I thought I was done with this but a concerned friend shared this and well since they’re implying I sent them a death threat here we are because once again I don’t want anything thinking I would ever send anyone a death threat ever because I would not and do not condone this. Sending death threats is wrong. This user is being very rude but death threats do not solve anything.

That said, they are trying to imply that I sent it which is why I am here. A friend confirmed the threat was sent by someone but it was not me. I won’t post there username but it isn’t hard to find.

As far as I know none of my friends would ever send someone a death threat, if you are someone who would send one, do us both a favor and unfollow me now. I do not tolerate sending death threats to someone, it is not funny and not okay. I have received them and they are terrifying. So just don’t.

I’m sorry I don’t have fancier words to say I’m tired but I will not just sit idly by and let someone blatantly lie about me again. I do not send death threats. I do not ask anyone to send death threats for me. I do not tolerate people sending death threats full stop.

Hopefully this is the last of this mess.

There's a problem with how many who express frustration with the RWDE or overblown RWBY hate in general are countered with "it's just their opinion, bro" from a textbook centrist.

Yeah, from the outside looking in, it does seem like we can't look the other way when some people just aren't jiving with our thing. Thing is that when we do look the other way, there's more just making RWBY their own personal punching bag.

Furthermore, just as anyone has the right to make their dislike for RWBY everyone else's problem, others have the right to say, "Hey, this feels really fucked up and here's why."

Yet we're the ones who gotta suck it up like a sponge whether we back up our arguments or not. Because apparently when we don't, we're fanatics who can't take criticism of our favorite show.

Like... sure. Way back when the RWDE was created because there were fans who liked RWBY but would overreact to negativity towards their faves. The tag naturally sprouted from there.

Except that things aren't like that now. Rarely anybody in the FNDM stirs crap up that hasn't been started by the RWDE or somebody overreacting to RWBY. And even when the FNDM does get out of line, the RWDE seems to overlook their own transgressions and hypocrisies.

SPOP being the first fandom I was online for spoiled me so bad because what do you mean it isn't the norm to have one huge sapphic ship (which was obviously going to be canon), some side sapphic ships, and few m/f bi4bi pairings?? female protagonists with rich inner lives who are written like people?? male characters who don't overshadow the women in the text or the fandom?? It was glorious

Going into other fandoms I always expect the f/f ships to be way more popular than they are rip

The guy said something without proof, you ask for evidence to support the claim but you are the bad guy because ironwood was in your name???

I genuinely do not understand the thought process. The only thing I can think of is maybe they’re hoping if they just say I’m doing these things the RWBY fndm as a whole will just believe them? And run around saying that I’m okay with doxxing people when I have repeatedly stated I do not think that is even remotely okay. They’re blatantly lying in their posts and sometimes the notes even confirm said lies.

They said Blacksun shippers are calling for a reboot (specifically rwde shippers) but cannot show any proof of this and multiple RWDE posters have confirmed they’ve never seen such a take before.

They said they mentioned ironwood and I came and attacked them. You can look at their posts and see that did not happen. They mentioned ironwood after I asked for proof in the above mentioned post and didn’t bring any proof.

They claim someone in RWDE will dox them, everyone I know in RWDE is vehemently against doxing as well as I.

They claim RWDE harasses people for just mentioning ironwood when they in fact were harassing me and calling me all kinds of things because of my username. And continues to double down and say it’s okay to make fun of me for my username.

(Someone told me about this I am not sharing who I don’t want to drag them into this mess).

They’re making posts saying I’m harassing them when they’re the ones harassing me. They’ve made another post with even worse claims about me and I’m not sure if I should address it as well or what but the point is they’re posting lie after lie after lie and it’s getting massively out of hand.

I’ve never been accused directly like this of harassment doxxing or death threats and I have never done those things and condemn those things. That kind of behavior is never okay and please don’t do any of those things especially for me. It’s not okay. What this user is doing is not okay but harassing them back doesn’t solve anything.

There may be another post addressing the new accusations we’ll see. It’s been a chaotic day to say the least.
