Are you and Pete still open now that you're married?
Yeah, we are. We're obvs each other's number one and honestly neither of us are interested in another partner (because we're so in love), but it's still fun sometimes.

Marshall Lee and Gary Prince x reader dating hcs? NSFW and sfw plssss (can either be together or separate IDM)
Assjdhdhjd finallyyyy, thank you so much for requesting this! I’ll keep it sfw for now but I’ll post some nsfw headcanons for them later! Hope you enjoy!
(Also there are a few references to Adventure Time characters in the beginning, so if you recognize those you get a cookie!)
TW: Mentions of abuse, skip the section marked with “***” if you want to avoid these, mentions of homophobia, rich people
Poly! Marshall Lee x Reader x Gary Prince Relationship Headcanons
***
• Since we already know a bit about Marshall, I wanted to touch a bit on Gary’s backstory just for funsies. This is where the TW comes in so skip this part if you aren’t comfortable with that
• His parents died when he was very young, so he was given custody to his Aunt Griselda and her family.
• He also has a little sister, Nadine, who has autism and is nonverbal.
• Sadly, he and his sister were verbally and sometimes physically abused by them, so at the age of 16 he got emancipated and started to live on his own while taking care of Nadine.
• He’s currently enrolled in Community College classes and hopes to improve his financial situation to help support them both.
***
With that out of the way, onto the headcanons!
• Gay gay homosexual homosexual gay-
• Y’all are that totally-in-love queer couple throuple that make homophobes that see you in public clutch their pearls (the lemoncarbs).
• You all make sure to spend time together individually as well as all together so no one feels left out.
• Gary’s dates consist of taking you to a cozy café or sneaking into the bakery after hours to make you all kinds of sweets.
• Marshall is much more unorthodox in his choices, taking you to a bar on the other side of town or exploring a vacant building before chilling on the rooftop.
• Marshall will also steal his mom’s credit cards and take you two out to fancy restaurants, ignoring several missed calls and dozens of texts from her while the three of you try everything on the menu.
• If you want to learn how to play guitar, Marshall would be happy to teach you, or have a jam session if you know how to sing or play another instrument. As for Gary, there isn’t a musical bone in the poor man’s body. Karaoke night is always a struggle to get through with him, but you both love him anyway.
• You and Marshall have a never ending supply of sweets and pastries to try, as he has you two sample all of his pastrymanchen(?) before he starts selling them.
• Now that you’re all dating, Marshall will usually crash at either your or Gary’s places instead of Fionna’s. This means Ellis P is also around sometimes, but if he gets too annoying (which he often does) just let Marshall know and he’ll gently but firmly kick his ass out.
• You all sleep in a big pile with Marshall and Gary on either side of you, basically this but with you sandwiched in the middle
• Sometimes Marshall takes you out for drives in his van, parking by an overlook and just watching the sunset with y’all.
• In the winter you guys will go to the ice skating rink! Gary is a really good skater, so he’s the one guiding you both while you and Marshall hold onto the railing and try not to fall
• Marshall wants you all to get matching tattoos, and Gary is kind of hesitant about it, but if you want it too then he’ll agree to getting a small one.
• Although it would seem like Gary does most of the cooking, Marshall isn’t bad at it either and he’ll help out in the kitchen quite often (his Dad taught him how to make a few dishes when he was a kid)
• Both of them are very supportive of your goals in life and will help you to achieve your dreams in whatever way they can.

No matter what, we'll be together.

