stevieweek2024 please?

Stevie had never been as glad to have anyone in her life than she was for Robin. They were truly soulmates and while they wouldn’t ever be romantically involved their lives would be intertwined for the rest of forever.

Robin had always made her feel so accepted, from her initial coming out to the second one, admitting that she was a girl had been far more frightening and nerve-wracking than telling her she was bisexual. Robin hadn’t teased her either time, which had made Stevie cry on both occasions. But her best friends arms had been open for her and her shoulder there for her to cry on for as long as she needed to. She was truly blessed in Robin.

Apart from her fashion sense, which didn’t reflect Stevie’s own, now that she was carefully trying to express her femininity in a way that flattered her body how it was now, which wasn’t the body she wanted to have. Yet. It wasn’t the body she wanted to have yet.

It felt like they were waiting, but for what, Chrissy couldn’t have said.

Until there was a small meow.   

“Did you hear that?” Chrissy had to ask. She knew there were things she heard but Robin and Steve didn’t, she had spooked them both a few times in the first few days, that she remembered, at least. But this time she was pretty sure she’d heard what she’d heard.

“A meow? Yeah. Where is it?”

This is the last completely feral WIP Wednesday Game. We now have a community to play in, where folks can post their weekly games (or post separately and reblog into the community). Although I will continue to make this post at least through the end of July, I will no longer be pinging folks, you can join the community and will receive notifications there. I may or may not see a reply/mention/etc, or I may see it and forget it exists 5 seconds later. Asks I will see, and only delete once I have sent the invite, so your request will not be lost.

It’s WIP Wednesday, time for a little accountability, sharing your work, and getting a kick in the pants.

Here’s how it works:

In a reblog of this post (so people can find you in the notes) or new thread (w/ rules attached) if you want to play on your own, post up to five (5) filenames of your WIPs; not titles, file names.

Post a snippet from one of them. Snippet must be words you wrote in the last 7 days. We’re posting progress here. If you haven’t made any, go make some and come back to play!

After you’ve posted, people can send you an ask with one of your file names. You must then write 3 sentences in that file. If the filename is one you can't share from (for example, an event or gift fic), write 3 sentences on it anyway, and then 3 more on another to share.

That’s it! You can invite others to join in, or just post. I’ll be searching the reblogs to find people to send asks to!

Where am I?

Steve struggles up, driven by a sudden sense of urgency, to get up, to be moving, to help. He gasps and scrunches his eyes shut as pain lances through his skull at the movement, at the too-bright lights.

‘Hey, whoa, easy, let the IV be where it is, yea?’

There are hands on him, halting his movements, his body feels wrong, somehow, too heavy, misaligned. There’s a pain shooting along his right arm, making him gasp. Something tugs in his left hand, stings.

Stevie Week please for WIP Wednesday!

Stevie looked at herself in the mirror, her eyes welling up a little by what she saw. She looked feminine. She felt feminine.

”Babygirl…” Eddie breathed into her ear, coming from behind to put his hands on her.

She shivered as he cupped her breasts over the bra, letting the peach-coloured lace peek from under his hands.

”How are my pretty girls?”

Eddie squeezed and she had to bite her lip, then met his eyes in the mirror and let them both hear it, that little moan, all delight.

She looked at herself in the mirror, the way his hands moved on her body, the contrast of her tan and scars, the way he looked at her.

”Wanna get ready?”
