pieces of music i’ve listened to that remind me of dr:thh characters

my current media brainrot (dr) + a fervent interest of mine (classical music and soundtracks) = this post

so this is just me having fun and combining the 2 things i like to engage in. these choices are just based off how i interpret the characters or like things about them i recalled on a whim haha. i tried to make sure every character had 2 pieces but given my taste in music, some were easier to find than others... this was all in good fun tho so i’m pretty satisfied!!

if anyone wants to know why i chose certain pieces, you’re free to ask me and i’ll be happy to respond (i’m just a nerd who likes music and talking about it lol)

omg i have to explain myself for this one: some classical pieces are so well known that artists would sample the chord progression used on that piece in their songs, such is the case of Ode to Joy. I chose this piece in particular bc Mr. Brightside by The Killers samples from this piece (as demonstrated by this YT video). Now i understand that they aren’t a punk band but that song’s vibe fit my vision of what kind of music Leon would’ve made so there ya go haha

"No, Bunko, you can't be a big fish in a small pond any longer," Chie's literature teacher explained, carefully, trying to avoid any tears from his young pupil. "Yes, I know, you want to help everyone at your level achieve something greater. But, really, I think your usefulness would be much more appreciated at a higher level of learning."

"B-but!" Chie began to protest, breaking her own rule of never beginning a sentence with a conjunction in her heightened dismay.

"No buts! You're going into advanced placement!"

And that was the end of it. Chie gathered her papers (by which, the author must note, one means other students' papers) into her briefcase, and stepped out of the class room. She was expected to report into a year 3 classroom instead of her own, which she had only known for a few short weeks since the term had begun.

She knocked delicately on the door, and straightened out her skirt as she awaited an answer. She noted that, once more, she'd neglected to tuck her blouse in, but, once more, decided that it wasn't worth the effort. She clenched her fists around her briefcase handle, and looked up with wide eyes at the matronly female teacher.

"I was told to report her for advanced placement literature," she said, sounding resigned.

"That's excellent!" the teacher said gently. "What's your name?"

"Chie Bunko," Chie sighed dutifully.

Chie was guided to her seat, and so embarrassed was she that she did not bother to look around and see if she recognised any of her classmates until she was already seated. 

She looked to her left, and seated directly at her left elbow, was a tall brunette boy with glasses that she distinctly remembered. Her face went from one of disappointment, embarrassment, and chagrin to one of disbelief.

"You're in advanced placement?" she marveled at him.