Medicine Pocket x fem!reader AU
This scenario occurs in an AU where the storm phenomenon doesn't exist. Reader is not an arcanist/established relationship/fluff/sensitive content: discrimination against arcanist/English is not my first language
˚ ✦ . . ˚ . . ✦ ˚ . ★⋆.
You were on a rare date with your partner, MedPoc. You chose the newly opened café as your location and sat together by the window, enjoying the view. The bright sun beautifully reflected off your lover's golden eyes.
"Look at you—pale face, messy hair, and dark bags under your eyes. I’m glad you finally got two weeks off from responsibilities and boring reports." You tried to start a conversation to get MedPoc's attention on you instead of whatever they were thinking about.
"Vertin, with reports to manage, a team of incompetents to supervise, fundraising to tackle, and puppies to care for, it all feels so draining. Yet, I will always make time for you." They offered you a small reassuring smile before turning their attention to the menu resting on the wooden table. The aroma of freshly baked pastries and coffee filled the air around you. The background music was soothing, and the view of the park outside was breathtaking.
"This place isn't bad, and they have a lot of food and drinks. Med, take a look at the cheesecakes and fruit shakes." You pick up the sheet, literally shoving it in their face.
"You idiot, my eyesight is 10/10! I don't need the menu this close to my fucking face!" they replied, annoyed by your behaviour. However, you didn't take their words to heart. Having known MedPoc for a while, you had simply grown used to the way they acted, talked, and expressed themselves sometimes.
“Fine, read the whole thing yourself. I'm ordering [insert something to eat] and a [favorite drink].” You moved the piece of paper out of the way, waiting to hear what Medpoc was going to choose.
"I can order dinosaur-shaped cookies! This is amazing! I'll have a coffee, too." You stared at the overjoyed researcher in front of you with amusement. It makes your heart skip a beat to see them so happy like today, instead of buried in a never-ending pile of suffocating work.
"Can I take your orders, ma'am... and sir?" The moment was interrupted by the waitress, who was trying to figure out how to address MedPoc. You couldn't help but want to laugh at your lover's expression, clearly uncomfortable being analyzed like a lab sample or a specimen.
"Ma'am, sir, young lady, young boy and etc I honestly don't give a fuck about it I just want a few of the dino-shaped cookies and a macchiato as for my girlfriend she wants[your order]"
The waitress glances back at MedPoc, mumbles a quick apology, and walks away after taking your orders. "My apologies. I'll be back soon"
"And as for you, don't pretend I can't see you trying hard not to laugh," they said, pinching your left cheek before shifting to a more serious demeanor.
"It's honestly so annoying. Every time we go out together, I can feel the intense stares of others on me just because I'm different."
MedPoc faces the window, observing the lively scene outside. Couples on stroll hand in hand, families share joyful moments, and students chat animatedly, their laughter filling the air. Friends gather in small groups, each completely absorbed in their interactions. The atmosphere is vibrant, with each individual living their own unique experience. How beautiful.
“Is this because of what just happened? You usually don’t take things like this seriously. Is everything alright?” You knew them better than anyone, and something was definitely off.
"No is not that. He, she, it you know I don't give a damn about the pronouns thing anatomically speaking I'm not a man or a woman anyways, but..." they take a moment of silence slowly observing you carefully and taking a good look at their reflection on the glass.
"...right now, look at me and then around us. Don't I stand out a lot? I'm an arcanist, and everybody can tell, a scary arcanist and a normal girl on a date. How hilarious. They don't dare to say anything but I'm not dumb it's written all over those idiotic faces" They keep on rambling while you just listen letting them finish saying what was troubling their mind all this time.
"I know that you love me, but sometimes I can't help but think about how your life changed because of me. Don't you get criticised for taking someone like me as your lover? A freak? Arcanum wielder?" Silence again by the look of it, MedPoc was probably waiting for your response.
"Between me and you, I can't tell who should be the idiot now. You think like those close-minded people, we're in a new era where humans and arcanists coexist and can get legally married without any problems; indeed, you don't see many like us, but who cares? You're my world, my universe, and that's what matters, I love you, and nothing on this planet can make me take back my words. "
Without hesitating, you stand up from your seat to reach MedPoc's face. They barely have time to register what's happening before you bring your lips to theirs.
They wrapped their arm around your neck, drawing you closer as the kiss deepened. The world around you froze as the voices and music faded.
“Enough! Get off me, you clingy, crazy woman. If you’re going to do something like that, at least not here!” their face became crimson red as they struggled to say proper sentences.
"Look at the all mighty Medicine Pocket who now turned into a blushing mess"
"Shut-" their words were cut off by a feminine voice "ehm pardon for the interruption, but here's your order" the waitress walks away avoiding eyes contact
"You know... I will marry you one day, put a pretty ring on your finger. I can already see you wearing a nice suit or.... even better a beautiful white dress. After that, your genius mind won'tbe troubled by any nosense, and-" MedPoc couldn't take it anymore. They stood up, shoved a cookie in your mouth, and kept those lips sealed with their hand.
"Enough! Do you want to make a fool out of me so badly today? " their cheeks were burning, knowing your lover they were probably dying of embarrassment and trying too hard to hide due to their ego.
"And if we do get married one day, I won't be the one to wear the dress for sure dumbass"
Seeing a smile on their face was enough to make your heart flutter. You admit that MedPoc can be difficult to understand at times, but deep down, they have a soft side. From now on, your goal is to fully bring that side out and make it shine.
"We'll see what happens when the day comes, but X, Regulus, and Mr Apple must be flower girls"
I wrote something again hehehehehe :>
I don't remember where in the main story, but someone(I think Schneider) mentioned that human and arcanist couples were not well seen by most people, so I bought this topic back.
Ans also sorry this time the reader is not gn cuz it easy for me to write if only one character uses they/them

Hiya! Hope this message finds u well :3 I absolutely love your art; found you from insta! Quick question also; I’m not sure if you’ve answered this before, but which brushes do you use for ur digital art? I love the textures they’re so crunchy (endearing)!! Have a lovely day!! :D
hello!! here's a little brush tour ft. this half rendered martin.
also, a great app for ipad artists who really want to dig into texture is art set 4. i swear by it and i've been using it for about two years. none of my more recent art uses it, but that's just because i'm experimenting with my process rn
so here's a list of my most used brushes lately, and there will be links to all of them at the bottom of this post.
the two labeled "custom pencil" are both my own personal modified pencils (both sourced from the 6b pencil) but the narinder pencil and the vanilla 6b pencil are both very similar to them. i use these two for sketching and flat color specifically, and if you do specifically want these two brushes then i'd be happy to upload them somewhere for you to download, but they're not really necessary for texture
i also use G&B halftone brushes sometimes! but i greatly prefer the RSCO sample pack, and i cannot find the link to the G&B brushes no matter how hard i google, and pretty much any halftone brush set will do the same job

and here's what they look like in practice!
(i like to set these halftones to color burn. color burn is my most used blending mode, even for shading)
and then i hit "copy all," paste, and duplicate it. so you should have two layers of just your entire canvas. then import a paper texture
i'm partial to the set i'll link down below, my favorite is #5. you should absolutely check out the rest of the free texture packs on their website if you're wanting to diversify your texture process btw, all of their stuff is fantastic.
to use that texture, your layers should look like this!
on the layer set to the linear burn, i also like to go into the adjustments menu and bump up the brightness until all of the colors are at similar values to what they were before. and the normal layer on top is just to control the intensity/opacity of the paper texture!
after all of that, sometimes i'll go in with brushes like MM rake follow, or more from COFE's weird pencils, on top of all of those layers for finishing touches.
definitely play around with it, try new free brushes all of the time (i heavily recommended subscribing to Manero. they have a lot of free stuff and it's all fantastic) and see what works for you <3
here are the links to the brushes in this post, as well as some extras! some of them are paid and some of them are completely free. + it wasn't mentioned here, but i use the tatyworks linen fabric brush for blending! for any of the paid brushes, i'll try to link some free alternatives

