This little thingy was based off of this photo shown in the credits:
I think it's so funny but also weird that Master would just be so buddy-buddy with these guys after the events of the game. Here's me rambling about me thoughts and theories of this guy cuz he's my favorite character and I wish he had an actual name: He CLEARLY wasn't hypnotized because he shows frustration when the kids ruin his plans, so what then????? What was he even???? Was he like working for MAIK maybe? I don't know if they explained what exactly this guy is, but he definitely had something to do with MAIK since he knew the location of its brain or whatever and he checked in on the robots to see if they were okay. I always thought he was one of the scientist guys, but I dunno... He can't be hypnotized because he isn't a vegetable like the others and he's the one DOING the hypnotizing. He works for MAIK, but he isn't a PART of MAIK like Pielope was. He's just weird. I do like to think that he is just a scientist guy who actually supported MAIK's weird takeover of the world but when MAIK was destroyed he was just like "oh well." This was kinda what led me to make that drawing actually lol. I want more of this guy but the fandom is pretty dead and I don't think it was ever alive. Oh the misery of a fan of a random character from an unpopular game...
#worlds end club#master wec#wec#wec theory#???#idk if anyone's ever made wev theories before lol#first time for everything#please let this spawn more master appreciation#wec is so underrated#death march club#I also made another master fanart but I think its a bit too cringey to post here </3

who are ur faves fe drivers?
i'm so sorry this ask is so old but i'm just seeing it now!! tumblr didn't warn me of its existence and i didn't think to check!!!!
Ummm tough decision because I like most of them.. why are they all so nice, it's making my job as a fan more difficult lol.
I think my top 1 is probably jev, he's just so slay and babygirl and also listened to me when I ranted to him and he smiled at me and told me I would bring them luck for the race (wec) so he has to be my forever favourite!!
And then I'm also always rooting for Mitch, and Robin my beloved <3 and I also really like Sacha, he's my boy.
#and i'm also always rooting for the swiss drivers whoever it is hehe#still regret not talking to robin more when i met him at wec monza but i was too nervous ahh#maybe next time 🤞🏼#alex answers#fun fact jev's team also got their first ever podium at that race so i'm not saying it was because of me but also they could invite me to –#– another race to test that theory i'm just saying#sorry for rambling thank you for the ask!!

I know everyone is mostly joking with the whole ‘oh the GPDA should strike’ thing after their statement in instagram, but I really think we should be having a conversation about how actually, they can’t strike, and that lack of ability to use collective bargaining can be and may be incredibly dangerous.
The issue with the GPDA as a union is that it only covers the twenty current Formula 1 drivers. Now, many people see no issue with this - why would anyone else need coverage? - but this is what sort of hamstrings the GPDA as a union. Should the members go on strike, there would be backlash in the press, pressure on the FIA, FOM, Liberty and the teams - but there are other drivers, who have the super licences needed to drive an F1 car. And could you even blame them? We’ve seen how hard it can be for rookies to get a seat - Colapinto looks a lot like he may be able to get on the grid, either for next year or the year after, and that is a swansong MIRACLE that came out of nowhere for him. Lawson and Piastri had to wait on the sidelines, as did Doohan. The only Driver’s Academies that seem to be working are Ferrari’s (A Leclerc off to WEC, Bearman in Haas), Mercedes’ to an extent (They tossed Aron aside when he’s been doing fantastically, but Antonelli has a seat) and sort of Mclaren’s (Bortoleto was under them in F2, but he has now severed ties to sign for Audi.). And even then they CLEARLY have their failures. Can you truly blame young drivers for taking any and every opportunity handed to them when so few succeed at all?
A strike would be very easily defeated by the FIA and Co - and there would be no guarantee of contracts post strike, and although the WDCs and highest level drivers could probably weather the storm, there is no way the rookies and those from smaller teams would be able to, and they could likely lose their seats over it. Quite frankly, the only way for a strike to work in the drivers favour in this day and age would be for them to vote to include all drivers who have superlicences in the union, and then for all of them to strike together.
A reminder: every driver who has an official contract with a team entered into the F1 championship can apply for a superlicence, if they hold the other requirements (usually a certain number of points plus a driver’s licence pluse a competition licence plus a theory test on first sitting), which means drivers from IndyCar, WEC, lower formulas, Formula E and test drivers are all usually eligible, or can be. I think the official number is around 70ish drivers are eligible, plus any retired F1 drivers who keep up the fitness standard and 100km of practise across a year - so drivers such as Jacques Villneauve could potentially still have a valid superlicence, so long as he proved he did enough practise.
Aside from the sheer unlikelihood of the GPDA being allowed to vote to include all holders of valid superlicences - which could possibly lead to the core members facing severe consequences, possibly the same as striking on their own - there are a lot of drivers who would not strike for safety precautions, purely they don’t think they are necessary (Brundle on the halo) or because they know if they broke the line they could get a drive, and because the GPDA has so little political power it very rarely is able to intercede to set minimum wages etc the way other unions are able to, any drivers breaking the line would know they weren’t losing out on anything but a moral argument, and potential safety issues. Some people don’t think about safety until they need it.
The current state of affairs is just incredibly concerning, and I think that although it’s fun and fine to make jokes about it, we should definitely remember both the driver’s own lack of agency, and that even though some aren’t satisfied with the statement they put out, it is perhaps one of the only things they can do.

