(Backstory) (1/??)

A nice warm windy day, sound of footsteps and humming coming from this young vocaloid. Soon it stops and you can see her standing in front of the school entrance. ‘The sound, The smell, The scenery, Goodness...it’s nice to be home again’ she thought. ‘It’s been a year already since I left without a trace, my company decided to move me away to get better..’ she let out a soft sigh as she looked around the school as she thought. ‘I sadly couldn’t tell anyone. I was so sad for months... all I ever did was study and train to be a better pop star.’ Slowly you can see a familiar pink hair with cute space buns. It seems like you have seen them before.. A smile began to show on her face, ‘Gosh, I can’t wait to meet everyone again! I can’t wait to go back to school. I’m so excited yet I am so nervous. So much emotions running through me right now.’ She slowly tilts her head and wonders ‘I’m curious...since I am here on campus, has the music room changed? I supposed they wont mind if I go take a peek for myself. Besides it’s after school hours.’ She began to head towards inside the school, reminiscing as she head down the halls and up the stairs to the second floor. ‘So many thoughts..so many questions. Are they anyone new attending school now? Are there any new couples? Heh, I’m still a hopeless romantic.’ She giggles a little thinking about it as she finds the music room. She enters and a happy sigh was let out as she closes the door behind her. Heading towards the piano she gently run her fingers through her keys without hitting a note. ‘ Ah, I am so happy, it hasn’t changed much this room. The piano still works beautifully...and the view is still beautiful as the day I left. Blossoms are blooming since it’s spring.’ She sat at the piano and began to play one of her musics for a moment, feeling the cool breeze of the window. ‘ I guess my behavior has calmed and I learned a lot from being abroad. But I am definitely happy to be home, and I definitely miss every single one of them’ She then finishes her music as she looks out at the window, listening to the students who are in clubs or sports playing out, talking, laughing. She smiled and watched for a bit.  ‘I do hope they recognize me, I mean my signature buns are still in tact..’ she giggles a bit ‘Just that I changed a little from the trends they had abroad. I took them with me.’ She watches as the sun sets, the bell rings and slowly she gets up ‘ It’s getting late, I better head home. I wonder who I will see as I head back home to my apartment or even who are my neighbors. Hehe, I’ll guess I will find out!’  She smiles and leaves the room and began to walk home, it wasn’t so far from campus just enough. It’s good to be back...Welcome Back Home Mizki.

Walking around town, Mizki was rather relief on seeing a friendly face. A fan recognized her from her collaboration song with MAIKA, who’s also a vocaloid a Spanish singer too, she kindly took pictures with them as she also ask for directions on the market she used to attend. Relieved knowing it’s still the same place she heads over to look around and get’s herself familiar. She still couldn’t believe she got to see her good friend Mayu, @ask-miss-mayu (see response post here), catching up was definitely refreshing. Her glow of happiness is just shinning more and more as she thought about it.  In her mind a little piece of anxiety was still lurking, she’s going to get to see her siblings once again and her comrades, whom she still consider as family to be honest, how will they react? What did the company tell them? What are they going to ask? Are they going to hate her? Be mad at her? Ugh! Her anxiety needs to be silence! She needs to focus and get her ingredients. Gosh when was the last time she made something for someone other than herself? Last year? Probably..it was definitely before the festival. Finally she can make food and pastries for others. It was more of a relaxation than making it her self.

Cyber lets out a sigh, “It’s true we all Miss Mizki, Yuuma. But we better just get ready for our new guest. We can’t let them sense our worry and sadness.” Though he does make a good point Yuuma just cant help but worry for his sister, the times he felt guilt and blame over the past year on not being by her side ate him alive the only thing that kept him moving was the thought of her one day coming back.  But he took all his energy to recollect himself and began to slowly change the mood. “You right Cyber. Since our guest should be arriving any minute. We should get something to eat. Should we get some take out..? Pizza..? What are we craving..-” though honestly he wasn’t much hungry he didnt want anyone to have empty stomachs. As ideas on what to eat bounce around a familiar voice entered the conversation, soft and familiar. Everyone turned to see who it was. “I’m not a fan on take out as much but...I thought maybe we all can pitch in and have a home cook meal?” said Mizki, holding back her tears, standing right outside with her bag of groceries. She sniffed a little, choking on her words, but still pushing them out to speak. “It’s been a while..everyone. Gakupo Senpai...Niichan, Big brother Cyber and Neesama Cyva.. I-I..uh...I-I’m..I-I’m home.” she smiled while tears began to stream down her cheeks. Everyone in utter shock, eyes widened, and frozen in place. Is it real? Are we hallucinating? It can’t be,.. Slowly everyone stood up, and Yuuma took the first steps forward. Standing right in front her. Looking at her, in disbelief, it isn’t a hallucination...right? Soon tears began to show on to him.. “M..M-Mizki?” he said with a crack of his voice. Trying so hard to not break down. Mizki smiled while still shedding tears and nodded. “Hi niichan...I-I...I-I missed yo-” you could tell how her emotions were showing onto both of them, but before mizki could finish her sentence. Yuuma had already pulled her in for a hug, sobbing in joy that it’s really her. It’s his sister!!