Hi Tumblr! Today was a good second day off, but I would be lying if I said I wasn’t dreading work tomorrow. I got an E-Mail earlier from Tim, complaining about a case Jon had got him researching. He was asking for some help with it, so I have that to do on top of my workload. Something about someone stealing someone’s skin? It was pretty awful, so sorry if that’s a bit grim to read.
Tim is someone I work with, by the way. I should probably talk about Sasha too, since they’re basically inseparable, and you can’t talk about one without the other. So, introduction time I guess!
Tim is the party animal type, and he’s really fun to be around! He’s the opposite to me when it comes to social situations, and he easily makes his way through conversations like it’s nothing. It’s really impressive to watch, because he gets along with anyone he talks to. I have no idea how he does it.
Sasha is really nice, and Tim’s best friend. She always says a heartfelt ‘thank you’ when I bring her tea, and indulges my little rambles about different fabrics and jumper textures. I must be really boring lol, but she puts up with me! She’s super smart as well, and balances Tim out when he starts going from slacking off to genuinely being irresponsible.
They’re both super kind people, and sometimes I wish I was a part of their little social circle of two (Social duo?). In a way I sort of am, but in a ‘co-worker we both like and enjoy the company of’ way, not an ‘invited to movie nights and parties’ way. It’s a silly little thought, don’t mind me! The last thing I want is to intrude :’)
Anyway, I went shopping today. Not a food shop or anything like that, because I went around some small businesses who are based in London. There was this little trinket shop that sold beads and stuff, a shop that sold fabrics, and a shop that sold yarn! Plus, I went around the charity shops.
The trinket shop was amazing. All the shelves were packed with beads you can’t get anywhere else and pretty knickknacks to display. The biggest thing there could fit in my palm, like it was a shop for fairies! I bought a little wooden mouse that’s going to sit on my poetry shelf, and right now I’m figuring out where on the shelf to put him. Someone tell me what to call him!

I love fabric shops purely because of the fancy patterns and the lovely textures. I don’t sew or anything, I just like the sample squares. They know me well enough to know I take a few samples every time I go (for my collection) and I leave a few pounds at the till because I feel a bit guilty, even though they’re free. It’s really nice there.

The yarn shop doesn’t do samples, but they have a scrap yarn bin! You can’t do a lot with it in terms of knitting or crocheting, but they have it there for craft projects that require tiny bits of yarn so you don’t have to buy a whole bunch of it. Is it called a bunch? Maybe a roll? I’m not too sure. Anyways, I always find my favourite yarn of the day on the shelves, and try and find it in the scrap yarn bin. It’s lovely to feel around and admire each kind.

I got lunch from a little cafe, and of course some tea, before heading home. It was a really nice cafe, and had an extensive smoothie selection. Oh, and a doggy menu! I bought a prawn sandwich, if anyone was wondering.