what has been happening in the world of motorsports lately?
The actual news
Checo confirmed he is out of Red Bull
Liam confirmed he will pair up with Max in Red Bull for 2025
Isack Hadjar got confirmed as VCARB driver for 2025
Valtteri got confirmed as Mercedes reserve driver (with potential that if Kimi underperforms they have a stable experienced driver ready)
Bianca Bustamante is moving to GB3 for 2025 with Elite Motorsport
Sophia Flörsch is joining HMD Motorsports in Indy NXT for 2025
Lilou Wadoux is joining Richard Mille AF Corse in ELMS for 2025 WEC series
Gina Schumacher (she is not a Schumacher anymore is she? But it counts) is expecting a baby girl awwww
This happened some time back already but Mike Crack said that Lance and Fernando are almost the same and the gap between them is really small
Also Domenicali has been speaking more about Lewis to Ferrari and (besides saying they love each other a lot now with Charles) he said Lewis should learn Italian (be so real)
[or not only news, this is unconfirmed as of now] Carlos is supposed to get F1-75 as a car he won his first race with (unfairly :))
since Mercedes had a deal with Monster and they are moving to McLaren and also because of the Celsius deal Ferrari has, Lewis will be parting ways with Monster (there is more to say about sponsors, with UniCredit bank and IBM being added to Ferrari’s portfolio or ByBit leaving Red Bull but getting Ava Trade or Castor leaving Alpine)
Fred confirmed the Ferrari for 2025 will be 99% new (he also brushed away all the headlines they tried to pull out of him about Lewis being washed or whatever they try to get every time)
Lewis started following Ferrari and Ferrari started following Lewis AND Roscoe
He also changed his profile picture and posted on LinkedIn about how he cannot wait for the new champter in red and andiamooo
Briatore (please do not trust a word he says but i will cover it anyway) teased that Jack will START the season with Alpine and then they will evaluate both drivers – what kinda snowballed to it is a rumour about Jack only having 5 races contract for now on
Similarly to this Horner went on about Liam and how he shouldn’t try to beat Max but they expect him to be withing 3 tenths off him
Racing Bulls moved another part of the team to Milton Keynes (do we still even call them Italian team)
Marcus Ericsson is working on Cadillac’s sim, also Pat Symmonds officially started working for Cadillac on 1st of January
Enrico Cardile started working for Aston Martin
Ferrari passed the 2025 crash test (and there are rumours they started working on their car sooner than others for 2025)
Tag Heuer is officially new F1’s time keeper (but i already covered this previously, didn’t i? rip)
Btw i didn’t find any confirmation for this so take it as my theory only but Moet could replace Ferrari Trento on the podiums (Moet is Champagne, Trento is sparkling wine, Moet is part of LVMH which is the umbrella behind Tag Heuer as well)
Senna’s statue in Imola was a target of vandalism not once but TWICE this December
Martin Brundle is on the list to get OBE from King Charles for his service to motorsport broadcast coverage
If you watched some pics from the post season test in Abu Dhabi the tiddy accentualizing fireproofs Charles wore were a part of the new cooling kit which will be used when heat hazard is claimed by FIA during a race weekend
Oh and Dakar started btw do not forget to watch!!
The gossip my comms couldn’t help sharing
Liam to RBR was set up months ago as per Yuki’s manager, so any of his great performances at the end of the season had any influence on it and before he did the after season test with RBR, everyone already knew
Horner explained his decision to the team that Liam has „a higher ceiling“ than Yuki (caugh racism), so although Yuki was better in all statistics than any of his teammates this year (besides race head to head with Daniel where they were equal 9/9), they will give the chance to Liam
Also yes there was a very nasty mention about how Liam is not afraid to be aggressive which is something they criticized Yuki for MERCILESSLY
Also they insisted Isack is faster than Yuki in the Red Bull based on their tests (which is objectively a lie with the different running plans but okay)
Horner has also been very sus about what will happen with Yuki next saying after 5 years in a junior team you have to let a driver go or „think differently“??
Red Bull is using an older wind tunnel of Toyota which Haas also uses and Haas also uses part of Ferrari facilities and shares some info with them as a part of their engine deal (not like. confidental stuff okay)
James Vowles asked FIA to take the few last crashes out of their budget cap, but FIA answered why would they do that because all teams cover their drivers‘ crashes out of the set up budget cap
Flavio Briatore promised Renault CEO Luca de Meo that Alpine will be winning in three years time „or something like that“
Jack is only appointed for the first few races and then it remains to be seen based on his results
Some fun facts
Alpine ended up p6 in the championship which is equal worst result in the constructors of the team under this branding and scored 55 points less than last year which just goes to show the freaking recency bias in this sport (or any sport at that point)
The fact about Pierre costing his team 0 in damage cost is pretty much bullshit but it spread all over the even most credible media, under the „destruction championship“ all costs on the car are counted – even when the drain cover damaged Charles‘ car on the first day of testing, his damage got rambed up like a quarter of a million in costs (notably if you wanna look deeper into it: Pierre’s biggest damage this year stemms from Monaco, Japan and Vegas when he got into collision with Esteban, then he also got into collision with Esteban and then his engine blew out and left a huge gaping hole in his side pod)
McLaren was the first team with no classified DNFs (because lando was classified in Austria)
Oscar completed every racing lap (although he almost got lapped by Lando in Abu Dhabi) as the 4th driver in history after lewis, michael and max
What everyone has been doing during the break
Charles was at some grand opening in Monaco with Prince dickpiercing name
Valtteri got his hair a bit blonder again
Lando and George went skiing
Charles took the other route and went to play golf with both brothers in Mexico where the whole family spent the holidays
Franco received silver Olympia award and then randomly admitted to having sex in the car
Oscar and Logan are allegedly both in the UK
Este got Playstation 5 for Christmas
Nando drove Senna’s McLaren
Daniel had some wine?? Idk i don’t really follow many Daniel blogs (also he deleted some Red Bull related posts from Instagram)
Max was preparing for Chrismas in Monaco (and apparently was just a few meters away from Carlos because Monaco is as big as my flat) but he was also testing GT cars at Portimao (going p1… unexpected)
Carlos also had a fake mustache and piercings applied for a prank (or something. The concept was to surprise someone, do you even call that a prank nowadays?)
Liam cut his hair and he has been giving some controversial interviews
Pierre arguably got even worse haircut (he is bald but not fully bald, go look for it)