Backstory

Mizki had been working on having a life with her siblings and still being an upcoming pop star. Representing her company that still is under the belt of VOCALOID, Mizki fully become into the world of blogging about a couple years ago, she still worked everyday to her duties for her company. Soon she began to meet people and friends, Teiru (@ask-teiru), Mayu (@ask-miss-mayu), Zatsune (@asktheshadowloid), Sakura Mikuo (@ask-sakura-mikuo), and so many more. She also had some adventure with vocaloids and taking care of them when needed. One day Mikuo (@ask-mikuo) had a huge fever and collapsed onto her. Mizki immediately took care of him, it was new but she new well how to help him. It was a rather awkward introduction but they began to be friends. It seemed everything was doing okay in her life until the Summer of ‘19. She was attending it with Mikuo and Zatsune together until she got lost and vanished. No one knew what happened to her, or where she went. No contacts, calls, text, mail, anything from her. What had happened was her company decided to move her abroad to improve her characteristics and vocals. Her popularity with her fans wasn’t as strong as her siblings. So the made sure to give her intense study and practice for a year. For the first couple of months she felt like a trapped butterfly knowing and feeling sadness and loneliness. But she used all her energy to become better and be better for her company and more. She followed trends while still keeping her traditional roots and slowly but surely her fans acknowledged her.  She had upgrades and some scary situations in her life, but her personality grew to be wiser, kinder, and gentle. Though what she had been through in her year away she still had her cute bubbly love for romance. Before her company approved her to be sent back to Japan. Mizki got into a car accident, she was supposed to be back by the time christmas came around, but she was in the hospital for a while. She fractured her head, neck, and legs. She also began to have error memories or incorrect situations that never happened. She had to go through therapy and recollect her memories that were broken. Some is a little fuzzy but mostly she recovered decent enough to return.

By the year 2020 Mizki had return to Japan. Her company provided her an apartment where other vocaloids and more lived or are around that area and her new school uniform. She was attending back to her school again with some advance courses now and some activities for her to participate so she can have a balanced life from her own and her career. She still hadn’t moved in yet until late April. Her company wanted her to stay at their HQ for a bit just to make sure she was still stable. Luckily her trauma and any error didn’t show any so she finally got back to her new home and prepare to go back to school. Though her company still worry that maybe she will break but so far she has proven herself to be a tough girl that can manage.

+ She loves Cherry Blossoms (The flower and Tea) +She gets very nervous being in cars, she prefers riding her Bike or walking. +She loves her Job as a Popstar but enjoys being around her friends. +She’s a MEGA cook and baker, her signature food would always be rice cakes +She loves having friends over or hanging out with them +Mizki loves her siblings (She will always help them in need of anything) +Most of you know this but Mizki is a HOPELESS ROMANTIC (literally this girl has shoujo/romance manga and novels) +Her favorite color is Pastel Pink +Mizki always loves talking to new people and learning from others +Mizki’s is a scaredy cat, she will have a fight or flight moment. +She is hard working with school and music +Her downfall is that she’s an overthinker. + Funny enough Mizki is picky on certain veggies.  +Mizki is a patient one with others.. +Arcade places is her favorite place to go, she loves the Dance Machines. +Mizki has a fear of thunder and would ask her brother to comfort her when they were living together. Now she mostly hides in the closet with her blanket. +Skincare is her game. She is starting to get into some beauty trends too!

Panting lightly she ran onto the beach, “Finally made it!!” She said happily, looking around seeing others already having a blast. “Thank goodness !! I better get a spot and set some things down. I wonder who else is here. Ah better stay focus for a second.”

She pulls out her phone and sends a while a quick text. “Perfect now then,.. a spot so they know where to find me!”

Finally going to see her new apartment, Mizki began to look around the buildings and headed to her section up the stairs. Her uniform was sent off to clean and so she is currently wearing her casual clothes that she got abroad.

She could hear neighbors talking, playing music, gaming and just plain silences but it feels very safe for her. The apartments also have a bike station for her own bike to be parked and easy access to use for school.

She had many thoughts passing by as she looks around, thinking’s about her friends, family, and things. She hope to greet her neighbors soon as she settles in. Some things still have yet to arrive in her apartment but comment things are pretty much set in stone.

One settled in, Mizki is planing to head out to get some food. Still not deciding what to eat yet but for now she pulls out her keys to her apartment, took one more look at her view that she will gladly see every time she walks out of her home and heads inside her apartment.

“What do you mean by that, Mizki?” asked Piko, staring at her. Mizki continues to fiddle her fingers. “L-Like are you just here to help me. Because if so I’m very grateful Piko-Chan. But if you have o-other priorities I u-understand! You don’t have to stay and help..”

He chuckled, Mizki quickly looked up, “It’s not just for helping you out, Silly. I genuinely want to hang out with you.”

Her eyes widened in surprise as she continued to listen. “I’m not one of your arrogant classmates. Besides you still owe me a date.”

‘He ...he’s serious. He’s not teasing about it at all!’ She thought. She was amazed as tears began to s up in her eyes.

“So whenever we’re on our break, please don’t hesitate to come and hang out with me.”

“O-Okay! I will visit Piko from now on!” She said happily as tears began to trickle down her cheeks. Piko shook his head and headed down to help Mizki.

“Don’t cry, Cutie. Let’s just go finish this up and then we can have some lunch. Yeah?” He said to her as he pays her back in comfort. Mizki nodded as she wipes her tears away.

“A-Alright! Be careful if it’s too much, please tell me okay?” She said happily. Piko laughs “Hey, I should be the one saying that! Don’t worry though I’ll be good.”

Mizki giggled “Sorry, sorry! Still we should go easy, it’s a lot of stuff.” She said as she began to pick up the equipment. Piko then helps out too. They start to conversate and laugh while they start putting things away.

From afar one of the regular students see them together. Her face looked serious. ‘Oh this is gonna be good.’ She thought. ‘Wait until I tell the girls this. We are definitely gonna have some fun.’ She turns away and heads off to meet up with her group.

This school year is definitely gonna be interesting.