Alright, I think that’s everything I did today? See you all tomorrow, I guess ^^

Reader in their late 20s that looks like they are 18, sent to Twisted Wonderland.
All Character Reactions (short):
*Gn Reader*
Heartslabyul:
Ace: Huhhh?? You’re as old as Crewel??? (Calls you grandma/grandpa from then on)
Deuce: M-ma’am/S-sir? Reader!? I mean Ma’am/Sir! I apologize for the disrespect! (Our boy is literally traumatized)
Cater: Yooooo! Nobody is gonna believe this! (Always wants to take pictures with you for Magicam)
Trey: Well I figured you seemed mature for your appearance, but it makes sense now. (Will bake you things and treats you with more respect)
Riddle: H-how!?? Why are attending our school at your age? Is that even legal? (Red faced. Calms down after a while and begins to put together a study plan for you so you can get ahead in your studies. Is way more respectful now)
Savanaclaw:
Ruggie: (ears flattened and shocked face) What?? Wait…you must be able to purchase good food if you’re that old. Can I come with you, senpai? Shesheeeesheee (laughs)
Leona: What’s the big deal? (Sigh) You’re all a bunch of empty-headed herbivores if you didn’t realize that when you first met them. (Yawns) Now leave me alone, you’re disrupting my nap.
Jack: (shocked face) Oh..uh..sorry for not realizing. If I offended you in any way, I’m sorry. (Rubs back of neck embarrassed) If you need anything, let me know, I’ll do my best to help.
Octavinelle:
Floyd: Wahhhhh Senpai~ (eyes sparkling and smiling) How are you so small but so old? Let’s play together! (Treats you the same, but teases you more by calling you Shrimpy Senpai and such)
Jade: My my~ to think we had such ripened wisdom among our classmates. Say, since you can drink, would you like to try this new potential menu item? It is alcoholic in nature fufufu. (Don’t try it, it’s laced. Jade tries to get you to sample legal-aged drink items and finds it amusing how you look so young and small despite your age)
Azul: How inspiring! (Fake) Would you be interested in a partnership or working at the lounge? It would be a wonderful opportunity for m-I mean you! (Surely you will need some work experience in this world considering your age and is interested in serving alcoholic drinks now that he has someone old enough to survey them)
Scarabia
Kalim: That’s so cool! You must come from an amazingly well-off family to look as young as you do! Let’s celebrate! I’ll even bring out the expensive wines that my family sent since you can drink. It’s going to be a lot of fun senpai! (Is always trying to have parties with you and get praised by you)
Jamil: Huh? (Horrified face) How can you be so irresponsible in not telling people your age? And what? You can’t cook? At your age??? (Absolutely floored that you can’t cook and takes it upon himself to teach your incompetent self, but is more so embarrassed and disappointed because he had a slight crush on you due to your maturity)
Pomefiore:
Vil: (sighs/slightly annoyed) Pota-no..miss/mr reader, what is your skincare routine? We should have tea sometime together. I’m interested in how you stay so young looking, but wait your back aches and everything hurts? (Absolutely unacceptable! Will force you to do yoga and workout with him to loosen up your body. He will also ensure you are eating correctly to maintain your youthful appearance. Takes on your development as a beautiful being like he does with Epel since your beauty is something to be preserved despite him being envious)
Rook: Merveilleux! Incroyable! Beau! Beauty and youth such as yours is surely god’s gift to the world! A wonder are your large sparkling eyes, soft skin, and shiny hair! Ah~ I am blessed to be able to be in your presence! (Secretly stalks you from afar as your contrary appearance to your age has piqued his interest. May or may not have a photo album of candid shots of your day to day activities)
Epel: What in the tarnation?? I thought of ya as my wheel-horse reader! I- (glare from Vil) I-I mean, I thought we were friends! How are you so old? You’re Crewel’s age..like you could be a teacher! (Awkward for a few weeks, but slowly starts to treat you like he did before)
Ignihyde:
Ortho: I thought that was obvious? (Shocked nobody knew) I scan everyone when I first meet them, but I thought maybe everyone already knew you know? (Giggles)
Idia: W-w-what?!?! (Turns even more pale, sweats, hair pink, the whole shebang) How am I supposed to deal with this?! Normies are one thing, but an unaging god/goddess in my midst?? 💀 That’s like the final boss! I’m not equipped with the right stats for that! (Scurries off to room to cope)
Diasomnia:
Malleus: Oya? What an interesting development. Child of man, it’s almost as if you resemble Lilia in that way. (chuckles) You are still a child by my standards, but less so of one. Let us go for a walk. I am interested in hearing your explanation for your appearance (happy dragon boy, knowing that you are closer in age made him all the more interested in pursuing a relationship with you)
Lilia: Keeheehee, is the game over little one? It seems everyone figured it out. It’s a pity, but I did enjoy watching to see if anyone would discover your secret. Oh dear, well now I’ll have to find some new form of entertainment. Perhaps we can do something together? Have you ever played an RPG before? Don’t be shy now darling, if I can play it at my age so can you~
Silver: (sleepy) You said you are how old? (Wide awake now) I’m terribly sorry for the disrespect I showed you. Please forgive my impertinence. I need more training to recognize these things it seems. (Bows and still talks to you, but treats you like he treats Lilia, as a superior and parental-like figure)
Sebek: (insert Lemongrab gif) UNACCEPTABLEEEE! HUMAN! DID YOU BELIEVE YOU COULD GET CLOSER TO WAKASAMA WITH YOUR YOUTHFUL APPEARANCE TO GET HIS GUARD DOWN?? HOW DARE YOU DECEIVE HIM?! (Full on yelling mode) Hmph! You say you look like that and it’s not your fault? (Still upset, but more pouty) I don’t yet trust you human, as I didn’t before. But know I will keep my eye on you. I will not be made a fool of. (Pouty crocodile boy because he never noticed)
Staff:
Crowley: How is this possible? The dark mirror should have an age-limit on it?? You should be expelled or put to work, but seeing as I am generous, I will allow you to stay on campus and still attend classes with Grim. (Internally sweating and not wanting the secret to leak to the press or *gasp* the police)
Crewel: Pu-! *clears throat* Reader, even if you are to remain a student, don’t think I will go easy on you or assign you any less work just because of your age. (Treats you with more respect than the other students and tutors you to help you catch up and get ahead of your peers, becomes friends with you over time)
Vargas: Ha! You have the spirit of youth in you! Let’s exercise to keep our bodies limber and no running away, the pain means you need to work out harder! (Treats you like a buddy, but doesn’t allow you to skip classes even if you are feeling like a stiff old person)
Sam: Hey there imp! I guess I can’t call you little anymore, ha! Anything you need, I’ve got it for you. I can also offer you a job if you want to make some real green~ (Treats you like an adult and is happy to bargain with you)
Ramshackle:
Grim: Mragh! (Shocked) Henchman, you should’ve told me you were that old! Well, it doesn’t matter really. It just means we can get more respect! I, The Great and Powerful Grim should show off my amazingness! Come on henchman, let’s go find those two morons! (Smiles mischievously)
My first sort of story post. 😅 I’m in my late 20s myself, so it’s sort of self-fulfilling, this post, but it was fun to make. If I ever make an OC, this will likely be one of the things about them; that they are older than the students, but look young. ☺️

“You should’ve left me, you could never deserve the person I’ve become.”
“Hate me all you want. I know I’m right.”
“You live with so much guilt, I hope it drives you mad one of these days.”
“My life was ruined because of one mistake. You were that mistake.”
“You are everything I hate, don’t ever come back.”
“Next time, I won’t be here to salvage your wreckage. This is the last time.”
“You should have ruined me when you had the chance.”
“Don’t pretend you haven’t thought about your life without me.”
“This is always how it ends.”
“Break my heart once more, I dare you.”
“Forget how you loved me once, I mean nothing now.”
“This isn’t Romeo and Juliet, this is real life and I can go on without you.”
“You don’t own me, I don’t belong to you.”
“I should’ve died. That would’ve made you happy.”
“We shouldn’t. You’re married and I’m pregnant.”
“You’ve never been loved, I can tell.”
“Who told you I needed fixing and what made you believe them?”
“You’re almost as far-gone as I am.”
“Maybe it’s best that we don’t go home.”
“I think you’re going to ruin me. Am I right?”
“Kiss me quick and leave them be.”
“Will you ever forget my number? No? Ah, because you still love me.”
“What made you think I cared for you?”
“Don’t act as if we’re friends. I know how much you want to slit my throat.”
“Please ruin yourself for me and I’ll watch in adoration as I fall apart as well.”