ilottthepilot's Motorsport Moments of the Year: 2024
This is a list of events from F1, WEC and Indycar that I either, loved, hated, or was just shook by in general. This is by no means an objective list, you might find that some items are completely irrelevant to you. It is also heavily biased towards my faves. Think of this as a recap in my personal diary. This is also not a ranking, I just tried to find a semi-chronological order that makes sense. Enjoy!💞
1. Lewis Hamilton Ferrari Announcement
Has there ever been a better day to refresh every app 100 times and scroll all day? What started off as just a sketchy rumour grew throughout the day as more and more mysterious leaks surfaced. There were journalists camping out at Mercedes HQ when Toto Wolff scheduled a meeting with the team. And in the end this crazy bit of chatter actually turned out to be true. What a way to start the season! I love Carlos Sainz, but I love plot twists more!
Rating:🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯
2. Bus Bros Divorce
Where do I even start with these two? If you are not familiar, I suggest this post, which gives a good summary. TLDR: they were besties with a youtube channel up until 2023, when Josef managed to win the Indy 500, but Scott was ahead in the champioship. In the beginning of 2024 Josef decides to cut out all distractions, so he unfollows everyone on social media, ends the youtube channel, and the two stop talking.
Weeks after the first race of the season, which Josef wins, it is revealed that their team had been cheating with software which illegaly allows the drivers to use push-to-pass on restarts, and they both get disqualified for using it. P2Pgate becomes the topic that won't disappear and everyone is arguing if it is possible that the drivers were not aware. Scott decides to die on the hill that he noticed nothing. Josef gives a tearful press conference admitting that he was aware of the push-to-pass when he pressed the button and it would have been impossible not to.
From there on out the energy between the two stays tense and they mostly avoid each other, including leading up to the Indy 500, when Scott breaks the qualifying record and gets pole and Josef wins the race the second year in a row. Then suddenly, when Josef gives his winner's speech at the Indy 500 banquet, he drops the "i still love you, my bus bro" and everyone goes wild. The season ends with Scott finishing 3rd, losing out on the championship due to the P2Pgate disqualification (if my math is right). Josef is 8th. It seems like the refocusing and cutting out distractions did not work. What version of Josef and Team Penske will we see in 2025? Will they ever be bros again?
Rating: 🤔🤔⁉️❓❓
3. Carlos Sainz Appendicitis and Melbourne Win
Carlos has been one of my favourite drivers ever since I became an F1 fan. Seeing him lose the Ferrari seat was a bit sad and seeing him lose out on one of his last races with the team did not help. Especially considering how painful appendicitis is and how it in theory seems like a huge obstacle to race fitness. So of couse I absolutely lost my mind when Carlos won the first race after getting back into the car.
I will admit right away that I did not actually watch the Australian GP because I was up until like 2am watching the figure skating world championships, particularly the free skate points record being broken (another sporting event I lost my mind over) but the moment I grabbed my phone to look up the results in the morning was like drugs.
Rating: 😱🤩😍🤯🤯
4. Georgina the Mannequin
Some racing moments are memorable because they are joyous, some are memorable because they are devastating. Some are just simply so bizarre that you could not have ever predicted them. If you have somehow gone all year without seeing a mannequin fall onto a racetrack in the middle of an Indycar race, I would suggest you check out the video right now. It's also the souce of some of my favourite silly race commentary of the year. "Imagine if she stuck the landing"
Rating: Tens across the board
5. #12 Wins the 6 Hours of Spa
I will tell you right now that I'm not really a WEC fan. I get fomo when I miss races and I simply do not have time to spend my entire weekend in front of a screen. But after I found out that my favourite driver got a ride in WEC I had to check it out.
The Spa race was a bit strange, as there was a long red flag around two hours before the scheduled end and instead of the timer running out, it was reset to the time of the red flag, allowing for more racing. This was a huge advantage for the #12 Jota, driven by Callum Ilott and Will Stevens, which got its first win and the first ever privateer Hypercar win. While I couldn't watch the end of the race live (I was at a classical concert with my phone off. I was stressed and manifesting), I feel like I have replayed the clip of the final lap 100 times. "Callum Ilott, you superstar" still lives rent free in my mind. It's one thing to become a fan of a driver that many people say is talented, with plenty of wins in his junior career. It's another to actually see that driver get a win and his hard work pay off. Spa 2024, you will always be famous.
Rating: ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
6. Pato O'Ward Loses the Indy 500 Win on the Last Lap
This year I had many busy weekends and I missed out on a lot of racing, but the one that I was the most sad about missing was the motorsports super bowl double feature Monaco GP Indy 500 Sunday. While Monaco turned out to be the feel good story of Charles beating his hometown curse, the Indy 500 wrote a much sadder story. Pato O'Ward managed to overtake Josef Newgarden for the lead going into the final lap, ready to cement his place in history, only to lose the the position to the defending Indy 500 champion moments later.
The look on Pato's face after the race, all that sadness and disappointment really captured the fanbase and reminded everyone why we watch sports. How a single overtake can mean the world and change someone's life. I think about the video of Pato and Alexander Rossi, who finished 4th, hugging like every day. Either one could have had fate on their side that day and taken the victory, but it wasn't meant to be.
Rating: 💔💔💔💔💔
7. #12 Car Le Mans Wreck
I'm sure it's fun to be a superfan of an athlete or a team where everything runs smoothly and they win all the time. I wouldn't know.
As previously mentioned, I was on top of the world when my boy Callum won Spa. I was ready for him and the #12 Jota team to take that energy to the next race, the big one. I was so excited, I even followed qualifying. The #12 lucked its way into Hyperpole qualifying, after the #7 had all its lap times deleted. Time to breathe easy, right? Just a bit more practice and then time to throw everything at Hyperpole the next day, right? RIGHT? WRONG! My guy, my fave, my one and only spun during night practice and absolutely totalled the car. The team had to completely rebuild the car around a spare chassis that was provided by a different team. This process is supposed to take 3 weeks. The team did it in 48 hours, just in time to start the 24 hours of Le Mans. As they missed hyperpole and the other practice sessions, Jota got permission to shake down the newly rebuilt car at a nearby airfield, leading to some cool pictures.
While the Le Mans results table doesn't reflect a feel good story about overcoming setbacks, I am not going to forget what those mechanics pulled off.
Rating: 💔💔🥹🥹🥹
8. Lewis Hamilton Wins Silverstone
I have always admired Lewis Hamilton and his accomplishments, but I have always found it hard to root for him, ever since I started watching in 2023. If a guy has over 100 wins, why should I care if he puts his mediocre car in p4 or p3? What I will say is that I was sad that I had never watched a single one of those many wins live.
This win during his last season with Mercedes, after a two year drought, at his home race where he holds the record for most wins, was simply perfect. I don't fault anyone for getting emotional at that.
Rating: 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹
9. Arrow Mclaren #6 Car Saga
I have spent so much time yapping about this all year, so I am not gonna summarize it again. You can read all about it here. As much of a mess as this was, I do think it's time to acknowledge the positive sides. Most importantly, Callum Ilott, my favourite driver, in case anyone has not yet noticed, got to race the Indy 500 in a competitieve car. Did it go completely smoothly? No. He had a problem with the steering wheel during the warm up lap and had to start from the back of the grid, where he had contact at the beginning of the race. All things considered, I really can't complain about a P11 finish. And nothing can compare to the moment Callum teased that he would be doing the 500 in his post win interview in Spa. Lives were changed.
The other great thing to come out of the #6 car mess was Théo Pourchaire's introduction to Indycar. Last year my feelings towards Théo where mostly ambivalent when he was fighting for the F2 championship. I primarily spent most of my time asking everyone why he was so unpopular amongst F2 fans. Well, the same can't be said for Indycar, where he was instantly embraced and given a silly nickname (that honestly got old after about 3 days). Nobody has ever seemed this happy to be driving in Alabama. His excitement was contagious and even famously grumpy Alexander Rossi referred to him as the nicest person he had ever met
Rating: 😢😍🤠🧐🤯
9.b Mclaren's Broken Bones and July 21
Jumping off the previous point, I simply can't make this list without mentioning the comically insane number of broken bone incidents throughout the different Mclaren teams. Of course the Indycar silly season would have gone very differently, had David Malukas not fallen off that bike and broken his hand, which eventually got him fired the same weekend as Sam Bird broke his hand in Formula E, giving Taylor Barnard the chance to shine.
A third broken hand hit Mclaren on July 21, with Alexander Rossi out for the rest of the Toronto Indycar weekend after hitting the wall in qualifying. This of course gave Théo Pourchaire the chance to make a glorious return in form of a mad dash from France to Toronto, just in time to qualify a car he had never driven, with an entirely new type of power unit, on a track he had never seen before with absolutely no practice beforehand. The race is a huge mess of crashes, with Théo not only not finishing last, but also being the only Mclaren driver to not total his car. And if there wasn't enough going on during that race, Joe Biden dropped out of the US presidential race in the middle of it.
Hands are not the only bones Mclaren drivers can break and Oscar Piastri shocked the entire F1 fanbase when he revealed during the summer break that he had been driving with a broken rib, including the day he won his first race.
Rating: 🦴🚫🫠🤪👍
10. Oscar's First Win aka July 21 pt II
Roll the clip back for a moment. A few hours before the crashfest that was the Indycar Toronto GP, while Théo Pourchaire was probably flying over the Atlantic ocean, there was another eventful race. While Lando Norris got pole position, Oscar Piastri showed what he's made of at the start and snatched the lead away from him. As Oscar quickly built a healthy gap, the first win seemed inevitable until a confusing stategy call led to Lando retaking the lead with an undercut. Why am I recapping this, we all watched it. The following laps filled with endless radio messages pleading with lando to give the position back were some of the most excruciating minutes of racing i have ever watched. While I was so hyped for an Oscar win at the start of the race, watching Lando give that position back gave me second hand embarrassment to the highest degree.
What really surprised me after the race was that my opinion (Lando should have absolutely not given that position back, racing sometimes means grabbing every advantage that falls into your lap) was nowhere near as popular as I expected it to be. I saw so many people say that Lando should have given the position back immediately. While the incident as a whole was pretty bizarre, I stand by the fact that the moment you have the best car on the grid and a plausible chance (even if it's a long shot) of winning the championship, you need to smell blood and start biting.
Rating: 🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴
11. Franco Colapinto replacing Logan Sargeant
2024 was an eventful year in motorsports and some people really went through it. Not many people were having as bad of a time as Logan and Williams though. The moment something seems to be going well for he team you already know that they are about to encounter unbelievable horrors a week later. When Logan had to give his car to Alex in Melbourne the tone was set for the rest of the season.
2024 was the year when sweet, soft spoken James Vowles got his claws out and showed the kind of ruthless ambition that gets you into a team principal position. Firing someone mid season is always harsh, but it's not necesarily a bad decision. When Franco Colapinto got in that car he immediately made a splash, outscoring Logan's career points by his second race and winning the hearts of the eintire F1 community.
Unfortunately the euphoria of those first few races quickly wore off and Williams had one of the worst finishes to a season imaginable, with five DNFs and a DNS across the last five races. I hope the mechanics got the most relaxing christmas possible. With a dissappointing end to his year and no seat, things could be better for Franco, but I doubt we have seen the last of him. Ironically, I think he paved the way for many of theyoung drivers on the grid instead of him in 2025.
Rating: literally traumatizing.
12. The Thing With Liam Lawson
I will start this off by saying that I like a villain. It is very unlikely for me to hate an athlete because of his ego or entitlement. You can argue for day if a driver has that dog in him, or is simply an arrogant dick, I don't care. I want to see someone who beliees in his own skills and potential and fights to prove himself.
When Liam got that seat he knew exactly that these six races could catapult his career to new heights or ruin it forever. With Checo on his way out, Liam saw a chance to rip that Red Bull seat out of his hands and he was willing to do so, unafraid to make enemies along the way. Sure, we all know Yuki deserved his shot, but that doesn't mean that I don't want to see Liam give his all next to Max. Who knows, will he be the one to hold his own, or will that seat open up for Yuki after all in six months?
Rating: 🔥🔥🔥
13. Brazilian Grand Prix
I love Max Verstappen, but I coudn't root for him in 2023 because I was so bored of the predictable race results. I only became an F1 fan in 2022, so I was so glad that I finally got to see Max fight for something this year, and oh my god, it is remarkable. I don't think I've ever had this much fun watching F1.
The highlight, of course, was the Brazilian GP, with it's sunday morning qualifying, endless rain and yellow flags, an Alpine double podium (??) and of course Max going 17th to 1st. What. A. Day. (I also choose to ignore everything that happened beween Alpine and Esteban Ocon after this.)
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
14. George and Max Beef
If you have followed me for a while, you have probably seen me daydream about a Max/George title fight. There is just something about the way they have opposite personalities but still match each other's energies that is so compelling to me, that, with the right cars, I think would lead to the most toxic but entertaining championship battle.
Well, turns out that such a title fight is not even necessary to to create the type of toxic mess I was predicting. I refuse to pick a side between "I have never seen somene try to scew another driver over like that" and "max is a bully", because I love them both equally. I did however have so much fun watching them trow insults at each other. And what coulld be a better time for a pregnancy announcement?
Rating: i love mess

