Kalau saya boleh jujur, lebih baik jangan. Tetap jaga jarak. Karena terkadang kita tidak siap menerima karakter orang lain yang tidak kita ketahui sebelumnya. Kita hanya tahu orang tersebut dari sosial media. Seringnya kita membangun asumsi ini-itu. Padahal, bisa jadi karakter orang tersebut terlalu luas yang tidak masuk dalam radar tafsir-tafsir kita.

Kalau kita termasuk orang yang adaptif dan berpikiran terbuka, kita tidak akan menghakimi dan justru mempelajari sesuatu yang baru--dari orang yang kita duga sebelumnya. Dari situ malah kita menemukan pencerahan bahwa orang bisa punya banyak jiwa.

Nah, yang saya khawatir kita tidak siap untuk itu. Jadilah kecewa saat misalnya orang yang kita ingin kenal lebih jauh itu ternyata berbeda. Ini benar-benar notifikasi untuk diri saya pribadi. Saya tidak mau diri saya ini menjadi hakim untuk karakter orang lain. Atau, saya menciptakan asumsi terhadap orang lain. Big no. Dan jangan sampai saya seperti itu. Mungkin juga untuk kita semua, termasuk kamu.

При этом, руководитель, по очевидным для него и его компании причинам- отказывается от предложения. На что, общественный деятель оскорбляется и открывает никому не интересную дискуссию обиженного ребёнка. Перейду к кульминации моего рассуждения. Вы когда-нибудь видели, как проходят переговоры между крупными компаниями? Для тех, кому неизвестна данная процедура, разъясню. Назначается встреча двух сторон для обсуждения условий сделки, где анализируется каждый аспект предлагаемой совместной работы, который может повлиять на бизнес, в связи с чем каждая из сторон делает выводы и понимает, рентабельно для него сотрудничество со второй стороной или нет, и, принимают соответствующее решение. В случае положительной сделки заключается договор, а в случае отказа жмутся руки и встреча заканчивается. Каждый из данных сторон знает кто он и что из себя представляет их компания и в случае отказа никто не бьет рукою в грудь, крича "да вы го*но, и вы сгорите". Потому что профессионализм- это то, до чего нужно не просто дорасти, это то, до чего нужно вырасти и сформироваться. Все остальное ребячество и мнимое самомнение. Так вот, если вы не умеете общаться с людьми и здраво сотрудничать с потенциальным контрагентом, то не стоит и начинать до того, пока стержень умеющего вести бизнес человека, в тебе не сформировался. Я не стала подробно разбирать данный диалог, потому что его абсурдность вполне ясна. Пока люди не научатся коммуникабельности и конструктивному диалогу, они так и будут принимать отказы от услуг за жадность, а себя за звёзд. Всем успехов.
