if we look at that comment from the perspective of this being marketed and frequently discussed as a queer show (not that i see it as such like at all but thats a whole other issue) that feels like a pointed kick in the teeth considering how very REAL of a threat trumpie supporters are to queer people living in america (theyre also a very real threat to many other minorities such as disabled people and poc and i dont think the show deals with either minority group particularly sensitively but again, thats a whole other issue)