Why haven't I seen anything abou Sergio to WEC? That would be so awesome!
Watching him race for long time and see him in a more relaxed but even more demanding environment? That's everything!!
And I still believe he has something up his sleeve, he is way to relaxed about this and the golf post with those songs are just a tease. He likes making us anxious and probably just wants to make sure his fans know he is okay. He decided to go and he's happy with the decision.
I'm just happy about how he cut all ties with RBR so quickly and just walked out not engaging with Horner's bs anymore and ignoring the main RBR account.
But I have some theories too:
The WEC thing took me by surprise but that would be actually amazing if it was true so I really hope it is;
Reserve driver or sabbatical for 2025 and a big comeback in 2026 as a fuck you to RBR and all the haters, just to finish his career in the way he deserves;
The Andretti team (if they get in) or new project to help develop one of the slower teams - that would be fun too;
It has been wildly announce as 'advance negotiations', according to several blogs... but apparently is just an inaccurate rumor, as Ferrari already has their WEC line-up, but who knows? It could happen, I live in hope and small opportunities for miracles.
I'm with you in the 'something is up', there's something cooking, and I'm hoping he can share what's in the agenda in the future, but for now I love how relaxed he is, and having a blast with his family.
I don't like the idea of RBR using him as a poster boy, as Horner said. The whole 'he's still part of the team and will appear in special events' sounds truly awful and I expect for him to just not do that and leave them hanging. Love how he has ignored everything RBR posted about him and just liking what others post.
I think it would be surprising/amazing if he goes as a reserve driver for Aston Martin. Lance with both DILFs, it would be the dream!
I'm confused though... Cadillac and Andretti's team aren't the same? I thought they had to change the name from 'Andretti Global Racing' or whatever to 'Cadillac Racing', but Andretti is still in charge... or am I wrong?
I love we are speculating about his career because we want to see him thrive and he's just eating elotes and having fun.
#anon questions#that aren't really anon#but that's the tag around here#sergio perez#checo perez#he would look good in green

