A roleplay based off the fanfic by lolrus555 and sorasentry, crossing over Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and Hi-Fi Rush.

Chai expected many things signing up for Project Armstrong. Getting musical robot powers, having a tech company hunting him down and try to kill him, and being bonded to a girl that can control fire, was not one of them. Through hi-jinx, action, and rocking music, Chai and the Aegis have a long road ahead to stop corruption and get the Aegis back home. (The document gives the setting to reply to. No need to match length.)

Carrying the Weight of Life:

This song tells an entire story, from the slower sections at the beginning and middle to the fast-paced yet melancholy mood of the rest of the song, to the leitmotifs from past games seamlessly incorporated into the original melody. This song even got the Xenoblade honor of only being used twice in the main game! Both the times it was used were some of the best cutscenes in the entire game.

I’ve loved this track since I first heard it as a child even though I could never beat the boss this song made it worth it to replay the level over and over lol

And, just for fun, here's a list of games that I didn't love as much as everybody else seemed to, arranged roughly in order of how much beef I have with them. That is, I find the top row of games extremely frustrating to talk about because they did not work for me the way they did for most people, meanwhile the bottom row of games are ones that I didn't love but still got why they were beloved.

This isn't a list of quality btw; I actually think the quality of these games varies drastically from game to game (for example, I think Fire Emblem Awakening sucks, but it's sandwiched between two games I think are actually good despite my beef with them).
