when riptide first went on hiatus i was like YES i have time to finish my welcome to the internet niklaus animatic before they explore the hole in the sea and all my theories are disproven !! but then i abandoned that thing. and its haunting me and i have a constant looming sensation that the reason the hiatus keeps going on is bcus i said i needed to finish it before riptide comes back. so this is a very longwinded apology for that. if riptide doesnt come back for like 7 billion years thats on me for abandoning my wips