I think you're probably right with Daniel just wanting to stay out of the public's eye, although the not even being spotted in the background of anyone's insta story seems a bit over the top - like would he really go as far as to say 'please don't film me guys' 🤷🏻♀️. My (mostly) joking theory (because I get too sad when I think about the more likely explanations) is he's had a secret hair transplant in LA and doesn't want it to be public knowledge 🥲
Yes let’s go with the secret hair transplant because it’s funny and we don’t have to think about other explanations :(((
But you’re right tho, about if he’d go as far as telling his friends not to film him because Scotty shared a lot of pics and vids of him when they were together, so he’s clearly not that averse to be on his friends’ social media. It’s probably likely he’s not even in LA and if we’re committed fans enough, I think we can spin something delusional out of this (he’s testing for WEC in Europe)

QUESTION: Mr. Armstrong, Nobody has a computer that covers everything. Your forecast at the WEC that the Democratic Party would collapse is unprecedented. Nobody has even contemplated that such a thing could happed. Yet night now this is unfolding. The new polls from NBC News and CNN. The former poll showed that only 27% of Americans held a positive view of the party, with only 7% holding a “very positive” view. Both are record lows for the poll. Then, the CNN results found the Democrats’ approval at 29%, setting the record low for that poll as well.
Is there anything you can say as to how Socrates can forecast what nobody is capable of even thinking about?
Wm
ANSWER: My confrontation with the bankers who told the CFTC to shut us down after the forecast that Russia would collapse in 1998 was predicated on the assumption that the forecasts work only because I have more institutional clients than the NY crowd combined. What they never considered was that just maybe I discovered something profound that the New Yorker called the Secret Cycle.
What I discovered changed my life. There are two paths of research.
(1) The Max Path: You start with a theory and cherry-pick facts to claim you are right
(2) The Adam Smith Path: You observe to figure out how something functions.
You cannot discover what you already know.
The complexity that exists is remarkable. But the precision of how and when events will take place is also astonishing. All economic theories from Marx onward began with the same assumption: that the business cycle is random and that, therefore, the government, via its central banks, can manipulate it to create perpetual prosperity.
I had a nice discussion with Paul Volcker, and he agreed. The business cycle was about 8 years. Both Volcker and Burns concluded that the business cycle always wins. All the theories that try to manipulate society to eliminate the business cycle are out of mind. What I bumped into was not mere complexity but precision that I never expected to discover.
This is Not the First Political Party to Collapse
A significant factor in the collapse of the Federal Party was the anti-state view in favor of centralized federal power. Additionally, there was the War of 1812. For a long time, the Federalist party supported peace with Britain and war with France, whereas the Democratic-Republican party had the exact opposite position. Eventually, British behavior towards the US during its war with France caused anti-British and thus anti-Federalist sentiment. The Democrats have sought to exert power in Washington and dictate policy to the states on issues such as abortion. They have also supported Ukraine and fostered the war against Russia, which was why the Neocons swung to the Democrats.
The Hartford Convention of 1814-1815 was essential in the Federalist party’s collapse. This mostly Federalist convention in New England suggested some constitutional amendments. Still, it was alleged to consider New England’s secession from the Union and a separate peace with Britain, not unlike California. After the war, the convention was widely viewed as an act of treason and a black mark on the reputation of the Federalist party.

