Okay, so we know jackshit about vikare, so i will make shit up using other characters as reference.

First of all, he was the face of the golden age of parahumans so he is probably a vague superman analogue like the rest of the triumvirate.

-Alexandria is Superman as the man of steel, the ubstoppable object, Legend is Superman as the blue boy scout that keeps his morality through all, Eidolon is Superman as the metropolis marvel, the silver age bullshit that makes up powers and is as powerful as the story needs, Hero is Superman as the man of tomorrow, the wonder of nonsensical machines that can do anything but also the death of superman, Scion is Superman as the last son, an alien far away from home.

So what facet of Superman isn't touched upon? A very golden agey Superman facet? Superman as the champion of the opressed.

So my random ass head canon is that Vikare was a street level hero that by beign the first hero (like superman) was thrusted into the spotlight and expected to go to bigger things, but unlike Superman he kept to his roots, doing golden age superman shit like beating scummy landlords. He would eventually die unceremouniously trying to deal with something that would be "below" most heroes, a basketball riot in michigan.