"If you want to cum you'd better beg."
"Come here, baby, let Mommy/Daddy take care of you."
"I'm gonna fuck you in front of the mirror, I want you to see how pretty you look when you're spreading your legs for me."
"Maybe I should leave you like this, that way anyone who wanted to use you could have a go with you. Would you like that?"
"I wanna fuck you right against the glass so everyone can see how good you take it."
"Wow, I think you're blushing even redder than the vibrator inside you."
"You know, you look real pretty when you cry."
"Tell me what you like."
"Shh, don't worry, I'll take very good care of you."
"Look at you, grinding against everything, you're really desperate for it. Aren't you?"
"How do you feel about two at once?"
"Yeah, that's it, baby, just like that."
"Aww, poor baby, you want me to take care of it for you?"
"Mmm, good morning to you too."

Treeso and I said we’d hang out before he left. And boy, did we.
I drink sometimes, but as a rule I try not to overdo it. I don’t like feeling like I’m not in control of myself, you know?
Well, I overdid it.
See, at the cantina, they have this thing called The Chommell Sector Flight. It’s a mix-and-match menu of 36 craft beers, sourced from each of the 36 worlds in the sector. You pick six of ‘em to build your flight of sample glasses.
Well, ol’ Treesie boy decided we had to try them ALL.
Normally, I’m Treeso’s impulse control. That sounds like an absurd quantity of alcohol, I thought. I have work tomorrow, I thought.
But this is our last hurrah before Treeso moves out, I thought.
So…we ordered six flights. Treeso put more of it away than I did, but…yeah. We took a taxi home after that. And then I laid on the bathroom floor and cried ‘cause I felt so garbage. I think Treeso had fun though.
Guess what. I still made it to work today. ‘Cause I’m insane. Luckily for me, everyone at today’s team meeting was too busy circling back, dialing in, and piggybacking off of so-and-so to notice that I was mentally floating into the far reaches of space, merely a dead-eyed husk of a shell of a being.
…Which, to be honest, isn’t too far off from my normal reaction when a meeting devolves into a debate about whether or not “piggybacking” is anti-Gamorrean hate speech.
I’m feeling better now. But…yeesh. Not doing that again.
I’m gonna miss Treeso, though. I thought I hated guys like him—the class clowns, the party animals, the gym rats (or amphibians?). I guess I can be kind of judgmental. But hey, maybe I’m not always right about everything…
…Except I’m right about how Armitage and Poe are two of the most annoying nerfherders in existence. Obviously.

6. Eating habits and sample daily menu
▪️ I try to stick to a healthy meal plan. Good has a habit of undermining it with his snacks. Let's see, a typical daily menu... A large vegetable and cheese omelet with a side of either bacon or sausage, sometimes a breakfast sandwich if we're a bit more crunched for time. Good will have a snack a couple hours later- typically a croissant, but also donuts, or cookies, or granola bars, sometimes beef jerky. Whatever he's in the mood for. We pack our lunch- always some sort of meat, typically beef or chicken, with some fruits and vegetables. And then Good will have another snack an hour or two later. Supper is usually pretty light, same balance of food types but in smaller portions. And then sometimes Good will have yet another snack before bed.
▫️ In my defense, we do have a pretty high metabolism, hehe.
▪️ And you've got one heck of a sweet tooth, to boot.
7. Favorite way to waste time and feelings surrounding wasting time
▫️ Relaxing is never a waste of time! I don't think we really have one specific favorite, we have a number of things we're interested in. Though usually we'll play one of our games on our phone during our lunch break, and knit or crochet while watching a movie after supper. It's a nice way to unwind before bed.
9. Makeup?
▫️ I did actually experiment with makeup for a bit, years ago. Mostly because I was in theatre club in high school, but there were a couple girls I got along with that wanted to try some stuff out with me. I didn't mind it- I thought it was fun, in fact- but Bad didn't like the way it felt, even when he wasn't fronting.
▪️ To be honest, I think the extent to which women are expected to wear makeup or otherwise defy aging these days has gotten rather out of hand. That's one thing we admire Mom for, is having never bought into the idea of having to spend hundreds of dollars on products to hide something no one should even feel ashamed of in the first place. She's beautiful as she is.

Fandom as a cocktail bar: a somewhat overwrought metaphor
I've had a realization about being a multi shipper
I treat fandom like a bar, and I personally love trying new drinks.
This metaphor is about to get really extended so bear with me lol.
I usually go for beer - not a cheap mass produced one, I like a craft beer. One that was made with some creativity, with good quality ingredients. I'll take a beer when I go out, or when I'm home and unwinding after a long day. I love sampling beers anytime I go somewhere new. (Read a new fic author)
(In this metaphor zelink is beer. I even make my own beer! And zelink is the only fanfic I've ever seriously written)
I also love gin! Gin (another ship -let's say Revalink, or Sidlink) is delicious and I love drinks with gin. I don't drink it every day or even every week but when I see it on the menu at the bar, I'll definitely order a gin cocktail. Especially if it's a bar (author) I've read before and I like what they do.
Rum (another ship - eg zelgan) maybe isn't my favorite, but there's a few specific cocktails made with rum that I really like. I don't like rum and coke (ship in xyz situation, trope) but I love a mojito (same ship written in a different dynamic - tale of two rulers, you continue to have me in a chokehold)
There's lots of other drinks that I'm curious about but haven't tried very much. Schnapps? Jaeger? Tequila? Absinthe? All very different things I'm curious to try more of. Also if my friend home brews something I'm gonna try it to be supportive and give them feedback.
There's also so many great non alcoholic cocktails that are super creative and tasty. And yanno, sometimes I've got a lot of work to do or I need to focus and I don't wanna drink alcohol (get super sucked into/emotionally wrecked by a story) but I still want something delicious and complex that isn't gonna mess me up, and also that I can serve to kids!
Now me personally, I absolutely LOATHE super salty or savoury drinks. Olive martinis? Bloody Marys? Eugh no thank you. But boy HOWDY some folks LOVE those drinks and yanno what? Even if I think Bloody Mary's are gross as hell I still want the bar to serve a bloody Mary to those who want one. Especially if the bartender loves making them and is really good at them. That's awesome!
Some people are much more picky about their drinks. Some people will not (or cannot, for several valid reasons) drink Jaeger. Or sherry. Some people might HATE anything with gin and think I'm crazy for liking gin so much, but, hey, to each their own. Some people really don't like beer and don't understand why everyone's so obsessed with it and why it's freaking everywhere. 😝
There are lots of delicious and creative drinks to suit everyone's tastes, young and old, sweet tooth and spice fiends alike. Let's indulge a little, shall we?

