Here we go! My name is Thomas Marsh-Connors. I am known to be outspoken, blunt, sarcastic, loyal, honest, cynical, and determined. I have moved here from Blogger.com. I started blogging back in 2007 or 2008. I can't remember which year it was. I am currently the owner of four YouTube accounts.

The first is called "TMarsh-Connors" Which is where I mainly do my "short films" and some remembrance day videos or as I like to call them "Days to Acknowledge."

Secondly is called "Angry British Conservative." It's an Independent free ad podcast hosted by me. Where I don't back down to the politically correct nonsense of the modern age. The third is called "TMC's VideoADay"; as the title suggests, it's a daily video until I stop. The reason for this account is quite simple. Time is always moving and it can sometimes be hard to capture a memory if I record it. I have in my own little way frozen time. I am on year two currently.

Lastly is called "TMarsh-Connors Music" I will not lie I do not know how to play an instrument to save my life but one afternoon when I was messing around on my iPad in the app called GarageBand. I had this rush of inspiration to make random instrumentals for YouTube and just like that "TMarsh-Connors Music" was born.

So why am I on Tumblr? Well, my girlfriend recommended I join the site as it's far better than "Blogger.com" which she is right about. I use to have an account on here maybe going back five years ago. So I am looking forward to what this will bring. Now I haven't got much else to type, so I'll leave this right here.

There’s always a vast debate on YouTube about “quality vs quantity”...starting out if you do super high quality, you really are limited on time and the amount of videos you can put out. You do a high quality video, high quality thumbnail, and a bunch of time on keyword research, I’ve done all those tricks and I personally have never found much success with the focus on “quality” method.

So recently I went back to the “quantity” method of producing a video a day (recommended by several social media gurus), not worrying about thumbnails or keywords and my numbers have almost instantly changed and improved. Numbers aren’t everything and there’s no point in scoreboard watching if you’re in the YouTube game as it’s extremely difficult to really get a channel to take off. But doing a video a day method, ensures you’ll see results while becoming better at delivering your message.
