Accelerator CZ（CBS）

CZ is a highly active after-effect accelerator. Compared with thiazoles, it has strong scorch resistance, short vulcanization time, and can improve the elongation stress of vulcanizates. Safe processing, slight discoloration, no blooming, excellent aging resistance of vulcanizates. Need to be mixed with zinc oxide and stearic acid when used. 

Using accelerators TMTD, TMTM, PZ, D or other alkaline accelerators as the second accelerator can also be activated by M and DM. Mainly used in the manufacture of industrial rubber products such as tires, hoses, rubber shoes, cables, etc. The general dosage is 0.5 to 2 parts.

Rubber Vulcanising Agents

In order to change the plastic properties of rubber to elastic properties via inter-linking of rubber molecules using chemical processes is called vulcanisation. There are mainly two types of vulcanising agents that are divided into inorganic and organic two categories.

Vulcanising agents can be divided into inorganic and organic two categories.

1.Inorganic vulcanising agent: Sulfur, sulfur monochloride, selenium, tellurium, etc

2.Organic curing agent: Sulfur-containing accelerators such as accelerator TMTD; organic peroxides such as benzoyl peroxide, polysulfide polymers, quinone oxime compounds, urethane, maleimide derivatives, and others.