Word For Word
I have always been a reader. It started when I was a kid, and my parents started buying Hardy Boys mystery books for me. They captivated me, and although I did not know it at the time, planted a seed that grew into a voracious appetite for the written word.
One look at my house, and you will see the results. My library runneth over.
But even heavy readers run up against the constraints imposed by the modern world, which means there is never quite enough time to read as much as we would like. Audiobooks addressed that problem, because we could listen to someone reading the book to us while on the morning commute, while working out, and on long auto or airplane trips. It may not be the same experience of turning pages, smelling the ink, and falling asleep on the sofa with the book on your chest, but it gets the job done.
Amazon saw that future when it bought Audible in 2008. While audiobooks are forecast to reach 10% of the global publishing market in 2027, an admittedly small share of the market, it is still lucrative enough for anyone willing to chase it.
And that is exactly what Spotify did last year when it announced it would add audiobooks to its music and podcast menu. The only problem is the Apple Tax. In order to listen to an audiobook, users must actually purchase it, which is completely unlike how we listen to streaming music (we basically rent it). Apple takes 30% of every item purchased in-app, and is not fond of workarounds whereby purchasers are redirected to another site to leave their money. With that kind of tax, it didn’t leave much money for Spotify.
That was a sucker punch for them. As it stands, Spotify users must leave the app, fumble around on the Spotify website to buy the book, and then listen to it in the app. But users had to know all this.
Not one to take things lying down, Spotify just announced it is going to start rolling out a limited audiobook listening feature to its premium customers. Choice will be limited to 150,000 titles, and 15 hours a month. The service already launched in the UK and Australia, and will be in the US by the end of the year. Basically, they are teasing premium subscribers with a sample, a lot like those samples given away at Costco and Sam’s on the weekends.

Fifteen hours is probably not enough time to listen to a long book, and I’m not sure if Spotify goes by calendar months, or billing cycles. If the former, you could start a book late one month, and finish it early the next. If the latter, you have to pony up some money.
I seriously doubt that Apple will budge on their tax either, especially in the case of Spotify, who happens to be its biggest foe in the music streaming business. Spotify is betting that once listeners taste and see, that they will be happy to fork over even more money. As for Amazon, they should be nervous, because the Spotify app is about as common on smartphones as the weather. There are more than 100 million users in the US alone. About 40% of Spotify’s listeners are in the premium category.
While Audible has enjoyed many years in the sun as the dominant player, Spotify is a formidable foe. Just ask Amazon about how well they are doing in the music business. Even if both play by Apple’s rules and share a sizable chunk of their audiobook revenues, there is probably still enough left in the margins to make their efforts worthwhile. For comparison, printed books typically have a 40% margin off list price, but big sellers can sometimes muscle in and get even better margins. The beauty of audiobooks is that they do not have to be inventoried, so every title sold is pure overhead-free profit.
This is a brilliant tactic by Spotify to keep users more engaged with the app. Their foray into podcasts keeps me on Spotify for a minimum of two hours each day on my workouts, and more when I am on long trips. Whether I increase my listening because of the audiobooks remains to be seen, but it will certainly make my experience all the richer.
I’m blaming my parents.

For your last headcanon reblog, I would like to know: 1, 5, 6, 12, 13, 16, 18, 30, 31, 34, 47
Thanks =3
OMG thank yooouuu! This should be fun!
1: What does his bedroom look like? Our bedroom is quite lovely! We just got new bedroom furniture that is this pretty light grey color with shiny silver trim, and the headboard to the king sized bed is semi-upholstered with LED lights built in that can flash different colors (they're fun!) Nice new greyish, plush carpet and a window that lets in a lot of light. ♡
5: Cleanliness habits: Well, Assangie isn't exactly messy, he just gets distracted a lot which makes him forget to put things away. There are more important things on his mind than washing dishes or tidying up. He can't stand towels on the floor though, and he will always be sure to hang them up when he's done with them. His personal hygiene was not the greatest when he was feral (lol I mean fair, homeboy was always on the run somewhere) but this has since improved now that he is a little more domesticated and has regular access to such things. However, he sometimes needs to be reminded to take care of himself as he loses track of time often.
6: Eating habits and sample menu: Again, Julian's lack of time and space awareness affects his eating habits and often needs to be reminded he should eat. When he takes the time though, he enjoys a wide range of flavorful foods. He likes spicy food like Indian or Thai, and he also enjoys tex-mex style tacos with some hot sauce or spicy salsa. Usually in the morning he'll enjoy a bowl of cereal with black coffee to get his day started. He's not much of a tea guy. He also likes foods that are quick and convenient to eat. He typically does not like to cook himself, he doesn't have time for that.
12: Favorite book genre: He enjoys anything that engages the mind such as philosophy, psychology, or physics.
13: Sexual orientation: Babe is heterosexual. He does not really care much about what other people do (there are more important things to concern himself with), but it does make him a little uncomfortable if he is hit on by another man. While his personal take on gender and orientation is more old-fashioned, he believes in fairness and privacy for all people, regardless of their gender or sexuality.
16: Biggest and smallest long term goal: Biggest: Eradicating all government and institutional corruption and secrecy. Smallest: Whisking Kitty away to Paris to live happily ever after-- and safe!
18: Favorite beverage: Homeboy does enjoy his Club-Mate!

