I've been doing a bit of optimization on my old accessories, after all, many people use accessories and some old works are quite good for today. 👀 Where possible, I reduced the polygons in places, lightened and optimized, wrote down the current BIN codes (so that pendants, when used on a character, do not replace earrings, for example). 😄 I'll be fixing several accessories a week ❤️ The first 6 accessories are already available for download, the names of the originals are saved - you can simply find them through the search and replace them with new files. Of course, the works are very old and some will seem a little "unsightly", but still, some of these accessories can still be used today, and with optimized files, the game will be able to handle loading more easily, especially in CAS mode. 🧐

TS2 Mod/Fix - No more kissing when saying goodbye, if two sims are not in relationship anymore. (Stop Kissing Me)

Apparently even if your sims have break up/they are not in relationship anymore, When one has to leave they will still kiss (making out)... So there's a mod that fix that. So when It's time to leave they will just do handshake or just no-romance interactions.

This is an improved, hack version of his original discovery that works out of the box and without having to access debug mode or do any kind of manual procedure everytime.

Separates4All Mod:

There’s a few caveats: You NEED a No-CD version of The Sims 2 Mansion & Garden or Sims2RPC for this mod to work!

Sims2RPC Version:

Simply drop “Separates4All.asi” into your TSBin/mods folder.

Download: SFS / Dropbox

For non-Sims2RPC Users:

(Exe patches can be combined together, i.e. you can use it on an executable patched with Randomizer Fixes)

Run the “Separates4AllPatcher.exe” executable and locate your TSBin/Sims2EP9.exe when prompted. Make sure this is the No-CD version of the M&G executable, otherwise it won’t work.

Update 1: Added Buy Clothing support.

Update 2: The game will no longer force you into the panel for full body outfits when you switch to a category that’s not Everyday in CAS. It will stay in tops if you had tops selected, bottoms if you had bottoms selected and outfits if you had outfits selected.

💞FIX ALL FREE cc💞

ENG All meshes and textures from free collections have been fixed. I compressed the files using the "Compressorizer" and worked on making the files lighter using the new method from @alicestrife, more about the results here. Now the files are lighter, the game will load faster and the performance will be better. Delete old files and upload new ones. The original file names have not been changed; you can easily find old files in your folder through the search.

The second pack of optimized accessories is already available for download. Let me remind you that these posts will not be archived, if you subscribe to level 1, you will be able to update all old accessories that will be published on Boosty in any month of the subscription🥰 So, next in line are slippers, several chokers and earrings. By the way, the choker with leaves and pearls definitely needs to be updated, since in the old version the mesh weighed 23k poly, now it weighs only 5k. 😉 I wanted to make slippers as an accessory box, but there is no time for this yet, so maybe soon I will make a full-fledged box out of them. 😅

Working on a new free dress conversion request. It was already made by @nikaonishko The subscriber was not satisfied with the terrible animation that made it impossible to play with. I will release the dress within a couple of days for free access, as top only, with pregnancy morph.

TS2 Mod/Fix - Aging Fixes/Mods

Aging Townie Aspiration Fix: Freetime added a feature that allows the player to age up townie sims whenever a currently played sim ages up (except when a teen ages up to young adult, and when a young adult ages up to adult on a university lot). The aging played sim needs to have met an eligible townie for the aging dialogue to appear. There is an issue with this feature. Whenever a currently played child ages up to teen, and when the player chooses child townies to age up to teen together with their played sim, the game forgets to give the newly aged-up teens new aspirations, leaving them stuck with the Grow Up aspiration. This mod fixes this issue. Whenever a townie child ages up through this feature, the game will allow the player to pick the newly aged-up teen townie's aspiration and turn-ons/offs. Aging Birthday Party Fix: This mod makes it so that when the game decides to push a currently played sim to age up at 18:00 and later, the game will not immediately push the sim to age up if there is a birthday party going on. This allows you to throw a birthday party in the evening. Aging Baby to Toddler Fix: There is an issue in the game with the automated Help with Birthday code which prevents sims from aging babies to toddlers, especially if the baby happens to be in a crib, but it can happen in other situations, too. What happens usually is that both sims freeze for a bit during the Help with Birthday interaction, then the interaction drops and gets replaced with the Hold interaction. Sometimes it may take hours or even days for sims to properly age babies to toddlers, so it is a serious problem. This mod should fix this problem once and for all.

TS2 Fix/Mod - "Banned Food" Fix for Food Judging Tables

Basically, EAxis made a giant oversight when it came to custom drinks. The only GUID the BHAV "banned" was the fruit juice drink, which doesn't even have a group meal. I found out that EAxis had made a mistake when it came to the "original" GUID. Before this fix was made custom drinks were showing up in the "Make Food For Contest" menu under "*Menu - Food - Insert Name Here", it wasn't a giant problem before users realized that once a Playable or NPC placed a custom drink onto a food judging table, jump bugs (or errors for those of us who play in debug mode) would occur and wouldn't stop. The only solution at the time was to take out the custom drinks and play without them, or not enter contests at all. This fix takes all of those problems away by adding the correct GUID to the "Banned Foods" sub. From my testing it appears that no sim has entered a custom drink into a contest. While playing an AnyGameStarter version with FanseeLamb's non-default drinks installed along with my mod, sims with no cooking skills whatsoever entered either gelatin or sandwiches. Which is safe to say that the mod is working correctly because they probably would have entered one of fansee's custom drinks and cause BFBVFS (well not really).

TS2 Mod/Fix - Studying Fire Safety Fix Mod

This mod makes it so that sims who have studied Fire Safety will never panic, and will try to extinguish fires. If a fire tile is already being extinguished by someone else, the sim will not attempt to extinguish the same tile, and will try to extinguish another tile if there is one. This makes sims who have studied Fire Safety very valuable assets to any household or even the entire neighbourhood, as this mod allows sims who have studied Fire Safety to extinguish fires even if they are non-selectable visitors on a lot.

- Ghosts can be pushed to react to fires, which makes the game delete the ghost and show the notification "Sim has died on another lot". This has been fixed.

TS2 Fix - Love Letter Bug Fix

With this fix viewing love letter won't throw an error anymore. There was a missing BCON value, which is now present. Love letter is a reward for a good date. It's a card you can take out of your mailbox, put on a surface and view it (and get jealous because your wife apparently went out with this dude).

FIXES: 1. Some issues related to BLEH!!!, GRR!!, and peeking into coffins which do not   properly update certain attributes. 2. Eliminates random biting of NPCs. 3. Skin coloration and layering fixes (including alien eyes). 4. Becoming a werewolf no longer produces memories of windows, shrubs, trees,   and other assorted random crap. 5. BV Vampires no longer roll want to be a vampire (while already a vampire)   after someone else becomes a vampire. Similar issues fixed for werewolves. 6. Evil Witch scalp no longer discolored. 7. Good Witch scalp no longer always S1. 8. Witches do not become bald on alignment change if forced-uniform is off.

TS2 Tutorial/Optional Mod - More Guest to your Party

When you want to throw a party the maximum number of the guests will be 2.

To fix this go to your:

Documents folder > EA Games > The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection> Config

And open with notepad your userStartup.cheat file

Write: intProp maxNumOfVisitingSims 20

and click save.

The "20" at the end is the maximum number of your guests.

You can change it with any number you want.

This alone, worked for me. But if for any reason this does not work with you, there is a mod by simwardrobe (it's working for Ultimate Collection, but not sure for Base Only..)
