Old Transformers Games You Can Still Play!

Following up on my Transformers Flash Games post here, I thought I'd go through the Internet Archive and pull up all the currently available Transformers games! :)

Some of these can be played in browser, while others may require DOSBox or other virtual machine to run-- I still don't know how to make old software work on modern shit, otherwise I would be messing around in Windows 3.1 right now LOL, but if you know how to do that, have fun!!! :)

In chronological order, and games in bold can be played in browser:

There are almost certainly a few I've missed, as sometimes searching the Internet Archive can be tricky depending on how things have been tagged etc., but when I have the chance to do a deeper dive I'll update this post! :)

I Hate Liege Maximno for Ruining Megatronus Prime's Love Life

(And I HATE Liege Maximo Even More for being One of the Thirteen Primes Without having "PRIME" in his Name too)

they're the product of a failed experiment on ancient cybertron to raise soldiers inside a pocket dimension where every factor could be controlled from the outside. They escaped their dimension but their tethering to our world is tenuous at best

The functionist council didn't hold power over cybertron exclusively via the military, they also controlled the super computer vector sigma that monitored and regulated cybertron's systems, said to be able to see the future , explaining the transformer's humanoid shape.

The transformers were already creatures built rather than born but the government wanted more control over what kind of people made up their citizenship. And used vector sigma to simulate another world, they called it their g2 universe, later it would become the dead universe and later still. A fire dimension

Liege maximo was the leader of quintessa in this world, and in that reality, Cybertron developed into a galaxy spanning empire until it grew so big it began to rub against the walls of the simulation, as the leader if a "lesser" colony world, liege maximo was sent out to inspect the anomaly alongside his two liege centuro soldiers and as they pushed out into the walls of his universe they began to physically emerge out of vector sigma.

In panic the technicians shut down the simulation as liege maximo emerged which caused him and his soldiers to be torn between dimensions, becoming incorporeal in places like a ghost

The g2 experiment was deemed a failure and not wanting to waste a potential resource liege maximo was assigned a job based on his original alt mode, a military commander, but he grew bitter at the destruction of his home,

frustrated by the small size of cybertron's dominion in this reality. He secretly supported the revolution brewing under prima's leadership in the hopes of fetching power once the current society collapsed so he could turn cybertron into a galactic dreadnaught and conquer our world's version of quintessa, for sentimentaliy's sake and then regrow the cybertronian empire of his world

but the other leaders of the revolution didn't know that, and accepted him among their ranks like they would do to any other supporter for their cause, but liege maximo's true intentions would come to light upon the successful dismantling of the functionist council. And those loyal to him and his pupil megatronus became the first decepticons while those loyal to prima and her mentor alpha trion became the first autobots

I know the Generation 2 toy line didn’t sell well, and honestly all the stickers with Optimus’ name on them is a little silly (but I mean, it was a kids toy from the 90s, so), but honestly I think this Optimus design is pretty cool looking

And honestly, outside of the bright green and purple color combo on this first design, as well as again, the silly stickers like “Megatron Rules!”, I don’t think this Megatron design is half bad either. Not as good as the Optimus one, but still

I’d say my main issue is that I don’t like how far the tank extends as his chest, I’d rather it fold up or something. But I can also see how doing so would mess with the treads even more, so fine

Full disclaimer: I've already watched all of these shows on the list. I said I was going to rewatch them a while ago but I never got to it so I am going to watch them all again eventually. This is just to know what to watch now because I am INCREDIBLY indecisive.

Anyway now that I'm officially done with a time consuming class, I have a lot of time on my hands (like 2 more hours but that's enough), and I figured out how to watch these all of these for free so.

Edit: G1 is not on there cause I'm currently rewatching it with my dad. This is just a list for me to watch on my own.

Transformuary: Day 23

I love drawing obscure characters! This is Cloudcover, I found about him recently and his is part of a group with Toxitron(he looks like an Optimus recolor) from the Legacy toyline!

I know I drew a lot of blue skies recently but I wanted to use some new brushes! I also I tried to draw him as a chibi because it has been a long time I drew one! ^w^