30: Reaction to sudden intrapersonal disaster: Oh no!

Assangie has very intense and dynamic emotions-- so anything sad is devastating to him. He will typically close himself off from others while he works through his feelings, and has a hard time accepting any help during this time. He does not like to show vulnerability as he has a hard time trusting anyone, so he typically will not accept comfort unless it is from someone he explicitly loves and trusts with his whole heart.
31: Most prized possession: His brilliant, beautiful mind. ♡
34: Thoughts on privacy: Something he is not so private about! "Privacy for the individual, transparency for institutions!"
47: How do they express love?

Oh my baby!! He does not love easily, but when he does he is ALL in and it is very intense! His dynamic emotions allow him to love very deeply and he is also very loyal. He is highly affectionate, and enjoys expressing his love physically as it feels otherworldly, which he believes true love is. He is also extremely protective of his loved ones and would risk his own life for them. 😭❤️

We've got great staff and fantastic customers."Traditional fish and chip shops are facing increased competition and costsMr Peel, of Warrington, Cheshire, who posts his reviews on Youtube, said he got the idea after becoming concerned by the decline of traditional fish and chip shops due to spiralling costs and competition. He said he visits each shop incognito to ensure he gets the same service as anyone else, before filming his reviews somewhere nearby and rating each establishment out of five. "The idea is to show fish and chips at different chippies, how they do it, their love for the meal," he told BBC Radio Manchester. 2. Complete Diagnostic Reporting Features
Secondly, good diagnostic reporting software must cover all lab activities. It should include:

Thus, having a complete system will save time and reduce errors.

Therefore, always ask the provider if the software supports your lab devices.
Customizable Reports
Not every lab is the same. Therefore, your software for pathology lab reporting must allow you to customize:
Report format
Header and footer design
Lab logo and branding
Doctor’s remarks
As a result, your lab will look more professional and organized.
5. Strong Data Security
Patient data is sensitive. Hence, your diagnostic reporting software must keep it safe with:
Password-protected logins
Data encryption
Regular backups
User access control
Moreover, security builds trust and protects your lab from risks.
6. Cloud Access and Mobile Support
Nowadays, working remotely is a big plus. Thus, your path lab software should offer:
Cloud storage
Mobile-friendly access

Another important point is compliance. Your pathology lab management software should follow rules like:
NABL standards (for India)
HIPAA regulations (for the USA)
This not only protects your lab legally but also improves your reputation.
8. Scalability for Future Growth
Today you might run a small lab. Tomorrow, you may want to grow. Thus, choose the best pathology lab management software that can scale up, offering:
Multi-branch management
More user accounts
Advanced reports and dashboards
Therefore, scalable software saves you from future troubles.
9. Strong Customer Support and Training
Sometimes, even good software has problems. Therefore, strong customer support is important.
Make sure the software company offers:
Free training for your team
24×7 support service
Regular updates
Fast troubleshooting
In addition, good support means smooth operations without stress.
10. Affordable and Transparent Pricing
Lastly, money matters. However, the cheapest option may not be the best.
Look for diagnostic reporting software that provides:
Clear pricing
No hidden charges
Free trials or demos
Extra features like SMS alerts, WhatsApp reports, and online payments
Thus, always check value for money before you decide.
Conclusion
Choosing the best path lab software is a smart investment, not just an expense. The right pathology lab management software will:
Speed up reporting
Reduce human mistakes
Improve patient satisfaction

Uncover the Best Place to Eat in Gstaad

A Personal Foodie Journey Through Gstaad
During my last visit to Gstaad, I decided to let my appetite lead the way — and it turned out to be one of the most rewarding choices of the trip. I sampled everything from gourmet dishes in elegant settings to homey, hearty meals in the coziest corners of Saanen. Fine dining in Gstaad was an especially memorable experience, with each dish thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented.
Along the way, a few key highlights truly stood out:
Unmatched attention to detail: Even in the more casual places, the care put into every plate was noticeable. Whether it was a rich risotto or a fresh alpine salad, flavors were perfectly balanced and thoughtfully crafted.
Breathtaking views paired with exquisite cuisine: Many of the top restaurants in Gstaad offer incredible panoramic views of the mountains, turning a simple meal into a moment of pure magic.
Diverse and creative menus: From Swiss favorites to international fusion, the culinary variety in best restaurants in Gstaad Switzerland was nothing short of impressive.
Where Sophistication Meets Comfort: Gstaad & Saanen Dining
If you enjoy an upscale atmosphere without the stiffness, you’ll fall in love with Saanen luxury dining. I dined at a restaurant in Saanen that had the perfect balance of elegance and warmth — dim lighting, soft jazz, and a glass of local wine to go with my perfectly seared venison. It felt indulgent, yet completely inviting.
Many of the Gstaad luxury restaurants take pride in sourcing local, organic ingredients while adding a gourmet twist. And while the quality is high, the vibe is never pretentious. The service feels personal and welcoming — just what you’d hope for when looking for the best restaurant in Gstaad Switzerland.
Dining With Family? You’re in Good Hands
One of the best things about this region is how family-friendly it is. Several Gstaad family restaurants offer kids’ menus without compromising on quality, which makes mealtimes easy and enjoyable. Even with younger diners, we had no trouble finding cozy places that offered great food in a relaxed setting.
And when do you feel like staying in? I was thrilled to find excellent options for Indian food take out — a comforting choice after a long day of exploring. One evening, we ordered butter chicken and garlic naan from one of the new Indian restaurants near me, and it was just as flavorful as what you’d get in a big city. Bonus: they also offer Indian food catering near me, perfect for group dinners or small events in the chalet.
Casual Dining in Saanen Gstaad: A Hidden Gem
Sometimes, you just want something unfussy but still delicious — and that’s where casual dining in Saanen Gstaad shines. I stumbled upon a quaint bistro with homemade pasta, warm bread, and a charming outdoor terrace. It wasn’t listed in any guidebook, but it quickly became a favorite. The region is full of these pleasant surprises.
Whether you’re a seasoned traveler or a first-time visitor, discovering the Best Place to Eat Gstaad is about more than just one restaurant. It’s about the experience of tasting your way through mountain flavors, international influences, and heartwarming hospitality.

