are they hand-drawn or drawn with a brush? they have such a beautiful texture to them, i wanted to know what you used to create them if you could share :]

Hi there, thank you! If it goes with the flow, it's always hand-shaded, these are all 100% done one line at a time

In some pieces though, I use a layer mask with a texture I drew to fill spaces and mix hand-drawn everything, with hand-drawn pattern

Yellow arrows are a texture I drew and masked, the blue arrows are hand-drawn shading. The hand drawn shading always looks much better because it flows with the piece, but sometimes something is far too big to do everything one line at a time at 1-2px. Work smarter not harder sometimes, I keep a folder of textures I've drawn :)

this was what ive been working on for day 27 of tmaynt n i finally finished!! i think the krang/kraang/utrom are really interesting characters n the way theyre portrayed in different iterations is super fun and the rottmnt krang are. scary. also i really just wanted an excuse to draw krangified raph :)
