i feel like the whole "video games cause violent incidents" argument really doesn't hold water b/c if video games truly influenced humans to that degree, we'd all be kleptomaniacs.

literally every rpg i've ever played has trained me that upon entering a room, you should attempt to pocket literally everything that isn't nailed down (and some things that are clearly nailed down, b/c you only need to pass a stealth and dexterity check for those), even if it is apparently worthless