Another theory: McLaren is trying to make a WEC team and it’s not been confirmed yet to Nolan Siegel will be with their WEC team since he’s won Le Mans
Okay folks I’m officially clowning with the whole Thèo Pourchaire/Arrow McLaren IndyCar situation here are my general thoughts:
- It’s stupid that they announced and then dropped him so quickly/casually if he was just filling in the whole time, don’t officially announce him
- good for Nolan Siegel, no hate to him
Things to note:
- in the press release they said Nolan Siegel will drive for them for the remainder of this season AND BEYOND
- the press release also stated that they will release their 2025 lineup “in due course”
- this is during the middle of F1 silly season (thanks to Sir Hamilton silly season is early this year)
- they did not need to mention 2025, a lot of teams haven’t released lineup AND David Malukas signed with Meyer Shank so there was never any question that there’s an open seat.
🤡🤡🤡:
The wording sounds like maybe Pato/Rossi are in question, so just as fun speculation here’s my theory. There’s no way Rossi is going anywhere he’s Mclaren grid dad who is still performing so I expect he’s going to firmly plant himself with Arrow McLaren.
Pato on the other hand is obviously very loyal BUT we cannot forget that he is also the McLaren F1 reserve driver. Pato came up in the euro circuit with F1 dreams NOT Indy. Both Williams and Merc have a seat available and share reserve drivers with McLaren. Its most likely Antonelli will get one of those seats but there’s still the other, are we getting Pato in F1 finally!?

For anyone thinking about going to a wec race, I can only recommend it, at least the 6h of Spa.
- Tickets are 30€ for students for the full weekend, 60€ full price, children under 12 go free. Camping was another 30€ for the three days and only (officially, there's more campgrounds around) few spaces on a rather small field, no pre-sale but there were still spaces free on the second day, the Eau Rouge/Radillon grandstand was maybe 15/20 minutes on foot. Parking at the eau rouge entrance was 8€/day i believe, also first come first serve, but there was a pre booking option for parking at the les combes area for 30€ all weekend.
- You can move freely around the track all weekend, including all grandstands and the paddock, parc fermé, pretty much anywhere that isn't actively a live race track. The pit walk was completely free and on both quali and race day, the autograph session was during the pit walk in the pit lane.
- one thing i really liked was the lack of garbage thrown around, the f1 races i went to the amount of trash on the ground was disgusting, and here they had big trash bags every few meters and it drastically reduced the littering.
- the on track catering was nice and, though still not cheap, more affordable than f1 (think food truck prices, 5€ fries, 8€ burger, 11€ fancy burger, 5€ sausage with bread)
- the overall vibes were really nice, i didn't get catcalled or harassed when i was alone (bar is so low but f1 was just terrible), less drunk people than f1, more general enjoyment of racing than support for singular drivers (except kubica fans, theyre everywhere and theyre very nice)
- can't really talk much about accessibility, but the walkways do have many steep inclines, however there are, at least by the grandstands, disabled parking spots close by and everything is in theory accessible by car. The on track commentary didn't work everywhere though. There was a childrens area but i didn't see a single kid there all weekend.
- The organization was very clear and structured, everything happened as it was scheduled, schedules and maps were displayed all around the track and personnel were friendly and helpful (at least in french)
- the drivers mostly just walked around in the paddock and though i didn't want to stop them because they seemed busy, i saw quite a few just passing by. also ferdi habsburg was chilling on my grandstand for a bit to watch the porsche cup race one start on friday and take a video for the team with a media guy
- one thing that did annoy me was that smoking is permitted everywhere and there were always a few people smoking on the grandstands.
- one other thing of note, it was FREEZING. today the temperature was between 7-9°C, no sun, sometimes drizzle, always wind. i wore four layers and still felt like an ice block. it's easy to underestimate how cold it can get, especially since it was much warmer where i live.

(fog pics from race day morning)

this look into the pitlane was available most of the time, you could just go up into the infield at la source
pit exit for the wec pits, filmed from parc fermé (not always accessible because they did load off crashed cars there)

pit entry for the porsche cup cars, the paddock
#wec#it was a fun weekend! might go again next year but with even more layers of clothing#IT WAS SO COLD

