Welcome to our new Webpage!

Hello Everyone!

Welcome once again to a brand new webpage from the Glitchy Pixel team (we are still just two people by the way).

We are still fixing some things and adding more static webpages on the right from our games. But right now this works really nice.

The first change we did was actually to move our hosting webpage to tumblr. Tumblr seems to have lots of nice things integrated. And with the ability to follow and reblog and stuff we find it really cool to be able to maintain a nice environment and possibly foster a community without having to create all of that from scratch.

Things like sharing, likes, reblogs and “Ask us anything” (go and check it out on the sidebar!) seems to be very interesting stuff to keep people engaged with what we do, so it might be a good thing to be here in tumblr for now.

What are we going to do in 2017?

Well, we are working in a new project. In 2016 many things happened in a personal level. So we were having more time for ourselves. But we think that the year 2017 we will start making really good stuff.

New prototype of SUPER 4 IN 1

Particularly, we’ve been working on a new prototype for our game SUPER 4 IN 1. We will have to see who can help us in making SUPER 4 IN 1 a reality, so we will start showing it this january to all the people we can so we can get funding and/or support and be able to make this project a big thing!

If you’ve been following us in twitter (either from @glitchypixel or from @okuroy) you probably have seen som animated gifs of the game in progress. We will try to be more open and show more stuff of our project's progress.

More community engagement

We want ot be more engaging to the community. We want specially to show our progress. We think its nice to be able to show what are we doing on a weekly basis. And also… it might put us in a more stable and working mood by having to show something new every week and it will put us in motion more consistently!

In any case, we now have a Twitch account. We will attempt to make game dev streaming a normal effort from our part on a weekly basis. We will also keep on engaged in Twitter as usual, specially with @okuroy showing new stuf every now and then.

We will also start to upload stuff to a new Youtube channel. We are going to see what would be useful for us to upload, but we want to make it entertaining adn also informative on the game devlopment process. Probably all of this might be in Spanish, but we will provide English subtitles for the youtube videos accordingly.

We will also publish more blog posts and link everything to this website while also having them in places like IndieDB, our Facebook page and possibly a game Devlog entry in TIGsource.

So here we are onto new project in 2017. We will be more engaged in our postings. We will work extensivle to get funding for SUPER 4 IN 1m and we will keep on trucking by maing games.
