He went to wrap his arms around them and panic.

MC turns around to question why he grabbing the sleeves of their sweater, but sees his dark red face and his shivering, and decided against it.

Please be nice to the poor guy. Just start up a conversation to get his mind off his failed attempt at contact.

He realizes through the conversation about anime that you need to stir the pot and he panics thinking this is the part where they will shake him off.

Then MC just moves their arms normally with Levi still attach and continue on with the conversation.

This weird move became Levi and MC’s thing. If he wants to be close to them, he just grabs their sleeves and stand close behind him.

You want to really fluster him? Wrap your arms around yourself and his brain will crash as he realized that he kind of accomplished it.

Or slide your hand in the sleeves and hold his through the fabric. Make it better by swinging your arms, so the two of you rock together.

It’s weird to outsiders, but Levi’s just happy to be close to them in any way or shape. 

Mammon

He’s a tsundere, so he will be trying to be smooth with it. But for some reason, he saw a guy with his girlfriend’s legs ontop of him and his arms resting on it, and he was like ‘I wanna do that with MC’.

He can’t just straight out ask you to rest your legs on him. He will wait for the perfect moment to strike.

And it came in the form of movie night. He bullied managed to get a spot next to MC on the couch as the movie started playing. 

MC kept shifting around trying to get comfortable and saw this as his chance.

“Oi, stop moving around so much. If you need to stretch ya legs, ya could’ve just said it.” Proceeds to grab MC’s leg and throw it on top of his. 

He will try to play it off, but his bright red face and shaking hands alert everyone of what was going on.

If MC doesn’t say anything and just snuggle down into him. He will relax a little. Maybe enough to put his hands onto of their leg as the movie continue on.

He had a moment of panic when MC went with Beel to get some more snacks during the movie change and he didn’t know how he was going get them back into that position without looking suspicious.

But worry not, when the movie started, MC swung their legs on top and continued watching the movie.

If you want to give him a real shock, halfway through the movie, just scoot over and snuggled into him. He will be red the rest of the movie and stuttering every time his brother tease him about “why his face so red?”

Lucifer

Many would believe that this demon is not affectionate, but he likes it to be more subtle.

A hand on the lower back while you two walk around the halls of school. This way he feels that he can control what MC does.

His reasoning is because MC seems to like to seek out trouble, so if he keeps that hand there, it will kill that temptation to get themselves in trouble.

The truth is that it just feeds into his Pride. Seeing how big his hand is compared into your human frame.It makes him feel powerful.

Plus when a lower level demon tries to come up to MC, it’s more effective than telling them to fuck off. It’s the class version of it.

Demon tries to flirt with MC. Lucifer slides in and put a hand on their lower back, making them indirectly lean into him. Just one look at a demon and that’s all that is need to say, “They’re mines.”

A hidden one he won’t admit to is the bottom of the skull.

If it’s just MC and him relaxing on his bed, he will pretend to play with the hair in that area, but MC will pick up on it. He doesn’t rub their head or rub his hands through their hair, if their hair allows. It’s always at the back of the bottom.

It’s because that’s were human’s fragile skull is and the beginning of their spine. Not to include so many nerves and blood vessels there.

It shows that MC trust him if they allow him to touch them there and once again, it just feeds into his pride.

Ok but imagine; instead of Mammon showing the MC around it’s Lucifer/Satan or whatever brothers.

How would the game play out? Like what brothers would they bond with the most the fastest etc (it’s usually Mammon and Levi that take the fastest to MC)

Ugh, my heart. Mammon is up there next to Levi in my favorites, and thinking that hurts, but also it would completely change the game and I think it could completely change the relationships MC has!

I agree Mammon and Levi would be the fastest, but also Beel. He just seems to always be on MC's side. The others just need more time to trust MC.

This is just my opinion on how I think the game would be different. I would love to hear what you guys think! (Most of these are pretty lenient on the exact order, it is just a general idea).

I guess this is going to be set up kinda like a Most to Least likely to...

So I am going to make a numbered list for the order of how MC gets close with/makes pacts with. The bolded word or Header tells you which brother was told to take care of MC, like Mammon is in Obey Me. (Parentheses and italics is my reasoning)

Lucifer (He would be with MC most of the time and would build up a lot of trust with them. So I feel like he would be pretty high on the list)

Asmodeus (I could see Asmodeus feeling the same way as Levi. Mainly because Lucifer never makes pacts so now he wants to know what's up with the human.)

Satan (He is also part of the Lucifer hate club. I think it would take a lot of convincing for him to make a pact with MC. Mainly because they are with Lucifer all the time and they probably take his side more than Satan's.)