hi hazel, after asking the question abt logistics, I'm here to ask abt sustainable fuel.
Why wec is already using 100% sustainable fuel and all cars are performing ok, but F1 only uses 10% and some team struggles? Why can't single seaters use 100% sustainable fuel immediately?
Don't know much abt ICE but I guess they are not so different?
Thx!
so it's sort of two different things. WEC is using a bioethanol-derived petrol fuel, which is designed to the spec of what WEC would normally use. so in theory it's a very similar petrol mix to whatever the cars need just it's made from the runoff of wine making (well, the one for Le Mans was anyway - yes, I do know how French that is) but to the same formula as an LMP2 or GT car or whatever would normally need.
inevitably, sustainable fuels generally have less energy in than fossil fuel equivalents because less energy, by necessity, has gone into making them. it's why charcoal has less energy than coal even though it's kind of in principal the same thing because charcoal has undergone a quick roasting process from wood, whereas coal has been crushed by gravity and immense pressure for hundreds of years, the earth having put all the energy into that in addition to the biological material coal originally comes from.
it's why fossil fuels have been so irresistibly attractive to us since we discovered them; this source of incredibly high energy stuff that's just lying around. of course, we also have the sun and wind and tidal all the time but also humans are a bunch of basic bitches who basically discovered fire and keep circling back to it for some kind of primordial safety.
anyway, so: F1 is currently using fossil fuel petrol for 90% of its fuel mix (give or take some additives) and then also uses 10% (as of 2022, previously 5%) sustainably sourced ethanol.
although the WEC fuel is from ethanol it's turned into a petrol via some kind of process of adding more hydrogen. there's a few ways it's done. Total seem to be using ETBE "from the circular economy" (not sure what this really means, ETBE is used in oil refinement but it's from acidified ethanol) as well as the wine-derived ethanol which is all to say: a bunch of alcohols that get jiggled around molecularly until they've become a petrol.
that's different from F1's, where the ethanol is still ethanol. it's just diluting the petrol. so the shift to E10 from E5 has been significant because it means another 5% of the fuel that F1 is trying already to extract the absolute maximum energy from is now starting with a lower energy density, hotter burn and more acidic chemistry.
in a normal car that basically doesn't notice at all but obviously F1 power units are not normal cars, so things like the higher burn temperatures in the chambers and tiny amounts of difference in the speed for it to ignite, different management of the engine cutting, etc, are huge both in terms of the way that the car drives and mechanically in the endurance and resilience of the power unit. the ICE has less to work with, so more to do and the turbocharger, exhaust and MGU-H are dealing with different air circulation within the aspiration system. (because chemically it's a different mix burning, it has different oxygen requirements)
so basically: there's two different issues. one is adapting to a sustainably-sourced fuel that will overall have a lower energy density and might be a little different in behaviour to a fossil fuel but is basically made to the same spec that petrol would have been refined to, in WEC. and then there's adapting to a different fuel mix, with different chemistry, as in F1 this year.
when F2/3 move to 55% sustainable fuels next year I do anticipate some problems because god knows, it's not been straightforward currently. but in theory that 55% will still be petrol, it will just be petrol that's either been synthetically refined from captured carbon and hydrogen or from adding hydrogen to bio-ethanol. then the other 45% will be from regular old fossil stuff. there will, calorifically and in terms of how it works in the engines, absolutely be some differences and I am very cynical about using series that drivers pay to compete in and which can affect their careers so seriously with just one unreliable season, to experiment with that. but nonetheless, in principle it'll just be a petrol that's come from two different sources.
if you think this is bad you should try asking me about this in person after two wines lol

WEC ask here. What do you think happened to the Weenifier after Pielope threw it into the ocean? Is it just sitting at the bottom, randomly shooting and shrinking fish? Are the Go-Getters gonna discover millions of shrunken fish like, ten years later or something?
I imagine the Weenifier probably shorted out and stopped working once it hit the water, just like most electronics. Salt water is particularly destructive to such things. But that's hardly the most entertaining option... it's more fun to imagine that, after life returns to normal, Japan's massive seafood industry becomes infatuated with the newest trend in micro-squid and mini-sharks.
I spent most of the game highly suspicious of the whole "Weenifier" exchange. I figured there was some reason why we never get to see it in action. My theories were that they were either teasing a moment when the device would come back to haunt us later, or they were setting up a later reveal that they were never actually shrunk and the "Weenifier" was a lie for some reason. After all, if DRV3 has taught us anything, it's that the only verifiable truths in these stories are the things you witness for yourself.
Once I finished World's End Club and the Weenifier never came up again, I realized that I probably wasn't supposed to think that hard about it. It's really just a joke. :)

To all,
I was, actually going to point that out.
The entity seems to be ab###################
Hold on.
##################
Yeah, this isn’t working.
Hold on, I have an idea. I just hope you’re smart enough to catch on.

Yes, it didn’t blur out!
On other notes, Rai is, very very slowly getting used to the break. I think it has something to do with the people at the theater he works at. He mentioned that he got a job as a stage technician in a popular theater right? Well, I think the easy work-load is slowly relaxing him.
I caught him taking a nap on the couch an hour ago, which is revolutionary. He always hated taking naps, saying that it feels like he’s wasting life away whenever he accidentally takes one.
More thoughts, I might gain the ire of both entities if I say this, but it’s worth it.
For an entity hell-bent on “preserving innocence” and “stopping the narrative of the new-born”, Flower seems to be rather passive ever since their initial attack. I’m assuming through their current actions and the wording of their letters, that their simply waiting it out until the end of the game, or until your entity does something. What their waiting for, is the real question.
My best guess is some sort of big development, but it’s also possible that their biding their time to attack once again. I’ll leave those thoughts to your interpretation.
Flower also seems to, well, feel might be to big of a word, “recognize” empathy. I’m using empathy very loosely, since I’m not even sure if their able to feel or not. Flower mentioned regret to the Entity, scolding it for not feeling bad for the actions they committed. This maybe suggests that Flower is able to feel empathy, if it weren’t for the fact that they threatened to kill everyone for innocence.
Most likely, killing us is their way of truly protecting us. Innocence exists after death, they say.
Whatever the case, even if their a neutral party, Flower is clearly the lesser of two evils, what you want to do with this theory is up to you.
I appreciate the get-wells, do not worry, I have been through worse in drills, scrapped knuckles are the least of my worries.
Fare well.
Skie
[After you finish reading the letter, two screenshots fall out. They seem to be of the phone conversation between the entity and Rai. Strangely, the first few texts from Rai’s number are blurred out the same way the sentence was, and they only cease when Rai start’s texting]
Skie,
I wonder if entities are somehow incapable of deciphering our messages, or if our entities just happen to be really bad at it.
(Oddly enough, under each ciphered word there's a small line, as if Yuvon underlined each word, but some of the letters are bunched together to fit better on the lines.) M'pp xvc xs jmkyvi syx ersxliv aec xs wec mx pexiv.
I'm glad Rai seems to be doing well. You may want to double-check his mood occasionally.
It seems like Flower decided to show that they are a serious potential threat before making a demand, that demand being that the entity not do any more "games." Which is... worrying. Does that mean there are other Yuvons who went through the same thing I am? Does that mean that, if the entity doesn't listen, there WILL be more Yuvons?
I also suspect that Flower might act if the entity acts out of line again and does something nasty, but I don't know how Flower defines "amnesty."
If Flower can feel empathy (and certainly Goldie seems to, so it's not impossible) it would be a very twisted and warped sense of empathy. It doesn't seem like Flower WANTS to hurt everyone reading, but she somehow decided that attacking you was the best way of convincing the entity? And she sort of said "well I don't really want them dead but what does it matter anyways."
...Maybe it is her way of protecting us. It's a possibility.
She is the lesser of two evils for now, yes.
Hey, the entity is going modern! Now it can harass anyone privately. Yaaay.
Jake's out like a light, so I'll end this one here. See ya.
—Yuvon
(The letter tucks itself into the paper clip with the others.)
(A transcription of the text conversation will be up shortly.)

