random note about king on that animation, i got really lucky with how simple his animation was and how clean my sketches were to begin with that i was able to do very minimal cleanup on what i had sketched (and add back. his horn. it's supposed to take place just after echoes of the past, Oops) and call it done that way instead of having to redraw the entire thing like i had to on his dad

first sketch > line cleanup > nearly final animation (i'd added slight eye movements last-second but otherwise that's the final)

i'm really glad i've dedicated myself exclusively to writing the most self-indulgent bullshit possible. tonight i ran out of things to do and was like "damn, i wanna read some fic about hunter and luz being insane," and then i started rereading my own writing like. god Damn. it's almost like somebody wrote this specifically for me and then lingered over all the exact same mundane irrelevant bullshit i would have. this shit is So Good you guys.

Humans do not function under a single world government or belief system, though there is open communication across the planet. [They are very hard to predict, it could be exciting] Due to their differing viewpoints it would likely be impossible to find a single solution that all humans will respond positively to, and because of their communication you wouldn't be able to split them into isolated groups to use multiple different techniques without conflict. I believe "benevolent friendly aliens" would probably be the best route, and if you fix the rapidly deteriorating climate there are many that would probably back you. [there are so many possibilities] Then again, if you wanted to really get the religious ones on your side- they can be feisty and rude- giving a first impression of gods or spirits could be beneficial [I can't stop talking]. I don't know if there would be a surefire way to collect from humanity without part of the population rebelling. [I don't like this] Though if you tried to approach from a purely scientific standpoint-

*the alien clamps one set of hands over their mouth and backs off to sit in a corner, you can still hear muffled mumbling*

Alrighty, my relationship with toh is a little complicated...

I haven't actually watched the show because I currently live in a VERY homophobic and witch hating household, and I've never got around to watching it in fear of being questioned and/or outed xD

However, I have watched MANY a YouTube video and tiktok compilation to know enough about the show, so I consider myself a part of the fandom, although my knowledge is limited

With that out of the way,,,

My favourite character is probably Hunter, because little autism trauma child be cute xD also I like his backstory

I don't hink I know enough to have a least fav, but Boscha's annoying

Best design goes to either Skara or timeskip Raine. Skara's design is just so pretty and I NEED Raine's timeskip suit (I have drawn both of them a couple times cuz I can't just leave pretty designs out of my sketchbook)

I Relate to Raine the most because we are both introverted, shy, they/them users that are scared to talk to people (Also we both like women)

My fav ship is probably Huntlow, for no other reason besides its cute

Anyway those are my somewhat invalid opinions xD

All these may change when I watch the series tho (besides best design)
