[I like to hc that Fake Peppino CAN shift into something that looks more like Peppino, but can never perfectly get his look down.

Granted their speech still goes backwards by default + they aren't a great actor so it's not like they were ever gonna fool anyone that knows Peppino to begin with lol]

contrasting pink ball of yarn that is able to send said electric charges, a metal-like feel despite its appearance, possibly wires all in itself

sleeves that are able to stretch and change size, possibly fueled by his own magic (yellow claws, not his hands)

cloning, albeit in doll form of himself and sometimes other residents/victims in the area (way to disassemble it is finding a weak string and pulling, making the clone fall apart)

puppetry, caused by his yarn-wire enveloping one's soul and limbs and controlling them like a marionette
