I have nothing to say but I would like to propose a thought (for thinking of):

TicciJack AU where they aren't dating but have known each other so long and are so comfortable with and around each other they basically act like they're dating (kissing each other's cheeks goodbye, cuddling, living together, sharing a bed, changing in front of each other, all that cute domestic shit) and everyone thinks that they are. Then somebody asks Toby (genuinely) "So how long have you two been together" and Toby just casually answers how long they've been friends and that leads to a long conversation where that person very slowy discovers Toby has no idea they meant a ROMANTIC relationship, and that Toby is not in fact in a romantic relationship. When Toby realizes he has a crisis because he didn't realize he had feelings for Jack but now it's all he can think about. Toby thinks Jack would be weirded out if Toby asked to be in a romantic relationship with him after all this time. Jack just thought they' were've been dating the whole time. It's a mess. A beautiful mes.
