My own chilli made for weekly lunches with white rice 🍚 My recipe: - - 750g lean steak mince - 2 onions - 3 carrots - 3 celery sticks - 1 courgette - 1 red chilli - 60g spinach - 10 cherry tomatoes - 400g tinned chickpeas - 400g chopped tomatoes - 300ml beef stock - liquid smoke - paprika - cumin - bay leaves - cinnamon ❤️🍝👙 All made with fry light making it syn free! I am glad to be back on my initial nutrition plan. After over indulging myself for a week, I needed to get back on my plan. Back in the gym too tomorrow, really looking forward to it.
