Faustus The character that follows most of Wynn’s main storyline. An amnesiac half-elf with a passion for cooking. He chose to become a warrior during training, along with his husband Elliotte. 

Elliotté is the second main character that follows along with Faustus’ adventures. Born and raised in the Wynn Province, he strives to help the people who are in need hence why he became a Knight. 

Arriving in a caravan, Faustus on his way to Ragni with two other recruits; Tasim and Aledar. As Aledar hurries forward, Faustus and Tasim follow him at a slower pace, towards the gates of Ragni. After a little trouble, they make it to the city and speak with the king, who assigns them to platoons. Faustus goes with Tasim, and Aledar gets sent to another group. From here Tasim and Faustus meet Afelis, another recruit. Aledar ends up meeting Elliotte, a recruit born and raised in the Wynn province. 

Aledar ends up being the one to introduce Eliotte and Faustus, who immediately click and begin spending time with each other inside and out of training. The two end up spending a lot of time in the Ragni castle’s garden, and it ends up being where they have their first kiss.

The recruits train for six months before becoming full fledged soldiers, and are assigned duties in and around Ragni. Eliotte and Faust end up sticking together, with Afelis traveling on their own and Tasim and Aledar pairing up. Faustus and Elliotte occasionally meet up with them, reuniting at the Detlas bar every few weeks.

A few months of quests pass, and Elliotte decides to host a surprise birthday for Faustus. With them not knowing when it actually is, he ends up picking a day close to when Faustus arrived in Ragni. Tasim, Aledar and Alfeis all show up, Elliotte having sent out letters a few weeks prior to meet back at Ragni. After they celebrate, Faustus and Elliotte end up separating from the other soldiers and make their way up to the garden, spending the last of Faustus “birthday” together.

This is where Faustus ends up taking Elliotte’s hand and pressing a ring into his palm, closing his hand around it. An unspoken proposal. 💐The two end up having their wedding in Detlas 💍

Faustus became corrupted during the quest Poisoning the Pest, when blood from Farmer Cevalus's stepfather entered a cut on his arm. The corruption lay dormant in his bloodstream for nearly four years before it began to interfere with his spellcasting. Over time, it steadily worsened. By the time the group reached Llevigar, the corruption had started manifesting physically—his skin began to rot and decay. As it progressed, Faustus grew increasingly irritable, his temper flaring more often, and the mounting pain in his body became impossible to ignore.

While in Maex, assisting the Doguns and Dwarves, the corruption in Faustus worsened dramatically. His right eye, overtaken by the spreading decay, became blind as the flesh around it began to wither. The corruption had begun to crystallize, forming jagged, horn-like spires along the right side of his skull, with smaller crystalline growths erupting wherever the taint had spread. To keep them from growing out of control, Faustus was forced to cut them down every few weeks.

By the time Faustus and Ellie return to Detlas for The Journey Beyond, the corruption had begun to seep into his brain, intensifying his agitation and making him increasingly irritable. so joe estevez is the closest to being like tim heidecker's dad, but tim doesnt see him that way (at least not anymore) because he doesnt consider him worthy of the title. a father figure, to tim, is supposed to be aspirational. maybe he saw joe estevez as his dad in the earlier seasons, when they were excited to get any guests on the show with like any experience in the movie business (and he is martin sheen's brother) and he seemed like this larger than life celebrity. but then he realized that joe was just another lonely alcoholic nearing the end of his life (like him or maybe like his actual father) and he stopped seeing joe that way. g amato is everything that tim wants to be: a successful family man who wears suits all the time.

and thats crazy because joe is one of the biggest tim fans, he is (almost) always rooting for him no matter what. he is the person who puts together the interventions, who tim calls when hes not doing well, and who tim invites on the show when he needs support. he is the only person in season 9 who is worried about tim after the electric sun music festival. that mustve been why it stung so much for him to do that commercial (cant remember if this was before or after tim heard that toni was speaking to the district attorney).

Let's talk about headspace and te innerworld. Many people make the argument that it's not real in order to disprove things that happen in it.

Here's why that argument doesnt work.

For many if not most systems, headspace/the innerworld is a real place in the system that us used to (help) manifest alters and better form their sense of self and identity, especially when fragments and splits happen and they need a grasp on their appearance to better form and understand themselves as a start. Plus having headspace to visualize things helps the mind understand what's going on in the system behind the scenes when others are fronting, so on and so forth.

