Sweets - Mafia

Sweets: Obito's sweet tooth is canon, before his accident he used to get sweets from the elderly people he helped every day. Also he ate candy during missions, which nearly made him choke in a couple of occasions. In a Good!Obito AU, he could be trying to stop eating so many sweets and try healthier things instead, he convinces Deidara to stop eating sweets too and go for fruits and berries instead. What none of them know is that both have their own secret stash of chocolates and lollipops. In a canon compliant story, Deidara could have found out about Tobi's sweet tooth. Obito swore he would never eat sweets again, since that was an habit of old Obito but, can he resist the temptation when Deidara places all those delicious looking cakes in front of him? Will he be able to eat them and keep his face hidden from his curious partner? Also, Bakery AU, Coffee Shop AU, first date chocolates, post Saint Valentine sales, baking together...

Mafia: There are many tropes about organized crime and mobsters. Deidara and Tobi both belong to the Akatsuki in canon, you can transform the Akatsuki into modern gangsters where they're still partners. Or, the Uchiha can be a mafia clan and Deidara gets somehow involved. Obito and Deidara meet doing some illegal activities. Deidara being involved in organized crime, and his boyfriend Obito is trying to get him away from it. Or... Onoki, Deidara, Kurotsuchi and Akatsuchi belong to Iwa mafia and have to face Konoha mafia to which Obito belongs, but they fall in love anyway. Also, tattoos!

Virtual classroom - Caught red-handed

Zoom classes became the norm for many during the Covid-19 pandemic. Obito looks like the kind of guy that would always have technical difficulties and logs in 15 minutes later. Maybe Deidara doesn't even get out of the bed and logs in still wearing his pyjamas and eating snacks. Is Obito happy to see a glimpse of his crush's bedroom? How do the rest of the classroom react? What does their teacher think? Or perhaps Obito and Deidara are the teachers and have to deal with their students and cope with lockdown all at the same time.

Caught red-handed could be literally anything. Were they caught commiting crimes together? Tresspassing? Were they caught kissing? Maybe Deidara discovered Obito has a picture of him on his bedroom wall or Obito caught Deidara telling someone else how hot he is. How do they get out of this mess? It's not what it looks like!... Or is it?