A Slice of Italy: Unveiling the Hidden Gems Beyond the Margherita at Baskk Italian
Stepping into an Italian Pizza Restaurant Coolangatta often conjures images of the classic Margherita, a timeless beauty of tomato, mozzarella, and basil. While that iconic pie holds a special place in our hearts (and stomachs), the true depth of Italian pizza artistry stretches far beyond this simple perfection. Today, we embark on a culinary journey to explore the diverse and often surprising menu options offered by authentic Italian pizzerias, moving past the familiar to discover a world of flavors waiting to be savored. The joy of discovering new textures and tastes is what makes dining out so exciting, especially when you're exploring a cuisine as rich and varied as Italian. So, forget what you think you know about pizza, and prepare to be delighted.
Before diving into the pizza, let's not forget the delightful start to the day. Some Italian restaurants, like those in resort settings, offer a hearty Buffet Breakfast Restaurant Gold Coast. Imagine waking up to the aroma of freshly baked bread, cured meats, creamy cheeses, and strong Italian coffee. It's a wonderful way to experience Italian hospitality beyond the typical dinner setting. A breakfast buffet offers a perfect opportunity to sample various Italian pastries and delicacies, setting the stage for a day of culinary adventures. It demonstrates how adaptable Italian restaurants can be, catering to different times of the day and different needs of their patrons.
And of course, no exploration of Italian cuisine is complete without mentioning the broader experiences available at a Breakfast Restaurant Queensland. From the coast to the hinterland, Queensland boasts a fantastic array of venues serving delightful breakfast menus, often inflected with Italian touches. Think frittatas, bruschetta topped with avocado and tomato, or simply rich, dark roast coffee and pastries. The state’s commitment to fresh, local produce often marries beautifully with traditional Italian recipes, resulting in breakfast options that are both satisfying and vibrant. Now that we've whetted our appetites, let's delve deeper into the pizza options that await beyond the Margherita.
The true joy of an Italian pizza restaurant lies in the variety offered in their menus, a testament to the regional diversity of Italy itself. Let’s start with the vibrant Naples-style pizzas, the authentic cradle of pizza. Beyond the Margherita, Naples offers the Marinara, a humble yet robust creation of tomato, garlic, oregano, and olive oil – often praised by purists for its simplicity. Then there’s the Diavola, a spicy and flavorful option featuring tomato sauce, mozzarella, and spicy salami or pepperoni. The “Bianche” pizzas (white pizzas) provide an entirely different experience. These skip the tomato sauce in favor of a creamy base, often featuring a blend of cheeses, and sometimes adding roasted vegetables or cured meats. Imagine a delicate blend of ricotta, mozzarella, garlic, and wilted spinach, or a white pizza topped with creamy porcini mushrooms and earthy truffle oil – each bite a revelation.
Moving beyond Naples, we encounter the Roman style pizza. Known for its thin, crispy crust, it is often served in large rectangular slices (pizza al taglio), and showcases a variety of exciting toppings. You might find a classic Roman pizza with potatoes and rosemary, or one featuring artichoke hearts and prosciutto. This style embraces creativity, highlighting seasonal ingredients and offering an entirely different texture compared to the Neapolitan pizza. The diversity in pizza base alone is a marvel. From the chewy, airy texture of the Neapolitan pizza, to the crispiness of Roman, or the light and airy foccacia base in some regions, each bite is a unique experience. The flour, the proofing time, the oven temperature, all are elements that vary and give rise to this incredible variety.
But the journey doesn’t end at crust and sauce. The variety of toppings is where the true magic happens. Italian pizzerias often use high quality, locally sourced ingredients. This can include imported San Marzano tomatoes, which lend that characteristic sweetness and acidity to the tomato sauce. On the cheese side, expect a plethora of creamy mozzarella, tangy Pecorino, pungent Gorgonzola, and soft ricotta. The cured meats like Prosciutto di Parma, spicy salami, and mortadella add layers of flavor and texture. Fresh vegetables like roasted bell peppers, grilled zucchini, artichokes, mushrooms, and even seasonal options like asparagus are often featured, adding both colour and nutrients.
For those who prefer a lighter, more vegetable-forward option, many pizzerias offer delicious “vegetariana” options. The variations are endless; think of a pizza with grilled eggplant, zucchini, bell peppers, and onions, or a vibrant pizza topped with fresh arugula and shaved parmesan. The possibilities are truly endless. Many Italian pizza restaurants are also embracing sustainable practices and are often flexible for dietary needs. Vegan options have become increasingly common, with plant-based cheese substitutes and a variety of vegetables and plant-based protein options making sure that every diner can enjoy a delicious pizza.
