I'm anon not rich neither poor but i can't affond a flta my self because half of my paylist go in rent a room. I think saying hell is Los angels with red is unfair because it is claerly less expensive,affodble and criminal raìge in norm. In few words HH hell is less hell then actually big cities in world. In fact I expect there will be no social economic problems after stopping extremination, despite the fact this mean there will be less resources all controll by overlord.