Question: what’s your history with World’s End Club?
...
RANT MODE: ACTIVATE
Prepare for a long one lol
So, I was browsing my recommendations on YouTube one night and found a video by Bijuu Mike (I don't think I'm spelling this right) called 'the creators of Danganronpa made a new game. Is it any good?'
I watched the YouTuber play through the demo, and it was really good! Pochi was adorable. So sweet and helpful!
After, I downloaded the demo, and the VERY NEXT DAY, the full game was released on Switch!
Yeah. I discovered the game on May 27th. The day before it came out.
Unfortunately, I am broke af, so I can't buy the game.
YET.
Instead, I followed the YouTuber ShinyDeltaZeta on YouTube. He did an English playthrough of the whole game! I couldn't get the game out of my head, so here's my mental state while I was watching his playthrough on YouTube:
While watching: OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG
While waiting for the next upload: ...Now what? Okay, now time to make memes, theorize what'll happen next, and force myself not to watch ahead on some other channel's videos because I'm too lazy to look at fifteen different channels to find an English playthrough and then find the right spot where I left off.
While watching the next upload: OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG
And repeat for the next two weeks or whatever.
While I was going through the game, I started working on some fanfic ideas. To explain it as best as possible without any spoilers, I had two theories for the ending, and I was working on two different routes of what are basically fanfic sequels. And even though I know now which route follows canon, I kinda want to write and publish both of them because I've grown attached.
I only recently finished the game, and after I finished it, I kinda felt empty. You know the feeling. This series has consumed your life for the past *insert time period here* and now that it's over, you don't know what to do with your life. Or at least, your sorry excuse for a life (Because let's be real here, fans don't have lives. We have unhealthy obsessions.)
I'm going to continue obsessing over this series for a long time. I can tell you that much.
I mean, I've managed to get my bf hooked on it without him ever playing the game or even seeing it (I'm good at that lol) and I literally made an entire Carrd dedicated to Pochi that is chock-full of dog jokes (and I still can't decide whether Pochi would be proud or ashamed of my glorious monstrosity) and a fandom inside joke shouldn't turn into a three-hour project but it did and I hate myself for loving it so much lmfao
I've literally become a stalker for the WEC tag on AO3. I check it every day, sometimes multiple times a day.
This fandom actually forced me to get a TWITTER account so I could look at WEC stuff on Twitter.
I mean, I'm never ever going to post on Twitter (that place is a literal dumpster fire) but I've managed to avoid it for so long, but I was desperate, and desperate people do strange things.
Anyway, WEC has successfully consumed my entire life and it will probably stay that way for the foreseeable future. I am obsessed and I'm proud of it!
And THAT'S the story of how I met Pochi! ૮ ꈍﻌ ꈍა♥(˘ ε˘ U)

Formula E Season 6!!!

So here’s the proposed Season 6 calendar for Formula E and my thoughts and theories on it.
First off, starting with a doubleheader. It’s interesting but I know a lot of us would prefer more locations over more races. However, we do have to remember that it’s cheaper to host two races on the same weekend than to move all of the equipment across the world. Am I happy we’re starting with Ad Diriyah? Possibly, the 2018 race there was my first FE race but can anyone actually remember what happened? I remember a lot of rain.
Second, the three WEC clashes. Yes, I said three. Which races clash you may ask? The Bahrain 8 hours and December 14th’s unknown race. The Sebring 1000 miles and March 21st’s unknown race in China (it should be noted that this also clashes with IMSA’s Sebring 12 hours as the ‘Super Sebring’ weekend is set to continue next year). The Spa 6 hours and the Seoul E-Prix (however this one is subject to circuit homologation but this is a factor affecting Santiago, Mexico City, and Hong Kong which are all circuits we went in Season 5 so I wouldn’t rely on it completely).
Finally, those two mystery locations.
I’ll start with the one in China as that is the easy one to work out. I believe we will be going back to Sanya based on one specific blurred shot where you can see what looks like a Gen2 BMW. I say Gen2 and not Gen1 because the Gen2 cars have a more rectangular shape compared to the Gen1 cars. Also you can clearly see the front tyres have bodywork going over the top of them, which is a feature the Gen1 cars did not have. We’ve only been to China (not counting Hong Kong) once with the Gen2 cars and where did we go? Sanya.
The December 14th race is the one that tripped me up the most. There were a number of possible locations but I think it’s most likely another race in Marrakech based on the lighting (the lighting in Marrakech was a lot warmer than say, Punta Del Este due to the colour schemes that the buildings in each city have). When shots of the track itself are shown there’s a corner which resembles turn 4 at Marrakech. A lot of the other rumoured locations for Season 6 have inappropriate climates for a Formula E race in December so Marrakech is the most likely location.
(also I found a rant in my drafts about how awesome a E-Prix in Korea would be so yeah, very happy about that)
