Meet Lauren Fisher, a 22 year old CrossFit prodigy who’s been competing alongside three older brothers her entire life. She previously earned 9th place in the 2014 CrossFit Games and will be competing again this year amongst the best CrossFit athletes in the world. A fast learner and a dogged competitor, Lauren shares one of the things that got her to the top - two words - Mental Grit. Her story is one of continual effort despite the circumstances.