There is nothing wrong with systems treating their inner worlds as a real place, the mind is real, the system is real and so are the alters so the home they have in headspace shouldn't have to be treated as any less real.

And for the matter things that go on in it such as ways alters split and form, ways they interact etc, are just as equally real as well.

This post is written for a discussion I'm going to write up soon I just wanted to place this here in a separate post to better keep things organized. I will follow up on this with a connected topic but I would appreciate it if I could have help finding more posts that discuss headspace and the innerworld, including ways they work etc.

Rescources about headspace, the innerworld and how alters form would be a big help. /g

ive been waiting for someone to do EJ you dont understand!!! i saw this earlier but the power went out when i finally had time to sit down and get to writing </3 my apologies as for other stuff/for everyone else, requests are still open, and the fluff alphabet will be open indefinitely!!

ATTRACTION- Honestly I think you gotta be a real catch to end up as Jacks partner, considering his entire hermit thing... I personally think that he separates himself from society after he becomes Eyeless Jack via a funky cult sacrifice thing... which he was kinda pretty much unwillingly roped into. I think he would want someone who's capable of taking care of themselves, and perhaps someone whos smart. maybe even lower maintenance. its not that he doesnt want to treat you as you deserve, its that sometimes he cant given he sometimes legitimately goes feral (though this is only really due to him pushing off his needs, blood frenzy type deal for when he pushes off eating people, can get real ugly). understanding as well, he needs someone whos willing to be understanding of his position and current predicament and know that eventually jack is going to fully not. be there anymore one day (possible angst idea? ooo?) but also even before the whole, demon thing, jack wasnt the most cheery or social and things definitely havent changed

CUDDLING- hes really cold so thats good for hot nights! not good for cold ones though </3 but hey maybe you guys are somewhere where its perpetually hot. as for the actual act of cuddling, he prefers to be the big spoon. likes sleeping closer to the door, kinda makes a barrier of himself for you in case someone were to come in. which is unlikely since if this were his place, its literally a cabin in the woods in bumfuck nowhere, but the point still stands. only engages if youre asleep or ask for it. if youre the one holding him, he kinda. freezes still and doesnt dare move. poor dude, hes so scared hes going to bite you or something

GIFT GIVING- since he lives in the woods and doesnt have a job he cant exactly go out and give you gifts. he also isnt fond of taking belongings from victims, since he already takes pieces of their bodies. coughs. anyways, i think hes more of an act of service person (will talk more about that in L)

INJURY- youre in luck, he had plans to be a doctor, thats what he was going to college for! plus i think he had a little fixation on medical stuff in general growing up. little hc that his other choice was to be a microbilogist. idk, i can see it. but i dont think it needs to be said that neither became reality. but he does know how to treat some injuries and illnesses! so youre both in luck! but how does he react, emotionally? honestly, as long as youre not bleeding while hes in his frenzied state hes more than willing to help you... although its more so because he doesnt want the scent to trigger anything in him... he cares about you, i promise! its just that ultimately its better he doesnt go feral on you- now if he was the one injured hes already patching himself up... oh but imagine convincing him to let you clean up a wound he got while trying to do his thing.... ouuuugh... let the man be vulnerable, let him be taken care of... ueueue... anyways- yeah

KISSES- he doesnt wear his mask when hes at your place or his cabin- in fact he only really wears it when hes 'hunting' or 'prowling', so!! loves kissing your cheek. will absolutely refuse to kiss you if hes just ate, though, let him wash his face and brush his teeth first. and change his clothes. he likes being kissed anywhere; forehead, mouth, cheeks, hands, ect ect ect. now in terms of frequency i dont think he likes it too often, but that may be some internalized thing about no longer being worthy of love or something but hey who am i to say (loudly winks)

LOVE LANGUAGE- as previously mentioned, acts of service is how jack shows his appreciation and love for you. need something done? hes on it! need to do some chores but dont feel like it? you dont even need to ask! stuff like that, hell, even if something doesnt need to be done he will probably tinker at it and try to make it better if its an appliance or something that can be upgraded to be more efficient and effective. when it comes to receiving he likes words of affirmation, this man has been through hell and hes still going through it, so reassuring him that you still love him even though hes changing makes things a little less scary

PET NAMES- he likes calling you babe and baby. he likes being called hon! doesnt really do petnames, he finds saying someones name intimate enough... which honestly i kinda agree with, i kinda hate how utilized it is in romantic media. just two characters loving each other, sharing a moment, and one softly utters the others name in a sweet tone. GUH!!!! anyway