Leviathan (At first he would ignore them because he thinks they are a normie, but then he starts to show them things and sees they have similar interests. Also online school for MC?)

Mammon (I could see Levi doing the same thing Mammon did to him in the original game. "Mammon stole my figure. Make a pact with him and force him to give it back")

Beelzebub (I just think Levi likes Beel more than some of the other Brothers so they hang out a good amount)

Satan (Levi shares some of the same taste in shows as Satan so binge fest to get to know each other?)

Asmodeus (Asmodeus is very outgoing compared to Levi, that is why I put him so low because the two are just different)

Belphegor (He is kinda locked up... and I think he has a sense of pride and doesn't want to make a pact with humans because of his disdain at this time)

Lucifer (I think Lucifer is the hardest to get a pact with because of his pride and he really needs to trust MC, so he is going to be on the bottom for most of these and that is why)

Hungry Twin: (Beel)

Beelzebub (Of course he would make a pact with MC first! Especially if they mention Belphie early enough)

Mammon (Mammon would stomp into Beel's room angry about something and just find MC sitting and they would hang and get close)

Leviathan (Again, I just feel like Beel and Levi get a long. As long as Beel doesn't eat some of his limited edition stuff...)

Asmodeus (Asmo is busy with impressing the masses, but will eventually take notice of MC and become interested)

Also, I couldn’t resist the urge to separate it into two lists as I didn’t know how to approach the “Pawn” tier. See, the thing is that I don’t think it’s necessarily connected to being powerful… Therefore, I decided on “How powerful they are?” and “How important they are for R?”.

Oh, and I added Zenith Xeep. I believe she was involved with R only for that one thing with the Memory Potion (and probably didn’t even know much about what’s going on), but still.

Some commentary under the cut.

I actually believe that Verucca is pretty damn powerful, and I do think that she's pretty much equal with Rakepick and Peregrine. I even wouldn't be surprised if Peregrine is above her not because he's more powerful, but because he is The Father of the siblings.

Reall!Jacob has to be pretty powerful as well, and I'm thinking here mostly about the scene where Rakepick told MC in the fourth year: "You remind me of myself. I have only said that to one person before...". That one person was probably Jacob (full analysis in this post). And come on, if Rakepick compares anyone to herself, they must be quite impressive.

I also put Shiratori higher in the ranking. Jam City did him pretty dirty later on, and currently, I don't think he's that powerful (even if he's apparently a powerful Legilimens). But I remembered when he escaped in Y6. Moody told us then that he defeated his best Aurors, so... I have to acknowledge that he was meant to be way more powerful.

I can agree on Olivia but I think that Duncan was pretty good, too. For example, Bilton told us that he used to reconstruct his products entirely. I mean, you need some decent level of magical prowess for that.

Surprisingly, I do believe that Fugly Slut is decently powerful, simply because I doubt that R would send someone weak for such an important mission. On top of that, I still think there's a small chance that he's actually Verucca, so...

As for Merula... I might not like her, and I do think that she's terribly written, but... she's not weak. It's mostly her personality that stops her from being really powerful.

Pettigrew is a disgusting human being, but again, he is pretty powerful. He did become an Animagus, he killed 12 Muggles with one non-verbal, he outsmarted the whole wizarding world, and he played a rather big part in bringing back Voldemort himself.

Burke... I mean, he can't be totally weak if he worked as a Healer for so many years, right? Also, he kind of kicked Moody's ass... But I don't know. I'd say he's alright overall, maybe just not very experienced in combat.

Finally, I'm afraid that she was rather weak even before her accident. I mean, she was an opera diva for her whole life. In the best-case scenario, she was extremely out of practice.

Now, I put Rakepick in the "Crucial for their existence" tier simply because of how obsessed R is with her. Like, it's still not known when they started sending her threats to stay away from the Cursed Vaults, the Red Cloak talked about her again. Seriously, it's not healthy.

Real!Jacob and his importance are rather obvious.

Verucca mentioned once that they had high hopes for Shiratori because of his lineage, so I assume he had to be pretty important, even if he became redundant. Plus, we have his Legilimency. Silimar argument actually applies to Fugly Slut. I assume that he was chosen for this task for some reason. His skills, perhaps? I mean, I still think it'd make the most sense if he was a Metamorphmagus as the Polyjuice Potion can be pretty risky.

In the "Pawn" tier, I put basically anyone who might be useful somehow, but if something happens to them, it's not a big loss. They're not necessarily entirely equal, but... yeah.

Finally, we have Pettigrew because I still refuse to accept his existence in this story. I'd like to know what kind of drugs you have to take to decide it's a good idea.
