THANK YOU for your generous support during our Spring Serve for young moms! You sponsored over 100 young moms to attend our dinner gathering. You donated “The Jesus Storybook Bible” to each of our young moms at the gathering (an amazing tool for the young moms and their children to continue to hear the gospel story after our campaign is over). You donated truck loads of baby gear to over 100 young moms - and they were so, so grateful! Over 80 of you volunteered at The Great Giveaway and The Table Gathering. And you donated diapers and wipes to help offset the ongoing cost of these young moms basic baby care needs. You will never know the extent of your generosity this side of heaven, but you can be sure it is big! From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU!

NEW SUMMER STUDY - THE BEATITUDES Starting Tuesday June 5  7:00 - 8:30 p.m.

The beatitudes, statements of characteristics and blessing, are part of the Sermon on the Mount that Jesus spoke and is recorded in Matthew. Through these 8 beatitudes, Jesus teaches of virtues and values in life that will result in blessings and rewards.

These Scriptures will encourage you and give you hope as you face each day knowing that you are called blessed! No matter your age, job, or family role, if you apply the beatitudes to your life you will experience a joyful, fulfilled life!

So, this study is for women and children (both boys and girls ages 12 and up). Come alone, or with your kids! We would love to study the scriptures together this summer! This study will run 6 weeks June through mid July. Each week will stand on its own so you can miss weeks without falling behind (perfect for those pre-planned vacations).

NEW STUDY FOR YOUNG, SINGLE MOMS Starting Wednesday May 16 7:00 p.m. Vista Community Church 8500 Memorial Drive, Suite C, Plain City, OH 43064 

Do you know a pregnant teen or a young women who just had a baby? Invite them to attend our Embrace Grace class.

Having an unplanned pregnancy or being a young, single mom can be a time of mixed and bittersweet emotions but the one thing you need to know is that you are not alone. Embrace Grace was designed to help and encourage young single women that are experiencing an unintended pregnancy. This group exists to provide spiritual and emotional support for you.

Often part of the struggle is trying to find people that can relate to your situation and understand all of the highs and lows of emotions that you are experiencing. By joining our Embrace Grace group, you will have the opportunity to meet other moms who may be in a similar life season.

We are here for you and want you to know that there is hope!  This isn't the end of your life . . .it's just the beginning. Being a single young mom is not your identity or label, it's a season you're in. We can help you embrace and find joy in your season!

Embrace Grace was created to help encourage, educate and empower young, single moms just like you, and to speak into your life to make sure that you know that your dreams are not over. God still has an amazing destiny and purpose created just for you, all you have to do is grab a hold of it and believe. He wants to be in relationship with you because He put gifts and talents inside of you that only YOU have. By joining an Embrace Grace group you will learn how to dream big while also receiving help with the practical and spiritual aspects of life. There is a place for you!

This past weekend we filled a gym with baby clothes, blankets, strollers, cribs, gear, and toys. Over 100 moms were assisted by personal shoppers who helped them find the items they needed while over 175 kids were entertained by our young volunteers! It was a great day! We are so thankful for the Friday volunteers who schlepped countless boxes and bags up a flight of stairs and then sorted and organized it all. We are also thankful for the energetic volunteers who kept their enthusiasm going all day long on Saturday! It took an amazing team to make this happen! THANK YOU ALL! Last, but certainly not least, we are grateful for the hundreds of donuts that were donated by Buckeye Donuts for us to enjoy!!! 

It’s not to late to be a part of our Spring Serve for Young Moms. We need about 30 more women to purchase tickets for The Gathering on April 24th. Please consider supporting this event for young moms. We have over 100 young moms RSVP’d for the gathering already. Even if you can’t come consider purchasing a ticket and donating your seat to a young mom.

This weekend is The Great Give-Away! We. are. so. excited. Ya’ll we have so much stuff to give away it is amazing! Thank you for your generosity - it is overflowing in our garages right now.
